A explosion would be heard across the desert as a group of onigami trainee's had banded together to fight off hollows as the battle seemed to cease it seemed they slowly made there way into the cave to catch there breath. In total there was about 5 of them, all seeming to be getting rather skilled at hiding there pressence if it wasnt for the explosion they wouldnt be obvious.

After the explosion happened and the hollows were killed, there was a small ripple in the air in the surrounding area soon it slowly opened showing a dark swirling vortex. Red eyes peered through the darkness while the dark figure slowly stepped out. This shadow had immense spiritual pressure which attracted the hollows around the desert while they swarmed to that spot. The moment the hollows arrived, they were decapitated in a quick blur of movement. The cloaked man grabbed the hood of his cloak and pulled it down to his shoulders. The darkness revealed a familiar face, it was Skalyx, the once Primera Arrancar, now the Second in Command of the hollows.
Skalyx looked around before kneeling down and looking, seeing human-like foot prints. He took a fingerless gloved finger and dragged it into the freshly made footprints before he said
"They are fresh."
Skalyx peered down at the ground while he followed the path into a cave where he hid his spiritual pressure and pressed his back against a wall next to the entrance, hopefully able to hear a conversation or giving a clue that any sort of life is in there.

" Phew..that was a strong group..seems like the longer we wait for the final test the stronger they get..man the instructor wasn't kidding...this is hellish " A man with a buzz cut and a blue katana.
" Ya, but thats what is gonna make us unit worthy..i mean have you see the unit leaders? They are real monsters..." A small man with a short purple katana would say.
" Will ya shut up..im trying to get some shut eye before the next group of insects bother us. " a large man ways hugging his gray katana.
The other two would just look at them and sigh.

Skalyx overheard their conversation. By the sounds that were coming from the cave, he estimated there were five in there since three talked while he heard the two sigh. Skalyx nodded his before he estimated the distance the voice were in the cave. He looked at the wall before dropping down to a knee. He rose his right arm while it changed into claws. He pounded his claws into the ground and at the exact second, released his immense spiritual pressure which would distract the unsuspecting victims from the dirt trail on the ground until the spikes erupted from under them, in hopes of impaling the one that was sleeping.
Skalyx would rip the spikes out of the ground and retract it back into his hand. The initial strike was to induce fear into them, making them scatter or move. He put his ear to the outside cave wall to hear the steps of the people inside to get an accurately account of who is in there and figure out their formation so he can pick them off.

As the p reassure was released 4 of the 5 jumped to action and moved back more into the cave to soild ground away from the spikes while the 5th would roll over just missing getting imapled and would get up after feeling the spike next to him. All 5 drew there blades and waited for there attacker to enter.
" Keep aware guys, dont let your guard down...i want us all to go back at the end of this " the buzz cut guy would say seeming to try to inspire them.

Skalyx tracked the movements of the men. He felt the vibrations off of the cave floor into the walls while the foot steps echoed through out the cave. He heard them go deeper into the cave. This was good for him since he could use this to his advantage. Skalyx changed his vocal chords into a more soldier like voice while he screamed
"Die hollow!"
Skalyx started banging on the rock. He made two blades pop out of his forearms and he banged them together to imitate a sword fight before Skalyx yelled
"ARGH! Damn it! Die....oh....oh...oh no, AGHHH"
Skalyx released his spiritual pressure again while he turned into a wounded onigami. Blood was running down his body with the fake gashes. He ran in front of the cave and looked around to see if anyone is in there before looking back and yelling
"Stay back! Stay back!!!!!"
He backpedaled into the gave, looking back once and awhile before looking at the Onigamis already in the caves
"Oh god, thank goodness i found other Onigami's, you guys have to help me, there is something....monstrous out there. Please you have to-"
Before Skalyx finished his sentence, he went into a fake shock and lost consciousness and falling down to the ground with blood pouring out on the cave floor.

All but the large man rushed over to the man and started to look him over, trying to dress his wounds. The large man loomed over them all waiting to see what was outside slowly making his way towards the entrance to the cave. " I dont feel anything like the other times. " he said.

The impostor onigami slowly gained consciousness before overhearing the big man talk about him not feeling any spiritual pressure. Skalyx looked at the large man before saying
"The hollow loves to play with it's food, making the food feel secure until it strikes when their guards are lowered. So its probably gone. Its what happened to me, i went over here to check the immense spiritual pressure that was emanating. I found nothing until i felt the spiritual pressure pressing down on my body and spikes shot up from under me. I dodged and got into a fight with it. I was left for dead but i faked my death so i can leave, until i saw it coming back. Please you have to help me!"
Skalyx just laid there while his wounds were tended to. He was already in a pool of his own blood which started to get a little uncomfortable and he spoked
"Can someone move me, it feels a little weird with me laying down in my own blood."

They all nodded and kind look a tad embarressed of not thinking that as they start moving him off to the side and continue to dress his wonders in a matter of moments there busy hands would finish. the large man the whole time just standing at the entrance looking out.
A grumble would emit from him. " I see.....well there is a small issue " he would say and slowly turn to Skalyx. " We dont have enough supply for another...but with it out there...we sure could use bait..." he said with a wide smile as the othees tightened there grip on him. " You ran from battle and faked a death that alone makes you unfit " he said with a loud chuckle as they slowly brought Skalyx into the air, on man holding each limb but the large man.

