A Human's Belief. (Humans & Quincys/invite)

[Clyde]

((This will not necessarily move into a "spar" between Clyde and whoever joins, however the thread will have fighting in it.))

Clyde, having resolved his battle with the Vizard Drake several days ago now, find himself wondering around Karakura. His talk with Kessin over his purpose and power have left the human feeling confused and perhaps even worried, as the empty feeling in his body felt stronger than ever now.

He was confused on his purpose, why he was brought into this existence with no past, only the tools he needed to move forward. Why was he fighting all of these battles when he really had no inclination that he should except that he felt like it was what he should do. It was a lack of direction, if one were to look at it logically, unfortunately there was not many people around to help the boy.

He found himself returning to the outside of the old abandoned hospital of the graveyard, it was late in the day but not quite night yet, the sun was still at the edge of the skyline. He was not sure why he had gone there, perhaps he hoped to see the other humans playing around there again, like Tousa or Tsukiko, who he had not seen in some time. Perhaps he just wanted to reminisce one of the few memories he had, he was not very sure.

A part of him was definitely called here, though. The broken windows and decaying walls made the outside of the building look horribly uninviting to a normal person, but it just made the boy feel oddly nostalgic. He placed his hand against the wall and casually ripped some vines growing out of it off.

To any walking by, they would see the young man almost vacantly eying the abandoned building, his right hand placed against it.

[Ryoko Ishii]

Ryoko didn't know why she had shown up here and sighed a deep sigh. She had been staring off into the distance not too long ago and hadn't found or heard anything that she had been searching for. Once again no Hollows had shown up and she was beginning to wonder why she tried showing up at old, decaying buildings when searching for them. It was probably because she thought that spirits would be dwelling in such a place and would attract the attention of Hollows. She felt like she needed to find another place to hunt for Hollows so that she might have a chance of actually getting into a fight with one since she hadn't been in one with one for quite some time.

Ryoko was once again left feeling incomplete and she still didn't know why. She always felt like this after hunting for Hollows and coming up empty. It didn't sit well with her and probably had to do with her pride. She thought that that might have something to do with it but wasn't completely sure that it actually did. It revolved more around the fact that she wanted to get revenge on the Hollows that ruined lives not matter what.

Ryoko made her way down from where she had been standing, which was on top of the decaying building. She knew it was dangerous for her to be up there but she didn't care when it came to hunting Hollows. Her pride was on the line if she didn’t risk her life to defeat the Hollows and especially one in particular. A billion of pictures ran through her mind at this moment although they played through it like a video instead of pictures and she was able to keep her train of thought or the strength that she normally had. As soon as her feet were firmly resting on the ground, her legs gave out causing her to fall to her knees and tears fell from her eyes as a result form this video that had played in her mind, which she thought had finally left after so long.

"It's supposed to be gone." Ryoko said punching the ground with her fist. "I hate it!" She continued referring to herself being so weak that she'd succumb to her memories so easily; she felt that she needed to get stronger.

[Clyde]

The human rubbed his face with his left hand in exasperation, it was incredible how hard emotions were to understand for him. He did not even realize just what exactly he thought at that moment. Looking back at the building, he remembered the events that had taken place within and how it effected him. He felt so normal during the early parts of that day, it was probably the only time he had. As Clyde felt the surface of the cold wall, he sighed and lowered his head.

"What exactly did I expect to happen coming back here?" He lowered his right hand and turned to leave the area. "This was so pointless..." he sighed and began walking. The boy's ears caught the sound of something as he prepared to leave however, a whimpering voice almost. "It sounds familiar...who is it?" The boy thought in his head as he turned the to the other corner of the building instead of leaving to investigate.

