Kyoshin stood in the air above the bridge, looking down upon the structure and all the little cars driving across it. The sun was setting, and the skies were getting steadily darker as he wondered just how many well-placed Cero and Bala it would take to bring the entire bridge down. He would have to time it so that there would be as many cars and people possible on the bridge when it went down, before they had much time to escape. If he started at the ends and worked his way inward, he could effectively trap all of them on the middle, and from there he could slowly pick them off and take out small sections of the bridge at a time.
All the while doing this, he was trying to hide from himself the realization that he found this world extremely boring. There were none in this realm strong enough to stop him, and the ones that were were 'on his side', or he'd already taken care of them. He sighed, and started charging a Cero.

Jinsoku was hovering beside the bridge just to were he could see the Arrancar yet he would barely be visible to him, he then jump up above the bridge where the Arrancar could see him. 'What are you doing Arrancar?' Jinsoku was hoping for a fight, 'You an Espada?'

The Cero rocketed from Kyoshin's hand, traveling far too fast for Jinsoku to effectively block or stall it. It blasted apart the area where the bridge met land, incinerating several cars and cutting off their escape. The other side of the bridge was still intact, but with as many cars packed onto the bridge as there were, it would be impossible for the humans to escape their impending doom driving, and walking would be even slower.
He raised his eyebrows and turned to the Vizard, using Pesquisa to gauge his enemy's power impulsively. So weak, but perhaps he was stronger than the Shinigami. Overall he wasn't disappointed, and depending on whether or not the newcomer wanted to play hero, this could be fun.
"Not exactly," he said slowly, "I'm their Commander." As he said so he would force him Reiatsu down on Jinsoku, enough to bring the Vizard to his knees and give him a basic idea of Kyoshin's power. While Jinsoku was thus preoccupied, the Arrancar would charge and fire another Cero, taking out the other end of the bridge while Jinsoku watched. Out of the corner of his eye he watched the Vizard, wanting to see his reaction. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a little something to take care of. I'll get back to you in a sec."
He Sonido'd towards the bridge and with a swipe of his hand he sliced through a few of the cables holding the thing up. He heard screams of fear and panic coming from the people below, but he really didn't care much about them, this wasn't much fun for him anyhow. This was just to make Jinsoku think that these people were in terrible danger. The Vizard would feel the pressure on him lift, as if Kyoshin had stopped paying him attention.