Skalyx thought about what was going on. He was going to be used as bait, his acting skills have finally paid off. They were lugging him towards the entrance, towards the large man with each of them grabbing one of his limbs. Skalyx just let himself be hauled to be bait. Skalyx remained calm before smirking
"Sometimes, you should be careful who you bring into your housing."
With all the men grabbing him this would make an excellent time. Skalyx sprouted tendrils and they stabbed into the limbs of the people hauling him. They rapidly infiltrated their bodies, squirming through their circulatory system. The tendrils budded spikes, impaling the inner organs. At the same time Skalyx looked at the entrance of the cave and charged a cero at the top of the entrance.
The cero would blast the top of the entrance to cause the debris to fall down and block the entrance. Skalyx slowly got up after impaling the men who were going to use him as bait. Skalyx put a hand up to his face and when he removed it, his face changed back into a stern look with blood red eyes and a skin tight mask covering his mouth and nose. A hollow hole opened in his chest and appeared his hollow mask. A donned his black cloak with matching robes.
Skalyx released his tremendous spiritual pressure. To see how it affected the onigami. Skalyx's zanpakuto was stored inside him, but as a strong arrancar he didn't want to use it, but then again his skin was susceptible to the Onigami's sword if he ever chose to draw it and then he thought of the technique that one of his friends used. It was called Hierro. With hierro he was able to block Skalyx's zanpakuto attack. Skalyx thought about it but his face didn't even show it, he was trying to figure out how it worked.
Skalyx slowly started walking towards the onigami, messing around with his own spiritual energy. He would try and mess around with it during the fight with the onigami to see if anything would work.

As the man where stabbed with tendrils the all pull away each only losing one arm but the 4th was fully impaled and killed, bleeding out from all areas. The others quickly drew there blades each having a arm dangling dead. The large man drew his blade and quickly let it crash down at Skalyx.
The man with the buzz cut fell to the ground clutching his chest from the pressure. while the two other silent men swung there blades at ska hoping to quickly bring him down with numbers.

Skalyx looked at them all before carefully dodging the incoming blade from over head. He let it make a small gash on his arm to see if his testing would give him the results he wanted, apparently it didn't. Skalyx noticed this and quickly changed the testing of his spirital energy. He quickly dodged the two silent men that were slashing at him. He swiftly grabbed their blades, making another test a failure, due to him started to bleed when he grabbed their blades.
Though on the good side, Skalyx's grip on the blades made it easy for him to absorb it into his body. Skalyx backpedaled and looked at the man with the buzz cut on the floor. Skalyx looked at his hand before it quickly impaled through the buzz cut's man's chest and was raised up. Skalyx grunted when his wounds bled profusely which caused him to wince slightly in pain. Skalyx jumped back into the darkness with the man's dead corpse. Tendrils came out of Skayx's forearm and he consumed the man, healing his wounds but he still felt the pain.
skalyx continued to test out the arrangement of his spiritual energy before he started to condense it, into his skin

The buzz cut onigami was abosrbed and Skalxy would feed a odd sensation in his body..the mans zanpakuto..had the power to heal wounds, the pain would fade, but the large man roared as he blade glowed. " CRUSH!! " he shouted as it trasnformed into a large spiked mallet and he swung it at the fall rocks smacking one at Skalyx. THe other two called forth there zanpakuto's one transforming into a sickle the other a ninjato. obviously there speeding increasing the two started sending a barrage at Skalyx not letting up to see there friend fall. Skalyx you soon remember these where onigami after all..

Skalyx quickly compressed his spiritual pressure down into his skin and he hoped that this work, or else he will be incredibly injured and he wouldn't want this. Skalyx kept on walking, showing no emotion, no fear while the rocks came at him. He put up his arms and swiftly bashing the rocks away against his now hardened skin. He then thought "Hmmm, finally figured it out."
Skalyx continued moving forward looking at the large man. Skalyx raised his right palm, showing the back inside of his hand to the big man before having a blade slowly started to come out of it. It moved further and further out until the hilt finally popped out of his palm. Skalyx grabbed it the moment the whole hilt came out. With an emotionless tone Skalyx spoke
"You really want to play with releases? If so, i'll play too. I am a person who likes to have fun."
Skalyx twirled his blade with his hands before he sonido'd behind the onigami with the sickle and made an attempt to decapitate him and to make sure that he will kill him, he charged a bala into his blade, so if he tried to dodge it, the bala would bolt after him. Skalyx would like to get the big man alone so he would be able to play with him solo. He wanted to see how the big man will do against the shapeshifting arrancar, not only that, but he hasn't had a good battle in years.

As the man head began to roll the onigami with a ninjato flash stepped beside Skalyx sending a fast slash at him, only t be stopped just barely by his new found power Skalyx would see the blade just barely stopped on his arm by the heirro.
As the ninja man was stunned the large man barrled forth trying to crush Skalyx anyway possible.

Skalyx grabbed the ninja onigami's wrist real quick and opened his palm before thrusting his empty palm on the ninjato, before the blade touched his skin, tendrils came up and quickly took apart the zanpakuto. While Skalyx was consuming the zanpakuto he moved to the side and threw the onigami into the attack of the other onigami. This will either kill the thrown onigami or prove as a distraction. Skalyx stored his zanpakuto in himself and he gathered reiatsu into both of his palms and he thrusted them forward, shooting a large gran rey cero at the both of them.

The blast killed both the men almost instantly as a blast shot forth out of the care just barely not destroying the whole cave. As the smoke cleared nothing remained......