As he turned he saw Ryoko on the ground punching her fist into the dirt. He was surprised to see her, even more so in her current condition. he decided to approach her, not really knowing what else to do. He knelt down on one knee nearby to her calling out her name, "Ryoko..." He looked at her seeing her red eyes, she had clearly been crying. "Looks like I'm not the only one in a rough spot right now..." He claimed aloud, taking his eyes off her and looking up to the sky. Clyde looked up at the sky with a somber look in his eyes, he had not one clue as to what was wrong with the quincy...let alone what how he could help her. He would sit there and hope she'd be willing to talk or calm herself.

"Humans...pheheh..." A silent hollow thought to itself as it watched from afar, camouflaging itself to avoid even spiritual detection, It knew they could not detect him as long as he stood still, one of his powers. It would wait, they seemed to be stronger than most humans...very effective meals, if more of them showed up it would be even better. So it waited, not wanting to scare his meals away too soon.

Broken stood on top of the abandoned building, looking down on the two, as he jumped down to land down on the very few steps. The steps looked so old that they would brake, due to the amount of termites which could vacate the building. He looked at the two, and stood next Ryoko, as he gently puts his hands on her shoulder, hoping not to startle you. 'I have been looking for you, Ryoko.' He would say as he would then slowly turn his head to face Clyde. 'Mr. Clyde, nice to see you again... I apologize for leaving the last time, but i had some rather important business to report to at the hospital...' he spoke, hoping for Clyde to understand his actions.

He looked around the area, as these types of places there would be a bounded spirit, or a hollow in any case. There could of been something watching them, and that was just one of those gut feelings he had, and those gut feelings he would always follow. Broken didn't lower his guard as he continued the way he was. 'Well Clyde, how have you been? What have you been doing lately?' surely Broken was acting different this time, maybe it is because he wasn't fighting him, or have any thirst for anger or bloodshed. Broken just smiled, and talked in the most polite and respectful manner, as he had always done. 'And Ryoko, what are you doing out here? Come to think of it... Don't you both have to be in school?'

Ryoko turned her head when she heard the sound of footsteps approached and spotted Clyde. It took her a couple of seconds before her mind registered who it was and she just stared at him when he had spoken her name. Everything seemed to click together when she heard the boy’s voice and knew exactly who it was. She took a moment to try to wipe the tears on the black hoodie that she had been wearing. She heard him say something about him not being the only one in a rough spot now and just turned her head back to face the ground because she wasn’t sure what to say.

The tears didn’t say away long and came back nearly as soon as they were gone. That’s what that memory did when she remembered it and it was not a very good thing for her mental stability. She jumped a little when Broken put his hands on her shoulders although she didn’t move from where she was kneeling on the ground. She heard a familiar voice say that he had been looking for her and tried wiping the tears away again. This time it seemed that they were going to stay that way, which would allow her to interact with the other two; she didn’t like to cry.

Ryoko heard Broken began to speak to Clyde asking him a couple of questions and took this moment to ride herself of anymore tears. She hated crying and she hated crying in front of people most of all. She heard Broken address her this time asking her what she was doing out here and could hear the familiar sound of the polite and respectful manner filling his voice. She listened as he started to ask a question them both a question about whether they were supposed to be in school and she shook her head ‘no’ a tiny bit. She wiped up every little tear that had been left behind before standing and turning to face both Clyde and Broken with the only clue to her breakdown being her red eyes.

“I’m here because I was looking for Hollows. You should know this.” Ryoko said in reply to his first question. “No. It’s the evening. I’ve been out of school for a while now.” She continued answering his second question although it was addressed to both of them her tone the same as always.

((Sorry for going out of post order, Clyde you post next, or Ryoko either one, i just really wanted to post something...))

