The young boy turned back to face Miwa who had landed back onto the ground. He could see her now, however, thanks to his last attack which had the effect of blowing all the dust out of the area. Just as turned himself to meet her again however she had already thrown her weapon and was directly on the path for Clyde. He lifted up his weapon of energy and held it defensively as the shuriken collided with him.
At first he did not even budge as his blade stopped it, but the electrical current traveled from her weapon to him causing him to be shocked. His weapon began to dissipate from the numbing feeling in his arm, and he had no choice but to have to push himself to the side, just narrowly missing the blade of her weapon as it flew behind him again.
He shook off the numbing feeling her attack had given him and grabbed a patch of dirt from the ground, infusing it with his reiatsu to form a new weapon. This one was a spear. He spun it around his right arm and slammed it into the ground sending a shockwave of energy Miwa's way. As he did this he lifted it up and leapt forward towards her, aiming to strike while she was distracted.

Jumping to the side, Miwa avoided the shockwave, readying herself for a second blow used in quick succession. He might be stronger physically, but she had combat etched into her heritage, evident through both her mother's side and her father's as well. She won't fall for such an obvious bluff.
Instead, she'll make things interesting as she quickly pulled on some unseen force, a brief glimmer of blue could be seen if one payed enough mind, the sound of the shuriken whizzing through the air as she attempted to replicate her previous tactic. With her Tesla Coil, she could freely control the overall trajectory and velocity of the swirling blade in addition to it directing her reiatsu to it, making for a potent combination as it came whirling back towards Clyde. She would take his attack, but in turn she will make sure more damage was done to him.

Clyde got in close to her spinning his weapon in his right hand at an incredibly fast speed before catching it in place and swinging it down at her as she purposely left herself open to his attack to keep his guard down against the shuriken coming from behind. She would notice something odd however as she was thwacked in the arm by the weapon, she had been hit by the backside...the blunt side. He had spun the weapon around so the pointy end...was behind him. A small smirk crawled across the boy's face as the pointed end shot backward behind him, colliding with the incoming shuriken and pinning it to the ground.
"I was wondering how you did that before...so they are attached by some form of electrical current. All I needed to do was follow that current with my spear." He explained, feeling that he figured out how the attack worked last time. "Sorry, Miwa, You may have fooled me once but you misjudged my own reaction time..." despite being nearly the same age as the girl, it sounded like he was scolding her like a teacher, as he spoke the blunt side twisted and turned, wrapping around the arm he smacked with it. "As well as what I can do with my weapon." He then turned himself and swung the weapon in the opposite direction, trying to lift the girl with it before releasing her mid air in an attempt to send her flying.

Trying a different approach, Miwa severed the chain of reiatsu to the shuriken as it became one with the earth. The previous blow left a bruise, and was taken as a direct insult. Somehow, she would have to get Clyde to stop from holding backed. Nothing ticked her off more than someone treating her as a juvenile. Gripping Clyde's blade with her two hands as she was lifted upward, she let the chain slowly wrap around as she went aerial by Clyde's tactic.
Wrapping the chain around her wrist, she sent a surge of electricity bolting down through the Tesla Coil straight into Clyde's sword, her added altitude providing a lightning rod effect to increase the potency of the current. As she pulled on the chain,she sent her body rocketing towards Clyde's, the glowing blue reiatsu forming around her legs and arms, her leg pulling back for a aerial kick to his skull, in an attempt to send his body crashing into the ground.

