It was that time year again in the Rukongai when the Ryoka gather to celebrate joyfulness and all that is good. Despite the recent attacks on the Rukongai and the Gotie 13 the festival seemed to have gotten up just in time. Ryoka gathered from all over the Rukongai the rich, the old, the poor, the young, and even a few shinigami that had recently bin deployed by the Commander General's new plan. Ryoka filled the streets laughing,smiling, and loving ever minute of the festival, games, vendors,ceremonies, dances, all sorts of things where doing down in the festival this year, by the main event was yet to come, the fireworks display, one of the best fireworks displays of the year, there was said to be a special fireworks created just for this occasion this year with the recent attack to bring hope back into the Ryoka. Sadly things where not as they seemed tho, a that seemed a tad off dressed walked through this joyous festival. He had a gentle smile on his face a children running around him laughing and giggling. As the festival continued this man would just simply go along playing with the children blending with the crowds...slowly the final event was growing near, but who else was near by? |

Nonko walked through the festival. He wanted to watch people as they went about their day to day lives. Or at least that's what he told them when questioned to why a Captain was here. Well two reasons. It was a good chance to record data on the locals, and something was different. He had a feeling he needed to be here. Odd, and he looked at the good side of things and didn't think to much of it.
"Hmm... interesting."
He said looking over a game some kids played. Hidden in the crowd of people were two normal looking, everyday, shinigami. Actually they were puppet tailing Nonko. He modified their look to make them somewhat unnoticeable, but more or less just to make them look less like him. |

Archer would chase a small child laughing and smiling as other children followed him, as the small girl ran into Nonko everyone around him came to a silence. Archer would pick the girl up quickly and smile at Nonko then kneel to the gril" O my, Little miss you have to watch where you are going, you dont want to bother the Captain here, he has rather important work to do im sure, and little miss would only spoil his job, with her fun " he would say shooing her off and turning to Nonoko again. " My deepest applogies for the little misses rudeness Captain-sama " he said bowing how he spoke alone mite strike the captain off as he was rather sophisticated compared to most Ryoka..infact it almost sounded Royalist.

Nonko looked at the person. He came off a little odd that alone was cause enough for Nonko to run a search on him. While he search through the Rukongai records he spoke in kind words and tried to put up a smile to not scare the little one.
"I'm actually taking a short break from work. Also, I've seen this little girl before. She has a need for glasses, like mine."
Nonko adjusted his glasses with a smile as best he could to look kind. At the same time his search came up blank of the person's image. When it did, he looked at the man.
"Your new. May I ask your name?" |

Archer would look over to the girl playing with a new other small children and smile and wave his hand childishly opening and closing it as a form of wave. " Indeed this is true, shame she wont get them, thats how the Rukongai is tho...you have to fight for everything you want in everything, in life and death, if you want things you must be willing to but your all into it, that girl has a interesting future before her " he would say and then slowly look back to Nonko with a large smile on his face. " Shinshin is my name, i run a simple group home of all sorts of people and children " he said with a smirk and turned around.
" O we better get a good spot...looks like the main event is about to begin Captain-sama " he said and slowly began to walk near one of the operator's of the fire work cannons. " Over here Captain-sama, children " he said waving his hand motioning for them to come over. " Kabuto here is a friend of mine, he doesnt mind he we get these front row seats. " he said as people not far away would start to gather and get ready for the show.

A normal puppet appeared next to Nonko. He wore the standard clothes and seemed as emotionless as the others. He leaned into to tell Nonko something quietly, but his voice could be heard as they puppet didn't seem to understand the point of a whisper.
"Master Nonko. I've been track an Arrancar on the world of the living. He seems to be speaking with someone of great power. I believe it to be Teisuke."
Nonko looked at the puppet realizing it needed some kind of repair. He nodded and shooed it off. He then wondered why he didn't gain the info through his eye. It must be malfunctioning from the events of earlier. |

Archer would simply smile wide as he heard the news, as the fireworks would launch his eyes seemed to gleam his whole demeanor seeming to change in a blink, like a new man stood before the captain. A sleight of hand..... The near sighted girl that was of topic before would be gently pushed by Archer making her in the direct firing area of the firework cannon.As the firework hit her body it exploded not with his blood and guys from her small body but metal fragments...it wasn't a firework in this cannon but a grenade. As fireworks exploded and filled the sky from other cannon in other area's the crowd stood covered in blood and in a panic. Archer would chuckle lightly raises his arms as the children around him quickly took there robes off revealing onigami uniforms and would run around seeming aimlessly causing even more panic making it look like a onigami attack. " My dear Captain, i give you this information, the war is coming the chaos has already started there is no time for peace, or breaks, it is all a illusion " he would say lowering his arms. " As it seems you may realize with Teisuke already moving with the arrancar, I have taken care of everything else...the Royals...the Ryoka...the Onigami...the Exiles....all of them shall come to the idea of war once again, all shall enter war, and madness,insanity.....chaos shall reign once again " he said as in giving a speak to Nonko. |

Nonko watched as the girl die, and people started to panic. The man had killed her, but a smile appeared on his face. His two puppet appeared on either side of the man. The other puppet stand next to Nonko awaiting orders.
"So. It seems you know Teisuke.... This is interesting. You wouldn't by any chance wish to help my find & kill him would you?"
The people started to run away. The area would soon be clear. |

" Find him isnt a issue, ive had a tea with that crazy man....killing him well is so unbenificial and is kinda side tracked right now..." he said with a chuckle and smiled as he started to walk past Nonko. " Start a war, and then we can see....chaos needs to fully ensue before i can think of killing anyone else " he said and hummed a tune before vanishing in the crowd is voice carrying with the screams. |

Nonko watched as the event that was taking places ended. The smile he had was gone, and replaced with a sign of slight anger. Another lead on the man he seeks to kill gone.
"Calm the crowd and then return to the Center to undergo system checks."
After he said that. The puppets moved around to try and calm the crowd. Meanwhile turned and left. ((CRAPPY POST EXIT!)) |