Broken had just realized that she had been crying, and she had been hiding it under her hood this whole time. She had said how she had been looking for hollows, and school finished ages ago which made Broken feel like a dud. He seemed to him that Ryoko didn't like to cry infront of people, as he then crouched down on the ground, facing her, she would look away but his head and eyes would follow hers. He raised his hand to her eyes and wiped away the tears from her cheeks, his smile was so gentle, as he then hugged her so she can cry on his shoulder, and make her feel happy that there was someone there so she is not alone. 'If you keep on crying, you are going to make me cry... Sounds cheesy, but inside this man is a very emotional person...' he spoke with a slight chuckle at the end as he pulled her away, still holding onto her shoulders, he would then pick her up off the ground and reply to something else she said about it being evening. 'It is night already? I haven't notice... To me everything looks the same as if it was day time, so i can't really tell, i thought you would of known that by now... He would of looked at Clyde for a bried second awaiting his answer before turning back to Ryoko, as he then stood by her side and place his arm around her waist to comfort her.

[Clyde]

Clyde "Broken, hello again." He nodded to the young man with a rather aloof response, as he revealed himself to the two; his appearance did not seem to take the human by surprise, he had felt his presence around when he had noticed Ryoko's as well. Broken looked to explain himself for their first encounter to which the boy quickly replied, "It's no problem I suppose...though... you had errands to run at the hospital? Do you stay there as I stay at my Sensei's shop? I was unaware anyone like yourself took residence there..." The boy asked quizzically to the older friend. Who also proceeded to ask him on his current status and what he had been up to.

Clyde took a moment to answer, looking back at Ryoko as she tried to compose herself. "I have been the same as since I last met...I've been using most of my time to think recently...I find that I do that a lot now and it has been troubling me, even Ryoko is troubled by her own thoughts." He admitted rather solemnly, watching her quietly. It seemed even the boy was unaware by the creature that loomed close by.

"I'm...lost on many things now." He said after a few moments had passed, seemingly ignoring the question about school...or perhaps that was his answer to it. Again, the human felt his thoughts return to the idea's of "purpose" and "existence." It was hard for him to hold his conversation with Broken, who seemed much more sure of himself than Clyde ever did. The boy wondered why this was so, until he saw him go to comfort Ryoko in a very sincere gesture. It was then he saw...Broken drew confidence from being around his ally, Ryoko.

"It must be nice..." The boy said aloud with an approving smile to the two, before continuing "...to have someone to rely on as you two do. You must share a strong bond." he placed his right hand up to his own chest as if to reach for his heart. He began to wonder how such bonds effected them...was the empty feeling the boy felt caused from these lack of bonds?

"Another joins, another to feed upon." The hollow hissed as it slithered across one of the far walls of the abandoned building, using it's power to conceal itself to get ever slightly closer without drawing attention. "Who will be first, I wonder...?" It thought to itself as it silently judged the three, it would not wait much longer to approach it's prey.

[Ryoko Ishii]

((Despite Ryoko already getting up from crying I'll go along with Broken. *glares at him*))

Ryoko looked away when Broken crouched down in front of her averting her gaze because she didn't like people to see her cry and he had already seen her cry once before this. She seemed to be unable to avoid his gaze for his eyes had followed hers and she watched as he raised his hand to her eyes before wiping her tears away. He smiled at her gentley and hugged her obviously giving her a shoulder to cry on but she was done crying. She had already cried enough and she didn't need to shed anymore because she had already avenged them all; her family. She stifled a laugh at what he said though and looked at him when he pulled her away to pick her up off the ground speaking after he did about not being able to tell daytime from nighttime before he placed his arm around her waist; a bold gesture of comfort.

Ryoko listened as Clyde said hello to Broken as well as reply to his apology for leaving so early last time and smirked at the boy's questions about residency at the hospital, which made her realize that they still had yet to explain to Clyde what a Quincy exactly was. "Actually all the Quincys take residency at the hospital. We all run it as well. Although my aunt and myself live in a seperate home that is located next to it." She said deciding to answer Clyde's questions. She listened some more as he answered Broken's own questions and looked away when he said something about her just to make it appear that she didn't care even though her thoughts had indeed been bothering her. She heard him say that he was lost on many things now and practically ignore the question about school but she could tell by his appearance that he was older then a high school student would be. She looked back at him when he began to speak pausing only to give them an approving smile before he continued on saying that it was nice to have someone to rely on and say that they must share a strong bond and she watched him place his right hand on his chest. He seemed to be a bit depressed and despite her personality to be stubborn and comfort people with hurtful words she hugged Clyde to hopefully make him feel better not knowing of the danger that was lurking nearby.

