((Note that considering what's currently going on, this takes place sometime BEFORE the espada invasion in the human realm))
A loud yawn came from the individual who seemed to be walking against the crowd. The busy citizens who moved passed Clyde to areas all over the shopping district. Some for business, others for fun. He walked down the busy street with hands behind his head in a laid back fashion. The other humans seemed to ignore the boy, but he was used to it. Normally, the human would be off training in the manga shop or patrolling the areas for hollow. But at the insistence from his friends, he decided to take a break. A small one, but one where he could relax. He decided that he never really got to know the shops around the manga store. Even if he did not have any money or want anything available, it could not hurt to see what other humans bought or did on these busy streets.
The first store he entered was some sort of clothing store, but all of the clothing was some shade of black. It was a bit odd to him, even the walls were black. The music in the place was loud to and he could barely understand what the people were saying in it. "This...may have been a bad first choice." He said aloud, not to worried about people hearing. He lifted up a nearby shirt and saw some sort of weird looking clown on it with the words "why so serious?" written on it. "Why so...serious? ...I-I don't get it." Raising an eyebrow to it seemed to be the only reaction the boy could think of that seemed appropriate.

Miwa had just exited a nearby sporting goods store, a bag with some new shorts hanging from her left shoulder. She had torn her last pair of sparring shorts, and the ones she had now were rather worn, so she needed some new pairs anyway. She began to walk down the sidewalk, pushing her way through several people. The next store caught her eye. A darker store with interesting articles inside. Miwa made her way inside, passing by a boy looking at some shirts with a confused look on his face. This struck her as funny, so she giggled a bit as she brushed by him, over towards some English Victorian style clothing. She found a small black corset and was pressing it up against her stomach, then laughed. As if I need something like this..... Miwa placed it back on the rack, then went to another to see what they had, her bright blue eyes flickering joyously as she rummaged through the various clothing.

Continuing to puzzle over the shirt, the boy heard someone laughing close by him. He lowered the shirt and looked over to see a young girl walking past him, she seemed to find his reaction funny so Clyde himself could not help but laugh a little to himself as well, though he did not pay the reaction much mind and as she passed him he went back to looking. He eventually folded the shirt back up and placed it where it belonged and then moved on to a different section of clothing. By chance he happened upon the area that Miwa was also looking through clothing though he had not noticed. Looking through the clothing, he continued to see the ridiculousness of it all, and he wore pretty odd clothing to begin with. "It all looks rather bizarre..." he commented to himself, "...Then again, most of my clothing is pretty damaged from constant abuse, it might not hurt to actually get some extras." He began to think, picking up a random pair of pants which purposely had holes in it. "Some people sure have odd taste, why would you buy damaged clothing?" He admitted aloud with a light laugh. He dropped the pants back down and grabbed at another shirt, this one with an NES controller on it. "Hmmm...." He stared at it intently, as if trying to figure out what exactly he was looking at.

Miwa noticed the boy, another article of clothing in his hand, and the same stumped expression on his face. She walked up behind him, stifling her giggling for the moment. "You're not familiar with popular trends, are you?" She glanced at the pair of pants he set down, still trying to hold back her laughter at his confusion. "The jeans are supposed to look worn, it's an new trend going around. Most rock bands and their fans wear them I don't quite get it myself, but who am I to question trends? It's just a popularity thing." She then noticed the shirt in the boy's hand, sighing. "You live a pretty sheltered life, don't you?"

"Trends, huh?" He repeated to himself as he was surveying the jeans. The girl tried to explain to him the purpose of the pants being ripped. Wearing things for popularity? That didn't seem very practical to the boy, but like the girl said herself, who was he to judge what other humans wanted to wear. When he had moved on to the shirt he heard a rather surprising remark from the same girl, questioning whether he had a sheltered life. As she questioned this he had given up on figuring the shirt out and tossed it back into the pile of clothing.
"Sheltered life...?" He paused, thinking about his day to day activities. He was outdoors most of the time, now that he thought about it so what the heck did she mean by that? "Actually I'm hardly ever indoors, I usually am out around the city on the look out fo-uhh..." He stopped himself, "I shouldn't mention hollows to a regular human..." He cleared his throat before correcting himself. "Ahem, For...different places from around here. I'm...from out of town." He lied as best as he could. "I guess I've been moving around so much I haven't really been keeping track of the common trends these days." He paused for a moment, before he seemed to realize something, "Oh, uh, my name is Clyde." He added clumsily.