Clyde was making sure that she would do everything in her power to fight him, he would push her to her absolute limit. He watched as he lifted her up, even being thrown through the air she would attempt to strike at Clyde with her electrical current. It traveled down his weapon towards him with incredible power and speed but just as it would reach him the bottom part of the pole expanded around him into an umbrella like shape, causing the electricity to bounce around it and lessen the impact it would do on him. Regardless, it still managed to shock the sides of his body and his weapon became unstable again.
He shrunk the "umbrella"-like shape back into the pole only to see Miwa head straight for him. A quick kick was coming his way and he had no choice but to lift his left arm to catch it. While he did managed to brag it the electrical current traveled up the arm and shocked him. But even as this was happening he did not stop his offensive. The energy weapon around his right arm completely dissipated, instead the reiatsu moving around and completely encasing his right arm within the gray light. He used it grab hold of her right arm as she crashed into him and he sent a surge of his own reiatsu her way, causing both of them to be hitting each other with their own reiatsu as they fell towards the ground.

A small explosion ensued as Miwa's frame rocketed backwards from Clyde's own reiatsu, a shock sent up her spine as she crashed into a rocky outcropping, a misfire of electricity projecting itself out forcefully out from her fingertips, tearing through the very earth she had landed in, a mixture of dirt and rocky fragments launching into the air. It was for this reason Miwa tried to contain her power, for the slightest of force applied to a detrimental part of her nervous system will cause rapid fluctuations in her reiatsu and a potential explosion, resulting in the incineration of her body from the inside.
Shakily, she pulled herself to her feet, her right hand rose in front of her eyes as she noticed the raw burned flesh at the end of each finger, a slight smoky vapor rising from the charred skin. Looking up, she turned to Clyde, the overall static electricity in the air had seemed to rise a bit from her potentially disastrous lapse of control. This could prove handy, as it meant she could harness it to her advantage. Holding her hands out in front of her as though she was wielding a large weapon, a large hammer began to take form in her ready fingers, the iron with gold trim glinting happily in the sunlight.

Clyde fell to the ground from the shock that had been sent across his body, but thanks to his right arm, he pulled himself up as quickly as possible. He needed to as electricity and reiatsu wildly exposed itself from Miwa.
Unlike Clyde, she didn't have the reiatsu to keep her power in check and now he was seeing it first hand. he rolled to the side of the blast and watched carefully. This was it, she needed to be able to harness this power when it was at its strongest most uncontrollable point. If she could accomplish this her body would adapt to the power and learn how to better protect itself.
rising from his kneeling position, he raised his right hand towards the girl. "Come on Miwa, let's see what you can do with that power. I want to see if you're as tough as you claim you are." He challenged enthusiastically, holding himself in a defensive stance as he waited to see what her next move would be.

Lifting the hammer over her slender frame,ignoring the searing pain of her burnt hands, Miwa's feet quickened their pace, heading straight for Clyde. Shoving the hammer forcefully into the ground, Miwa launched herself upward as the mallet followed.
Descending, Miwa hauled the weapon over her shoulder, bringing it down upon Clyde with all her strength. Gravity would aid the hammer as it came down upon Clyde. Should he dodge it, a mass of electricity will erupt from the hammer nearly unavoidable even to the typical Hollow. He wanted more force, and this hammer concentrated her reiatsu better, allowing for a wider shockwave.

Clyde allowed her to move without opposition as she formed her mallet and charged for him. The thing seemed stronger than her others at the cost of her speed, she made up for this by using the momentum of falling from above. The young boy saw the crackling electricity building up in the hammer as it descended upon him, and decided to prepare his defense. Using the reiatsu still gathered around his arm he he throw his right arm upward, causing the reiatsu to shoot forward in several tendrils. They fly upward collide with the hammer, using Clyde's power to hold her back from completing the swing and push her backwards. The hammer made her stronger, but it's weight made it easier for him to knock her off balance.
As the two collided the electricity from the hammer released itself and followed the tendrils towards the boy, but he quickly severed his connection to them causing the tendrils to fade away before the electricity could reach him. He jumped backward after his attack and formed the reiatsu into a chain like shape made of energy, swinging immediately at Miwa.