Broken smirked as he started to feel crowded, as if there was something around them, a hollow. As he scanned his eyes around, he then squeezed the side of Ryoko, not too firm, but just right as he shifted his eyes. He then used Hirenkyaku to dissipate into the trees. He would expect Ryoko to do the same from the signal he just gave her. He knew that something was after them. And the only way to fight it was to first confuse it. As he kept both hands to the side, where he could quickly access his bow. 'Where are you, you ugly bastard...' he whispered.

[Clyde]

((Don't worry about "stats" for the hollow, just treat it like it's enough to be a threat to us. So long as it's invisible, we can't "sense" it with our reiatsu, that's pretty much all you got to know for this training thread.))

"Ohhh, a quincy...?" The creature thought to itself as it watched the young man use a quick motion to appear within a nearby tree of the building using a technique the hollow recognized with, clearly suspicious of the hollow."Even if he is a Quincy...he shouldn't be able to sense my reiatsu...the fool must be feeling my presence some other way...a shame he'll never know where I am hehehehe." he then lowered his head a bit, looking down at the other two humans. "He came with the girl...and if he's a quincy then she might be as well...and then there's the human. Two quincy, and human with enough spirit energy alone to feed me for days! Looks like I hit the jackpot!" The creature grinned silently in delight as it slithered further and further towards Clyde and Ryoko.

Meanwhile, Clyde himself was a bit surprised to see Ryoko of all people hugging him. But then again, it was kind of a moment of weakness for the both of them. As she hugged him his mind received a flash, another vision of his past.

He stood with several others behind him, they all were standing over a cliff to a large open area...something was done there and it was their job to get it. One of them stood in front next to Clyde, hugging him in support of the ordeal they would have to go through as soon as they ventured from that cliff. This person was giving him hope in a situation that was far from it.

Clyde's vision caused him to slowly place his arms on Ryoko's and move her arms back down to her sides...the same as he did in the past to the 'other person'. He gave Ryoko a knowing light smile and repeated the words he could remember, a rather simple yet meaningful "Thank you." He would say to her, still unaware of the hollow that not was but inches away from the two. "It's feeding time!" It would say in its mind as it swung it's massive tail downward from the wall at the two. To Clyde and Ryoko they would only feel a powerful invincible force slam into them like getting hit by a car or something. It would easily send Clyde off his feet, he took most of the blow to his back. "...What the...?" He coughed out as he raised onto his knee's, he looked over at the wall and saw the hollow very briefly before it became invisible to him yet again. "A Hollow, here? How is that possible?"

If Ryoko and Broken saw before it became invisible again, they would see a large chameleon shaped hollow, with long suction cup like hands and feet, and an incredibly thick tail on it's back side. It's hollow mask was long and horned, with sharp teeth and the classic yellow eyes. the hollow hole was in the middle of it's large tail. Even the brief view of it made it obvious that this hollow was far stronger than the usual ones around the town. ...For it to evade all of their patrols for so long also said something about its powers. "How adorable..." It's voice echoed all around the three. "Seeing children like you act sooooo close...it could make a hollow very hungry. Come now Quincy, eating you will be especially filling!" Its voice roared, but from all directions, making it hard to tell were it was currently. From where Ryoko was however, the creature would whip its tail at her again while Clyde was still getting up, which again would reveal his location but barely for a second as the tail would come crashing down at the girl, easily twice as thick as she was.