Miwa found it humorous that this Clyde was so oblivious to majority of the things going on in this present age. She looked at Clyde, her blue eyes piercing through him, as she answered his comment."Sheltered, as in you don't socialize or hang out with normal people on an average basis." Her eyes narrowed, continuing to look into Clyde's, expecting to see something that wasn't there. "Why do I get the feeling you're omitting something? Call it woman's intuition, but I think you're lying to me." She shrugged, then her gaze became soft again. "I'm sure you have your reasons. Although it's funny that I'm explaining a sheltered life to you, when I don't have much of one myself, between martial arts, school, and some recent occurrences, I'm kept rather occupied. By the way, name's Miwa." Miwa noticed a small spark coming from her fingertips on her right hand, and instantly attempted to hide it by shoving her hand in her pocket, hoping Clyde hadn't noticed it. Many were afraid of her just for her fighting prowess, last thing she needed was to further isolate herself from the masses.

As the boy was stared at by piercing eyes, he could not help but feel a built guilty for lying to the girl. Whatever she was looking for in those eyes gray colored eyes of his she would not be able to find it, perhaps the only thing she'd see in them was a strange feeling of solitude. He averted his eyes as the stare continued, making him feel a bit uncomfortable. "Well...I guess in that regard I am a bit sheltered." He added avoiding the eye contact for the last second or two. The girl then proceeded to explain her own rather busy life in comparison before introducing herself. "Most people around here seem to have pretty busy lives, it must be hard to juggle through all of it. I usually focus my attention on single tasks instead of working on so many things at once. " Finally he returned his eyes forward towards this other human, adding, "It's nice to meet you, Miwa."
As the two began to talk with one another, something odd happened. Well, odd for regular humans anyway. It was fast, almost unnoticeable...but as Miwa shoved her hand within her pocket Clyde felt a spiritual pressure. His eyes followed the hand as it was placed within her pocket as if the reiatsu pulled them there, however, he only felt the reiatsu...he did not see it. "...Is something wrong?" He questioned, carrying kindness in his voice. He had noticed something just there, and had a suspicion on what it could be, but now was not the time and place to start acting on something so insignificant. "Hey...don't worry about it." He added before she really got a chance to answer, as if he knew something about it, like he understood. He took a one more look around the store before finally saying, "I don't think this store and its trends are for me, I think I'll try looking at some of the others." He said to her before beginning to walk towards the exit of the building, preparing to leave and say his goodbye's when he suddenly stopped himself. "You... seem to know this stuff better than me, would you mind maybe helping me out a bit?" He asked with a light laugh. His question was an invitation however, a chance for him to see if there was more to that reiatsu he felt than just a random occurrence.

Miwa just shrugged off Clyde's concern, putting her other hand in her pocket as well, should that one begin sparking as well. She was unaware why they did that, but usually it meant there was a Hollow or Shinigami nearby, although it was possible this boy was in a Gigai or possessed a similar power to her own. Miwa had heard of humans possessing what her father called reiatsu, but she had never met one, not that she was aware of. She glanced at Clyde, a slight smile on across her face, answering him despite his response. "It was probably just static buildup. Just got a bit of a shock."
Upon turning back around, she heard Clyde's invitation, halting in her tracks, stunned fro a moment. Did he just ask me out? That's what it had sounded like. But yet Miwa's curiosity was blooming. It could be a perfect opportunity for her to find out why he possessed reiatsu, and not just enough to see spirits, as an insignificant amount like that wouldn't have set off Furina. With another smile, she willingly agreed. "Sure,Grandpa's remodeling the dojo, so I don't have anything else to do?" Her mouth had muttered this, although her thoughts were saying something else entirely.Just one wrong move and I'll knock you out cold.

Clyde raised an eyebrow at her reaction to his invitation. He seemed to have completely caught her off guard with the question, though he was not really sure why. Maybe this had to do with the whole "sheltered life" thing she was talking about; either way he was not going to think to much about it. This was more or less a chance to see if she was possible spiritually aware. To the boy it would make sense, people with reiatsu seemed to always naturally find one another like as if their energy called to one another. It was how the hollows found them, so it would not surprise him if it worked the same way here, if not a little more subtle. Still, he was not hundred percent certain is she was spiritually aware or not so he'd keep it to himself for now and wait until a more appropriate time.
As Miwa agreed to help him out, he got a sudden shiver up his spine. Her words and smile seemed genuine but there was something about it that made him worry, like she was prepared to knock him out just in case, or something. "Ah...ahem, alright thanks." He hesitated to say with a laugh following it. "Well, let's take a look around then." He managed to say, getting his composure back before he would make his way out of the store with the expectation that she was simply gonna follow him. As he left he'd place his arms behind his head, returning to his casual posture as they would head down the street. Things were still as busy as ever...as he looked from store to store he wasn't even sure where he wanted to look.