Letting go of the hammer, Miwa grabbed the chain of reiatsu, letting it wrap around her wrist. Using her own reiatsu, she sent her own electrified aura coursing back towards Clyde. Her eyes steadily turned from white to a neon blue, sparks flying wildly from her eyes as the last trace of white left them.
5.....15....30.....45.......80kV....
Miwa steadily let the electrical current rise, despite the obvious hazards it posed for her. The electricity steadily became more violent as it leaped from the chain, sending streams of sparks rocketing as the surge swiftly rose up the chain towards Clyde.

"She holds her ground against me, not wavering for a second, she really is something else." Clyde held his ground as the electricity reached his arm as best as he could. He squeezed his right arm, causing the chain to tighten around her waist and separate into two more chains that would move to bind her arms as to her side. as the volts would increase the human boy would fall to one knee, but the chains would continue to envelop the girl and bind her pulling her down to the ground as well.
The streams of electricity became more intense causing it to become visible as it cut into the boy's shoulder, become so dense it was like being cut with a knife. By this point he had fallen to both knees, taking a great deal of strength to keep the form of his weapon, so he had no choice but to finish his move, before he passed out from the voltage traveling through his body. Were he an ordinary human he most likely would have died from the shock.
Once the chains had moved to bind her arms, he pulled the chain towards him with great force to throw her in his direction, the chain purposefully shortening to compensate. Within a second she was practically right in front of the boy who moved his arm to touch the chains that bound her. "...Hou-renkenjitsu." As the hand made contact with them a surge of his reiatsu exploded from the chains creating a barrier between the two, protecting him from anymore of her electricity while also causing it to battle against her reiatsu. He was attempted to bind her with his chains and reiatsu as a suppressor, it was up to her now to overcome it.

Miwa struggled against the binding chains that were imprisoning her, her face contorted in a mixed expression of agony and defiance. Her will would not allow her to give in to the overwhelming pressure put on her. Miwa's body had become an open circuit, her reiatsu had begun to take charge of her body, the electrical current flowing dangerously through her nervous system as she managed to squeeze her right hand free, placing her palm onto the wall as electricity seemed to shoot up up the wall as it popped with several sparks being emitted from the surge.
A fluctuating average of 100 kilovolts was now achieved, Miwa's aura around her beginning to crackle with a renewed ferocity, although she was no longer in control of it, as her grip had long faded away. Yet even still she struggled against the rising paralysis Furina was causing to her limbs.

The barrier of reiatsu Clyde was using to bind her began to crack from the her spiritual pressure pushing against his own. The electricity would flow out of the cracks it managed to make, again smashing into the young man. He cringed as his body nearly locked up from the electricity but he could not give in to the attack, he was close to achieving what their battle was meant to achieve.
He pushed against his barrier with greater strength, keeping it held together for as long as he could. despite having so much more power than Miwa, even he was unprepared for the mount of power furina was releasing.
"Take control Miwa! This is your power, not furina's, it is merely a tool to access your strength! Take hold of that tool and use it as your own, it can not harm you if you show it your strength, your resolve!" He yelled out to her, hoping to motivate her and give her the last push she needed to overcome the binding and gain control of furina. A cold sweat developed on his forehead as he was continually zapped by her reiatsu. But he did not waver, he knew she could overcome, she had to overcome.

Her eyes had previously closed, and now they began to slowly reopen, the chaotic blue pits of her eyes looking around blankly. This felt like a dream...... Surely this had to be a dream.... There was no way this could be real...... She was just delusional, that's all..... The thoughts began swirling in her head once again, although she still felt detached from reality as everything was all blurry around her, although shapes had also begin to reform themselves. A foggy silhouette of a person was in front yelling at her, although she couldn't seem to make out the words. Her lips formed a lighthearted smile towards the shadow, the voltage gradually dropping, now at 60 kV, as the sparks began to subside a little.
Waving her hand in front of her face, she laughed deliriously to herself, unaware of what was so funny to begin with, her mind coming back along with some ounce of self control.