Ryoko smiled returning Clyde's light smile and nodded when he thanked her. 'I barely remember my mother hugging my father when he was worried or upset.' She hadn't been all that old when she had been living with her parents and it was a miracle that she remembered such simple things. She had developed a completely different personality since she had been a baby with her parents and it was a bit odd to find her hugging people when her personality suggested that she didn't. She didn't have to always be the way that people expected of her and wouldn't mind picking up a few of her mother's habits whether it be hugging or something else. "Your Welcome..." Those weren't words she said very often or with such a gentle tone of voice so it was also odd but a little habit of her mother.

Ryoko screamed out in pain when she was hit with the hollow's tail although it appeared as though there was nothing there and she got up from the ground rubbing her right arm, which had gotten hit the most. She glared around the area noticing now that Broken had disappeared but he hadn't left because she could feel his reiatsu nearby and she also noticed the slight appearance of a chameleon hollow just before he became invisible again. This hollow wasn't like the rest of the hollows and it seemed he had been able to hide himself from even the best of Quincys around Karakura; a very rare event. She growled when its voice echoed around them and was disgusted when he said that the Quincy would be especially filling but which one was he talking about. She soon found the answer to her question when the hollow's tail came crashing down on her revealing where he was for a slight second and she groaned in pain as a few of her ribs began to ache in pain; the tail was much bigger than her so it was inevitable.

"Damn it..." Ryoko felt stupid for leaving herself open for an attack and she grabbed at her torso gently where her ribs had been hurt; it'd be a couple of seconds before she'd be able to move.

[Clyde]

((With genno gone Broken is simply removed from the thread here on out ._.))

"So easy. You Quincy have gotten soft, I remember the days were I had to actually avoid your kind!" The hollow's laugh echoed around the area. Although She and Clyde could not see it he was circling very close to her watching her roll around in pain from his strike to her. "But that's ok, your soul will still give me plenty to devour!" He roared as his tail would appear again above her moving in to whip her with incredible strength, all the while laughing like a demon hyena.

"Grr~!" Clyde gritted his teeth as he got back onto his feet and as fast as he could leaped forward, he did not have time to create a weapon so he'd have to block the blow with his body. It was a dangerous move, but his reiatsu and strength were enough where it at least would not kill him. Just as the tail came crashing down on Ryoko, Clyde jumped right in front of it and grabbed it and put his arms forward in an "X" shape to block the attack allowing it to directly hit. He yelled out in pain as the strike brought him to his knees but he managed to hold it back from crushing him and his Quincy ally. "Damn...this is heavy!" He grunted out trying to push the tail back, really getting a good look at this monster of a hollow.

"Haha, what a tough guy! I'm gonna enjoy killing you the most!" The hollow declared as he lifted his tail back from the human and swung it to his side. The strike to the boy's right shoulder sent him flying and crashing through one of the lower windows of the abandoned building they fought near. The hollow's attention seemed solely on Clyde at the moment, as soon as he attacked him he b-lined for the window he launched the boy into and climbed up into it, leaving Ryoko in her pain.

[Ryoko Ishii]

"Grr. You foul beast! How dare you insult my kind!" Ryoko glared in the direction she had last saw the hollow and clenched her fist. She felt like she was being mocked by the hollow and she didn't like it because it made her feel weak. Hollows were such disgusting creatures and the creature's next sentence only proved the fact more. She didn't know that the hollow was lurking around her and when his tail appeared above her she was surprised to say the least. She didn't even have to time to think and it didn't help that the hollow was making her mad.

Ryoko flinched as she waited for the tail to collide with her again and when it didn't she looked to see what had happened. She thought that she had heard a sound come from Clyde and when she looked she saw that he was blocking the hit from the hollow. He had managed to stop the attack with his bare hands and she winced when he yelled out in pain as the blow from the attack forced him to his knees. She heard the hollow speak again and growled at what he had said. She gasped slightly when the hollow sent Clyde flying through a window into the old hospital and then follow after him through the same window.

