As most know 12th Division is a place of strange things and people. It has always been a place where you are warned about everything. Be careful as you enter. Who knows what you may find inside the home of the mad scientist.
Well actually you won't find much normally. As odd a group as the 12th Division people and their captain are. They tend to act somewhat professional in their work. Most because of passion for science, but some will say out of fear of what Nonko will do if they don't. Today however is one of those days when odd things happen.
Inside the building is a large green coloured room. It appears to be some kind of testing room for devices developed by those fresh out of the Academy and are trying to get a place in the R&D center located elsewhere. First they needed to show what they can bring to the facility before being allowed access or will end up with watch duty for the human world.
Nonko stood and watched as a handful of the new comers showed off and explained their inventions. Beside him the people he put in charge of handling selection. Normally he would send his vice-captain to watch this, but today he did himself. He was bored.

"Ryuuza-taichou!" Saibo shouted from the entrance of the facility, grinning wide as he entered. The 8th Division Captain strolled past a few of the inventions in the room, peering over each one as if ideas were forming in his head. However, as soon as he seemed ready to state something about the object he was observing, he would move along to the next and the repeat the process.
After doing this several times he eventually made his way over to Nonko with that same grin on his face. "What've you been up to? I just got done with a fruit-balancing contest with some of the newcomers in 8th. Did you know that bananas are a LOT harder to keep still than other fruits?"
It was at this time that he grew aware of the current newcomer from 12th Division that was trying to present his invention. "Oh...is something important going on right now, Ryuuza-taichou?"

Just as a one of the young shinigami started to explain his invention the sound of an overly happy person echoed off the green walls. As the Nonko turned his attention to said person he signed. The new 8th Division captain. What in the world could he want? He thought to himself while not actually caring what he wanted.
Nonko had only met the fellow captain briefly during a captain's meeting some time ago. In his opinion he was a child trapped in a man's body. "And what brings you here?" he asked in a monotone voice.

"I'm just here to see how the 12th Division is doing Ryuuza-taichou." Saibo replied, standing beside his fellow captain. Despite previous hints, Saibo showed no sign of realizing Nonko's annoyance at his presence."Y'know, checking to see if you need anything from 8th...and checking up on the most entertaining division and division captain."
He looked at the young shinigami who was about to present, and noticed the young man was confused beyond reason. Saibo crossed his arms with that grin still plastered on his face. "Don't mind me. Please, continue your presentation...I bet it does something fun."

"I think you know as well I as do there isn't much your division can do for mine unless you had volunteers for drugs tests." Nonko replied to the statement about 8th Division helping out. It was a strange thing to ask, but this Saibo was a strange one. Coming from someone like Nonko that means something. At least he isn't as annoying as that other captain from the 8th division who tried to nose his way into my business. . .what was his name? . . . . Oh, it doesn't matter. He wasn't important enough for me to bother looking it up.

"Is that so? I could try to find a few volunteers, granted they'd return to their quarters without any adverse effects. Can't guarantee anything though; I thought I would offer anyways.." He trailed off with a chuckle, listening to the current presentation for a few minutes. As time went on, he crossed his arms as if something was on his mind. He had gone quiet, focused, and his grin had faded and been replaced with something of a serious demeanor..this wasn't like him at all. He turned his head to Nonko, keeping his voice low enough that only the two of them would be able to hear his next words.
"Ryuuza-taichou, I came to you for a matter of grave importance. I have a situation on my hands and I require your...services.."