Miwa was certain there was something peculiar about this boy, although she still couldn't place her finger on it. She might as well try to see if she couldn't get some information out of him. She ran up to his side, her arms now behind her back as she looked at him curiously. "So, what exactly do you do for fun anyway?" Before he could say anything, Miwa pulled Clyde by the arm over to a curiosity shop, pointing towards an eerie mask in the window, the eyes on the mask seemingly full of an odd mixture of despair and loathing, cast against the bone white frame of the mask. Miwa pressed her face against the glass, observing the mask further, muttering, her facial features turned emotionless as though she was in a trance. "It's a rather strange mask, isn't it? As though the life of the wearer had his soul torn from his body, everything he had once cared about stripped from him and forced to parade around in this mask despite his agony and torment, consuming others to fill that irreplaceable void within him, causing pain towards others, dragging them down to his level. An empty vessel full of naught but despair and hatred, a damned soul cursed to never experience the joys of paradise." Her eyes turned slowly towards Clyde, a hypnotic look to them as she spoke in a monotonous voice to him."A tragedy, wouldn't you agree?"

The boy was carried off by his arm and before he was even allowed to answer her question, she had planted him in front of a small little store with a random assortment of things. It was just as well, he didn't really have an answer for her and it would have just been made up anyway. It's odd, these question seemed like obvious things to ask someone but he never seemed to have answers for them. He guessed it was because he never had the time to think about it, he wasn't sure. As they stopped in front of the curiosity shop, Miwa seemed drawn to an object in the window, placing her face close to the glass she spoke poetically about the mask in the window which caught the other humans attention.
Clyde rose his eyes to look at the mask, staring at it as she spoke of the feelings it emoted to her. As he looked at the mask however, he was not reminded of sympathy or anguish. His eyes deepened as he was reminded of a hollow, a specific one. The one who had killed tsukiko, the one the boy trained to stop should he attack again, Karzan. Thinking of his lost friend that he missed and how much he hated those damn creatures, he took in a breath of air before sighing out lightly. There was no reason to get mad now, he thought, it would not change anything. And for what it was worth what she was saying did relate to the hollow, most of them anyway. "That was...rather poetic." He said with sincerity as he moved his head a bit to the side to avert his stare. "Masks like that can hide the true person underneath, they say. A shame some don't have the choice of removing them."
What Miwa was describing certainly matched the description of a hollow, could she really know what they were? Or was this some sort of coincidence? Clyde was beginning to doubt that now however. He wondered, had a hollow hurt her as well at some point...it seemed likely.

Miwa, her eyes still focused on the mask, began to speak again, in the same hypnotic tone. "Yet every so often,a tormented soul refuses to masquerade under such a mask, being that it represents all that he has came to loathe about himself as being nothing more than a over glorified beast and as a last chance of liberation or maybe a remnant of salvation, the soul forces the mask off, taking the guise of his former self, often disturbed and detached from this plane of existence, a shred of his agony still intact, still eating away at him, although the will to consume has lessened...."Miwa's eyes turned back towards Clyde, the luster returning to them as she continued. She was certain that Clyde knew something, and most would just think she was spouting nonsense, only those who had reiatsu possessed. "It's a shame, even if they remove their mask they still possess the hole in their heart that will never be filled."She stopped herself there, analyzing his reaction with curiosity.

"Hey, we just met. We should avoid talking about something so depressing. Otherwise it'll be the thing we always come back to in our conversations." He said light hardily, laughing it off a bit. "...There's always hope for those tormented souls anyway. They can be put to rest." He was certain now that she had to have at least encountered a hollow, she knew of their holes and mask, and it looked like she was toying with the knowledge to see if Clyde knew himself. He turned his body away from the mask, not wanting to be reminded of what something like that represented anymore. "I'm starting to think there's more to you as well." He gave a light shrug of the shoulders, he was referring to a comment she had made earlier about him.
"Maybe we share some common secrets?" He began to walk away from the mask and the store with that comment heading over towards another shop. "Huh...what store would be good for me?" He thought aloud, jarringly changing the tone of their conversation back to lighthearted. looking from clothing store to clothing store, they all looked so vastly different from one another it seemed kind of overwhelming.