"Damn it. Stupid beast!" Ryoko said wincing in pain for a second and then used Hirenkyaku to enter the rundown hospital.

[Clyde]

Clyde crashed through the window and skidded across the tiled floor for a few feet before hitting the back of a wall. He rolled over onto the side he had been injured, clenching it with his left arm. "Damn, this hollow is a lot stronger than the others I've fought..." Clyde thought as he brought himself back to his knees and looked towards the window, suddenly alerted there do to a large crawling noise and the breaking of class. However as he looked on he saw nothing. He rose to his feet and moved towards the center of the room looking all around him, trying to sense the hollows reiatsu but no matter how he tried he could not seem to find a trace of it.

"Oh what's the matter boy?" The hollows voice hissed and echoed, preventing Clyde from knowing where it was coming from. "Are you looking for me?" The hollow began to laugh menacingly "Well look all you'd like! so long as I'm cloaked you'll never be able to find meeeee!" The hollow began to howl with laughter, moving towards Clyde from the window.

"You are a terrible creature...guah-" He flinched as the pain in his side started to sting. "We've all got to survive somehow, boy. Enjoying it is just a bonus for me." Clyde raised his arms up, preparing himself for whatever strike the enemy could make. It was only when the hollow finally moved next to Clyde did the boy realized he was behind him as the hollows cloak dissipated, revealing its monstrous form. "Now, I want to see you bleed tough guy!" It yelled as it would swing down it's large tail once more, aiming to crush the boy through the very floor. "Not enough time to move~" Clyde braced himself to take a major hit from this creature all while it laughed confidently.

[Ryoko Ishii]

Ryoko was inside the hospital but it was hard telling exactly how far the hollow had sent her ally flying. She figured it would be easy to find them but since they were inside an abandoned hospital it was a bit more difficult than she had imagined. She had to go around to be able to even get into the room she thought he had been thrown into and it was a bit irritating. She had finally gotten to the point where she had come full circle and the path was still blocked but she could hear both the hollow and Clyde. She took a deep breath preparing herself for the pain that she was about to experience and rammed herself into the object that was blocking the room until the object fell to a crash on the other side. She summoned her bow as soon as she entered the room having heard the hollow yell and aimed it at him after she had swiped over her ears quickly.

"Ya Haretsu!" Ryoko yelled grimacing a bit sending the arrow flying at the hollow.

[Clyde]

Just as the tail had lifted itself off the ground Ryoko's voiced echoed through the room and an arrow struck the think tail right in the middle. Normally, the hollows strength would have allowed it to ignore this attack and continue to attack the human boy but suddenly the arrows reiatsu expanded and exploded outward sending the creatures across the floor and burning its tail severely where it had been struck. "Insolent little~!" The creature roared as it scrambled onto it's four feet with some difficulty, it seemed landing on his back caused him to flail around before he could fix himself and run off further into the hospital for a small retreat as his reiatsu and image were cloaked again.

Clyde lowered his arms as the beast was knocked back and retreated. "Thanks, Ryoko-san." he said simply with a sigh of relief, Ryoko just saved him from a severe injury. Afterward he went over to a piece of debris on the ground, grabbing it with his right hand he created his normal spear-like weapon. "Any ideas?" He asked as he held his weapon with both hands, preparing for the creature to return; this may be their only chance to strategies.

[Ryoko Ishii]

Ryoko wasn't upset that her attack hadn't defeated the hollow at all and knew better then to assume that a one arrow attack would destroy it. The attack had been fired merely to keep it from injuring her human ally and if at all injure the hollow a little. She glared when it called her an insolent fool and watched with a slight grin as it struggled to get up before it retreated further into the rundown hospital. She turned to Clyde when he thanked her and she just nodded. She watched him turn a piece of debris into his speak-like weapon and then ask if she had any ideas.

