Personality:Oterua is kind and understanding. She can get worried easily, and isn't very confident when giving out orders. She tries to all she can for her division, and puts effort into every task she is given. When fighting her personality changes severly, and becomes a very cold fighter. She is highly strategic, nevertheless, and won't give in easily.

History:
Oterua was raised in a noble family in east rukongai. Her father was a captain of the gotei 13 but had retired due to a spinal injury he recieved while fighting a large hollow. He taught Oterua the ways of combat early on and excelled in the shinigami school. She was placed in the accelerated class and ended up using learning some kidou. After the six years of schooling, she became a shinigami under the 6th division. Six years ago, Oterua went to the human world and was chased around by a 8 year old girl name Hayashi. They had small conversations with eachother and promised to meet again. Oterua is curious on what Hayashi grew up to be, since she could see Shinigami.
She visited her family often and her father contiued to teach her combat. He showed her the method of learning how to use bankai, but that was the last lesson he had give her. Oterua's father died from a sickness that he caught from her mother, who had died recently. She was depressed for a while but continue her bankai training in memorial of her parents. Eventually she became strong enough to be the lt. of squad 6, but kept her bankai ability secret.
When the Hollows and Arrancar invaded the human world, she joined Zibishi in fighting two Arrancar. During the begginning of the fight between the younger Arrancar and herself, the fight was interrupted by the leader of the Arrancar, Cenzia. Cenzia knocked Oterua unconcious and was taken to the realm where the hollow live, Hueco Muendo. When she awoke, an arrancar named Geo took her to a cave, and attempted to interrigate her. Since Oterua didn't know much, and refused to betray the shinigami, it failed. An onigami named Shinku was captured as well, and joined Tsukusi in cave. It felt strange to be making allies with her past enemies, but they both needed to leave the realm Heuco Muendo, so she wasn't complaining. Tsukusi is waiting for rescue, while trying plan to escape herself...
Eventually Oterua was saved along with the other captives, even though she felt guilty that she couldn't help. Hisakata and Oterua set out for the human world to practice their shinigami skills, and to teach Oterua how to truely use her bankai
Name: Hisakata
Description: A regular katana with a red hilt. It its lighter than most Katana's and has a blue tint to it.
-Shikai:"Crash upon this/these enemy/ies Hiskata" Hisakata turns into a large morning star that has a ball maked of ice on the end. Hiskata can be thrown or swung at enemies in this form. Oterua can launch 5'ft wide balls of ice in this form.
-Bankai: Hiskata begines to turn into a 4ft long staff made of ice. Oterua can swing the staff to make a wall of ice shards in that direction. The staff looks completely silver and has a long blue sapphire on the end.
Spirit Description:Hisakata is actually a large orca whale. Her main color a cerulean blue, unlike most orca's who are black. She is a very fierce spirit, and know some of the english language. When Oterua is feeling discourged, leave it to Hisakata to give her a tough love speach.
Attacks:
Shikai: Koori Kuiki: Oterua launches a ball of ice from the end of her chain. Once it makes contact, it explodes into many sharp shards of ice. She needs to use some reiatsu for every ball of ice she launches
Bankai: Koori Heitsu: Oterua swings Hisakata an creates a wall of ice in that direction. The wall can bust through anything, and is about 30ft high. Oterua's strength increases in this form.
Passive Abilities: When using the shikai or bankai the temperature in the battle feild begins to drop to 25 degrees.