Miwa reluctantly followed him, however she was still vastly curious about this boy. Perhaps she had found one who could understand her. She could see he was touchy about the subject which led her to the conclusion that he had experienced a similar fate. She halted, despite his sudden topic change, her thoughts straying to that of her late mother, a now solemn expression on her face. "They killed her..... The police had passed off my mother's death as being crushed by the weight of the house that had collapsed upon her. Upon arriving home from training, I found the house in ruins. My mother was dead, there was no doubt about it as the firefighters pulled her out from the rubble. I'll never forget that look in her eyes, that blank glossy stare. I too had thought it an accident at first, but then I saw a dog out of the corner of my eye. This wasn't your average dog, mind you, I got a good look at it to determine that factor, just sitting there near the ambulance, watching them pull my mother's corpse out. The dog was similar in build to a rottweiler, but was a ghastly white color, a mask covering its face, cracked around where two horns protruded out from its skull. The strangest part was no one was paying any attention to it as though it was only visible to me. Upon noticing me watching it, the dog turned tail and ran into a nearby alley where it had suddenly disappeared. I was sure it was a Hollow who had devoured my mother. There were slight indentations in the earth around the rubble, matching that of the dog I had seen earlier and a slight reiatsu trial leading throughout the house. I believe a few of the local spirits turned up missing shortly after"
She looked down at her hands, now in front of her, blue sparks emitting from her fingertips, as she brought one hand up to her face as she looked at Clyde, wondering if he would accept this ludicrous story. She had refused to see psychiatric help purely for this reason as they would have labeled her insane, seeing spooks and what not. She had spoken with her grandfather about it, and he simply stated that it would be better to not say anything more about, although she was sure he didn't believe her. She simply let a lighthearted smile form across her face, an almost relieved look in her eyes to let loose of such a burden. "Well, that's that. If you don't believe me, I don't blame you. If so, then there truly is more to you then meets the eyes." Her mood quickly changed after that, returning to her usual cheerful self as she looked around at the varying stores. "So what shop did you want to check out next?"

Clyde stopped walking on ahead, lowering his head slightly towards the ground as Miwa told him her story. She explained the death of her mother and how a hollow was the cause, and how no one had believed her, as a result forcing her it to keep to herself. The way she worded it, Clyde was probably one of the only people she had told this too. He remained silent throughout her explanation allowing her to finish before he turned to face her again with his calm expression, one of understanding. Just looking at him she would be able to tell he understood and believed her story. The boy did not think she would be so willing to explain this to her, but he knew reiatsu, especially when there was a lot of it like in his case, could have odd effects on people. "I'm sorry to hear that. Then you have encountered them too...the hollows." He sighed somewhat somberly, lowering his hands to his sides, before placing them in his pockets.
For a moment, he said nothing, thinking to himself. "...Follow me." He finally said, instead of heading towards one of the stores he would lead her towards an empty building nearby that the boy sometimes used for training. It would take them a few minutes to get there, but the boys sense of calmness would emit off of him, he seemed like someone very trustworthy. When he got to the abandoned building, he opening the door to it and entered it, giving Miwa a moment of she did not want to follow him in there.
Once they had entered the building he would walk across the entrance to the farthest wall in the room. Carefully, he raised his right hand and placed the palm of it against the wall and, using his power, caused his reiatsu to travel along the sides of every wall in the room. With a flash the room would light up with the humans reiatsu, it would look like the two were standing within a different place all together. His reiatsu, like him, gave off the feeling of calmness the boy had. For the moment, the two looked like they were floating within light. "I believe you...because there are others like you. Like me as well. Those who have different...abilities, and have had interactions with the same creatures of the dead." he explained, "Some of us work together, learning from each other to gain better control of our powers so that we can fight the hollow. I myself have tried very hard to protect everyone in this city... but I failed once, not too long ago." He spoke again somberly his eyes looking distant for a but a moment before he returned to the now. With reassurance he added, "...It isn't easy losing someone you care for."
He lifted his hand from the wall, returning the place to normal, he had brought her here merely as a demonstration and so that he would not alert other humans. "I would say it was luck you found someone like me..." He paused, turning back to Miwa, "But luck hardly ever has anything to do with it." He stopped talking, waiting for a moment to see what she would have to say about this.

