[Clyde]

"That's more like it." His attitude almost immediately returned to his usual self as Miwa finally broke the original limit of her power without harming herself, She had indeed succeeded. His weapon had been shattered but he gathered up the reiatsu from it and returned it to his arm as Miwa made her last attempt at victory. Clyde wrapped his reiatsu around his own body as a means to defend himself against the electricity but otherwise just tried to guard against her attacks as best as he could. The final strike knocked him backward quite a distance, causing him to crash into the side of one of large rocks in the area. It was clear the fight was over after this blow, she had completed their training. It may have seemed fast, but the two had actually been down there for nearly an hour.

At first, it seemed she may have overdone it but after some of the smoke passed by her she'd see him start to get up. "Alright...that's enough for today's training, you win." He claimed sincerely as he carefully got back onto his feet, the rock behind him had a huge crack from the impact but otherwise the boy seemed to be okay. He canceled out his power as he walked towards her causing sand and rock to fall from the arm all over the place. Giving an apologetic bow as he reached her, he spoke, "You did very well...I'm sorry I had to act like that. Your ability was beginning to overpower you...it was the only thing I could think of to bring you back. Please...accept my apology for my actions." He raised himself from the bow. He surveyed her wounds as he talked, "...You're hurt, we have some supplies upstairs I can use to heal you if you'd like." He offered, motioning his hand back upstairs.

[Miwa Kiyomizu]

Reluctantly, Miwa agreed after noticing all the burns across her body, her reiatsu dimming down to its usual state. Funny thing is she only knew how she got the burns on her hands, the ones covering her body were of unknown origin to her, although she had a fairly good idea as to the cause.

She threw herself on the ground, smiling rather lightly at Clyde, her eyes now back to their typical hues. She would just it there for a few minutes, quietly contemplating to herself before turning to Clyde and speaking in a rather nonchalantly manner.

"You can be a real jackass, you know that?"

[Clyde]

Clyde laughed at her comment, as it caught him a bit off guard by its bluntness. He was starting to understand Miwa, he figured, for some reason her comment felt like it was accepting his apology. He nodded to what she said, but added to it, "Only when I need to be. ...Wait here, I'll get the supplies." After a few minutes, he would return to the underground facility and help the girl heal herself up, as some of the supplies were not human made tools and needed an others assistance to work. Once everything had been administered he turned himself and sat down upon the ground as well. "Heh, you sure do hit pretty hard though." He complimented after a minute of silent relaxing; he peered to his left at the large cracked boulder, a light sweat drop appearing as he recalled the blow that did it. Not his favorite moment during their training session, but impressive none the less.

Miwa let out a slight giggle as ointment was being applied over her partially exposed back to her shoulders, covering up the reddened layer of skin. It felt like a bad sunburn, even though it was Furina which caused it.

"Of course I hit hard. Did you expect me not to just because I'm a girl? I'm not your typical teenage girl, you know. And it's not just the martial arts training I'm speaking of."

Miwa steadily placed more medicine onto her fingertips, coating the raw digits heavily. She wasn't feeling to bad despite almost turning herself into a martyr. Glancing over at Clyde, she flashed an awkward look at him, an odd thought crossing her mind.

"So you ready for another round?"

[Clyde]

He gave a light smile as she called out his statement about her strength. Looking up towards the sky, he quickly corrected her, "That wasn't a jab at your gender. ...I've fought my share of battles to recognize when someone is strong, both male and female, especially when they fight as hard as you do." He turned his head slowly towards her, his eyes showing a sense of kindness and understanding, "It's not surprise I am expressing...it's praise."

The boy cocked his head to the side as Miwa asked for another spar, returning the awkward glance. A grin crawled across his face however, happily replying "I'm ready when you are." Looked like their day was just getting started.