"Get a hold of yourself, don't let your own power best you!" He continued to yell as the voltage seemed to go down, but the damage to the barrier had been quite extensive, with large holes and sections just missing from the damage that had been dealt to it. With the lower voltage he could at least push himself back to his feet. "Almost there...just a little more!" He thought to himself as he held what was left of the barrier as best he could. He never imagined he be pushed as far as he had been. But he needed to keep trying to get to her. He thought for a moment, then remembered how prideful the girl was...perhaps egging her on could get her attention. "Come on now, Miwa, you don't want to lose to me do you? That would just be sad." He asked her with a cocky grin, trying to get her to focus as best as she could.

Her vision had cleared up a little as she rose her finger towards the barrier, forming her hand into the shape of a gun, her eyes now completely back to normal, but still distant, as she pulled her hand back in recoil.
"Bang...."
A surge of lightning shot from her fingertips as it exploded upon contact with the barrier, little chunks of debris flying everywhere as a small hole was left, the area around it much like a crater. She was still unsure to whom this boy in front of her was or why he was mocking her, but she could feel her temple pulsing in her forehead, her temper beginning to flare up.

The boy quickly cocked his head to dodge the blast from her finger tips, causing a small explosion of debris to his his backside. He looked at her with a the grin still on his face. "Pfft, that's really all you can do? And here I thought I was fighting someone tough, not a wimpy kid. I guess Miwa was all talk or something." He continued to say, even if he did not mean what he was saying, but he could see it...sense it even. He was reaching her, he just needed to keep at it until she exploded...figuratively of course. ...hopefully. "...Maybe...she was just jealous that I was better than her all along. It's okay to be jealous." He added with a coy laugh. He wasn't sure if his was going to work exactly, but he remembered Hasaki Ryo talking like this ALL the time, so he figured if it worked on the other human students, it'd work on her too. Ooooh boy, he did not know how badly this was going to hurt him as a result.

The taunting continued in her mind, as she put a finger through the hole in the barrier, channeling Furina through the barrier, as the sparks flew through the barrier, sparking into little explosive fireworks as it corroded away at the wall, Miwa's face tucked into scowl, as her lips moved.
"Clyde, I'm going to kill you...."
As she uttered these words, a small pole formed against her front as it slowly expanded into a large shield, the chains beginning to loosen as Miwa wriggled herself free of her bindings, Teshub's Barrier, condensing itself back into a simple metal pole as Miwa spun it around a few times before shoving it into the barrier, letting the electricity coursing through it to create another small explosion, blasting away more of Clyde's protection policy. She could feel her body searing from the overexertion of Furina, but absolutely no one looks down upon her....

"Sorry, I just have to assume I'm better than you. You're letting your power best you, letting it use you." Clyde continued with a another laugh as he was forced to jump back to safety from her attacks as the barrier finally shattered, while it was gone she was still mostly bound by the chains. "You're letting Furina harm your body...but look at me, my body is fine and I've been using my power this whole fight. What's that say about us?" He forced out another laugh, any normal person could see that he was forcing it but Miwa was too prideful to realize that he was trying to get her mad so that she could focus and take control. She was practically there, but her power was being very stubborn as she still seemed a bit dazed. "There's only one way you're gonna get me to stop, and what you're doing is not it."
This was it, her last chance to get control, or he would have to end the training here, he could not risk her getting hurt anymore. He was hoping it would not come to that, in his head he rooted for her to succeed. Either way, what happened next would end this training, he just hoped she could do it.

Miwa's conscience returned as the pole provided extra leverage to pry her free of the remaining chains, her reiatsu flaring up once again, as her electricity flowed freely through her body. The switches in her brain had reclosed the circuit, but her limits had been increased by just a little as she kept a surge of about 50 kV running through her body as she flung herself back a clyde with a flurry of pinpointed strikes straight to his abdomen, a expulsion of electricity sent out with every thrust in a last ditch effort.