Miwa looked around at the walls of the building, reluctantly following Clyde inside. Miwa watched as he had sent a surge of reiatsu into the walls illuminating the area in an eerie but unusually calm light. Miwa couldn't help but feel at ease, her worries seeming to melt away, as she cast her gaze towards one of the walls, her eyes tracing the reiatsu trials, her . "I had never let that day bring me down. I only used it as further motivation to train harder, honing my skills in both Furina and my martial arts. I have felled a few Hollows, but none compared to the level of the one I encountered that day. Which means I still have a long way to go before even standing a fighting chance against the stronger ones, including those who have taken on a human form. I may be no Shinigami, but I'm sure I can rival one in no time!! Miwa had seem to boost her own self confidence with her pep speech as she had always done before. She was nothing short of confidence, and she strived to rise to that level where Hollows couldn't touch her. That was her goal, and once she had her mind set on something, there was no changing it. She looked at Clyde, a new fire burning in her vibrant blue eyes. "As my grandfather says, shoot for the sky. It is better to be a hawk, the whole world his domain then be a lowly mouse who rises from his burrow only to look yearningly at the sky, never to reach past the clouds and grasp his dream, forever to be the hawk's prey, who has been relinquished by his hopes, rising to greater heights."
She smiled at Clyde, a look of determination etched across her face, her eyes seemingly sparking the same blue electricity her fingers had earlier."It is for this reason I must constantly seek strong opponents. My reiatsu control training had never been of any use aside form the occasional Hollow, so if somehow you could locate these other humans, I'd love to test my skill against them. As for luck, it is all how you view it. If there exists such a thing as Fate, then surely she is smiling upon us."

(Music)"My power...is the power of manipulation and transmutation." He began to explain when she followed the reiatsu trails back to their source, which was Clyde's right arm. He placed his hand against the wall again as sort of a demonstration, this time only manipulating a small section around his hand. "Reiatsu is found within everything, human, animal, hollow...even these walls. My right arm can draw upon that reiatsu and change it to my will." The light coming off the one wall would change color for that moment, from the gray reiatsu to a more blueish one. "It's very difficult to control, but I've started to become quite adept at it." He gave his usual smile towards the young woman. Before removing his hand for the final time. "Your grandfather sounds like a poetic man, you must take after him, haha." The boy laughed a bit, these little poems were a bit eccentric but it certainly made her stand out from the other humans he had spoken with. "But I am surprised you know about the shinigami. That's not a common fact for most humans, even ones like us." Clyde was a bit surprised, most spiritually aware humans barely even knew about the hollows, but she seemed pretty knowledgeable as she spoke of both the shinigami and the arrancar. Clyde was one of the few who had been filled in by others like Zakura and Ryo...and of course his own experiences with the hollow. Still, he rarely met another human so well informed. "I only found out because the ones who train us, and watch over us, are two shinigami by the names of Zakura Kessin, and Hasaki Ryo. The two of them have taken it upon themselves to prepare us for the fight ahead. Those two are like family to me." He explained about the shinigami who trained the humans, his family. "They took care of me when I woke up in this city...without any memory of my past." For some reason, he felt he should tell her some of his story as well. It was the same reason she told him, it just felt right. "I've been living here for a year with their help, but I still don't really know much about my past. Just that I have this incredible power...you could say its why I'm so "sheltered." He laughed over the comment, making light of his situation. "But with this power, I can make a difference against the hollow, just like you can. It's strange, I usually don't explain this to anyone. Maybe I just felt obligated after you explained your past to me..." He pondered quietly to himself. "Now that I know about your power, I can take you to meet with them and the other humans soon. If anyone can help you master those powers, its us." He said with confidence, recognizing the determination in her eyes. He held that same determination when it came to protecting those who lived in this city. He would warn her of the risks about being trained, but he knew that someone like her would take the risks regardless. He was not sure why though, he just felt it. Again, it was the work of their reiatsu feeding off each other. "But we'll leave that for another day, This all is a bit overwhelming for our first time meeting each other. Maybe it would be better if we just continued with what we were doing. I'm sure it'll be easier now that we know the truth of each other."