"He's a particularly strong hollow as much as I hate to say it. It seems the only time we can see him is right before he is about to attack." Ryoko said stating what she had learned. "I'm not sure what to do about it. The only solution I can think of is firing my arrows about the hospital but that's reckless." She continued speaking saying the only thing that came to her mind, which was the least likely thing they should do.

[Clyde]

"Attacking before he reveals himself isn't gonna help us much." He said to her as he listening to the creaking and cracking of the floor as the two of them moved. The sound was rather loud and noticeable."Let's try and listen for his movements instead of his voice...I noticed he tries to mask his approach by talking a lot." The boy explained what he had noticed as well to her. Before he could say anymore he heard a stomping noise again...the hollow was approaching again.

"I'll try and lure it out of its cloak, you take whatever shot you can at it when he reveals himself." Clyde planned as he moved forward in a defensive stance, preparing to guard against the creatures attacks as he heard the approaching noise getting louder and louder. "Quincy, I hope that wasn't your best." The creature laughed menacingly from all directions. "Otherwise...this is gonna be fast." He continued to laugh and try and mask the sound of his movements, despite Clyde being the one in front the hollow crawled past him by attaching itself on the ceiling. Suddenly it would appear above Ryoko with its mouth opened wide and from it's large maw shot out a tongue with an incredible length, it was purple in appearance and slimy and it was aiming to strike her.

Ryoko nodded at what Clyde had said and knew that it hadn't been a good idea anyway. The hospital was too old to withstand a volley of her arrows especially when they could hear the floor creaking as they moved. She nodded again when he spoke revealing what he had learned about the hollow and began to listen for the hollow; hearing his less than graceful approach. She lifted an eyebrow when Clyde said that he would lure it out and told her to fire at it when it showed itself speaking once again to hide the sound of its approach. "I wasn't even trying." She said with a laugh and waited for it to show itself. She was a bit surprised when the hollow showed itself above her, however, so she used Hirenkyaku to avoid its attack and aimed her bow at the hollow's mouth.

"Cover you ears, Clyde!" Ryoko shouted to her ally so he could protect himself from the sound of the explosion. "Ya no Danmaku!" She continued this time shouting the name of her attack and launched an arrow into the hollow's mouth, which would only split into more before exploding.

[Clyde]

As she dodged the tongue it would stab into the ground, easily cutting into it as if it were a sword or other sharp instrument. It would have stabbed her had she not moved in time, however it retracted quickly and was back in his mouth before she had fired her arrows. As his mouth closed he would leap away with just enough time to avoid actually being hit by the arrows but the explosion caused the section of the ceiling to collapse and caused the hollow itself to land on the ground with crash, falling through the floor do to its large weight.

Clyde had covered his ears of the noise quickly, turning his weapon into a literal pair of ear muffs made from his reiatsu. When her attack had finished he reverted them back to a spear and moved forward jumping down into the hole after the hollow into a lower floor of the hospital. Falling directly downward Clyde would flip his spear down so that as he fell he could lodge it into the fallen hollow, catching it right into it's back. "Got you!" He said confidently as the two working together managed to get a a major hit on the creature, until its tail lifted up and whipped him off the creature effortlessly. "Oof!" The boy grunted as he was hit to the floor, the hollows back seemed largely unharmed despite being stabbed, only a burn mark and scratches remained.

"The toughest parts of my skin are my tail and back...these humans are so foolish if they think they've hurt me that badly! So long as they don't hit my stomach with those attacks heheh...they'll never beat me!" The hollow thought after knocking Clyde away the creature charged down the room, grinding its tail into the ceiling...Ryoko's floor, causing section after section to collapse and force her down to their level. "Join your friend you pesky little human! I want to see you squirm with him!" It yelled as the whole room Ryoko was in essentially fell apart. Clyde got back on his feet and swung his spear at the debris that landed towards him, destroying most of it. Without waiting he would then charge at it again sending a blast of energy at the tail, not realizing just how tough that section of his body was yet.