After Clyde mentioning his unique ability, Miwa took the chance to explain hers a bit, looking down at the sparks coming from her right hand. "I possess a vaguely similar power. I can manipulate the electricity around me, whether its from my own body, the air, or another being, I have control over it. I have even experimented and figured out I can gather certain metals to form weapons in a way similar to electromagnetism. I have yet to control the precise voltage from which I can attack with, as higher voltages disrupt the current flowing between me and my weapons and lead to potential explosions, so I try to keep a constant voltage. It remains high enough to knock out a human, yet sufficient enough to deal damage to one of a spiritual form. I call it Furina after a thunder deity."
Miwa simply smiled as Clyde pointed out her knowledge of Shinigami, clenching her hand into a fist as she stared eagerly into Clyde's eyes. Well, I forgot to mention my father is a Shinigami. He's a bit rugged on the outside, but he has the potential to be a Captain one day. It was from him that I learned most of Soul Society and Hollowkind, not to mention his presence was the trigger for my powers. He had been sent to Karakura Town for a few months on a mission, and he had stayed with my mother and I, taking time here and there to spar with me, even helping to develop my powers further. That is another reason I strive to become stronger. I wish to surpass my father, and defeat him in combat." Miwa patiently listened to Clyde's story. At the mention of two other Shinigami residing in Karakura Town, her curiosity was getting the better of her. She would love to face them if they were strong. If she died, then she would just wind up in Soul Society, where she would continue her training regardless. She had inherited her father's ferocity and determination, not to mention that insatiable desire for power. Opportunity was in her favor, these humans could further her own powers, which was impossible to do by herself. "That'd be great! So where is it that you wanted to go now next?" Miwa would keep Clyde to his word. She would go to any lengths to see it done. She looked around at the other stores in the vicinity, her thoughts running wildly through her head.

"A power over electricity, that's interesting. Every human has been unique in what power they developed, yours is no different." He commented on as he guided the two out of the building and back in the direction of the shopping district. Once again, he placed his hands to the back of his head in a casual matter. His eyes looked over towards the girl as she talked about her father. "A shinigami as your father, that's incredible!" The boy seemed pretty excited as she explained her relationship with the man, he respected the shinigami and thought it very interesting that she was related to one. "Well, it's no wonder you have spiritual power now. You're very lucky to have someone like that." The boy paused a bit as she claimed she wanted to defeat him in battle, slightly caught off guard by the idea. "Really? That seems a of an odd thing to want to do...maybe that's just how daughters and fathers are or something?" The idea seemed humorous to him, thinking to himself if his father was anything special as well.
"You certainly sound like you enjoy fighting." He laughed a bit as her fiery personality seemed to shine through her comments. "Most of the people I've met I've had to fight at one point or another. Sparing is one of the best ways to focus yourself, I've found myself enjoying it more recently. ...Maybe one day you and I can spar with each other." He suggested lightly as he gave a determined smile of his own. "Just remember, power isn't everything. Its how you use it that really matters." He spoke his belief with a big smile on his face. He was the kind of person who enjoyed doing good for others."Hmm, as for where we could go...I guess I need to find some new clothing that won't get destroyed too easily, since I damage a lot of it fighting the hollows. Do you know anyplace with some durable clothes?" he remarked more casually to her now that he knew the extent of her knowledge. It would be a lot easier to talk with Miwa now, he felt. He could tell she was pretty anxious from their conversations, hopefully she would calm down.

Miwa began to scratch her head at Clyde's reaction, a befuddled look on her face, as she sought the best possible explanation. "It's hard to explain, but the ultimate test for a fighter is to surpass their sensei. In which case, they must defeat them in combat. Upon defeating them, the fighter has been recognized by their sensei and then they continue to greater power. The job of a sensei is to train one for the future, so when they cease to exist, their future is in the hands of their disciples, who have grown beyond them. It is a common occurrence in martial arts and a tradition amongst my family. Even though I've only trained with my father for a brief period, I still regard him as a Sensei, so I will beat him one of these days as a sign of growth and a passing of the torch."Miwa sighed, hoping that would be a suitable explanation.
As Clyde mentioned he needed a clothing, Miwa grabbed his wrist, pulling him towards a nearby store forcefully. "This way, there's a shop specializing in martial arts that should have more durable clothing designed specifically for combat. " She stopped in front of the store, letting go of Clyde's wrist, as she glanced at the kendo swords in the window before turning back around. "This place should have anything you need, they even carry more casual clothing for simple sparring. I usually grab my shorts here when the previous pair has torn, but their clothing does last a bit longer than the usual found elsewhere. Although I doubt you'll find any of those shirts you were interested in back in the other stores." The last part Miwa added with a bit of a smirk, just for a added blow.
