Reiatsu Color: Dark Blue
Personality: He throws many off when they first meet him as they would usually think he was a rather serious person but its really all just a joke. He likes to have fun but when his fun is rudely interrupted he can go from fun loving to a dark and wrath flled person though its usually for about a short time, and then goes back to his carefree self. He does have a sad side to him whenever the month June comes along. He sometimes spaces out on things even if they are important due to thinking about his family.
Family: He did have a family for quite some time even after death. unfortunately when he entered the shinigami academy he learned of his adopted family's death which was rather devastating to him so he visits there graves whenever he can

History: Almost has no memory of his past life, other than being a kid that loved to sit out on open fields on a nice sunny day. His past after death he was adopted into a family that lived in West Rukongai. His life is what you could basically describe as the normal. His habit from his past life was something he attempted to do regularly when not doing work or simply to pass time. Was often seen with Hiro
In the later years before discovering he could use Spiritual power, he sometimes play pranks with some of his friends, and found out that a captain came from where he had been living, which lite a fire within him that made him want to enter the shinigami academy. So what did he do, well whenever he didn't have to do any work, he would train, sure it wasn't the best but it was a start. Very often practiced with Hiro who was also wanting to become a shinigami
After that he had discovered that he could use Reiatsu, he and Hiro asked the family if they could become a shinigami. They allowed both to but only Kou passed the application test to get accepted. Afterwords during the beginning weeks he had learned that all his family had died, he was devestated and demanded to know how only to later find out that it was a natural poison in a specific fish. His family hadn't removed the all of the poison sac in the fish and peacefully in their sleep days later.
Though hurt and sorrowful he did not let it consume him and strove to be the is best he could be, graduated and was in the top 30 of his class. He then sought out info about the 13 squads and found that he would be more than happy in the 13 squad then the others, so a notice was sent to that captain on weather or not he could join. While waiting he has visited the graves of his family several times telling them about the good news.

-Shikai: when released it his blade turns a dark gray while it seemingly drips blood.
Release phrase: Turn the sky red with blood Cain
-Bankai: Releasing bankai the the blade remains the same but the user gains a wing on his left that has the same design as the blade grey with blood drip pattern on the tips of the feathers. also his hair changes to the color silver and grows a little longer resembling his spirit's hair.
Spirit Description:
Cain is a rather logical fellow who loves to simply calculate percentages on his partners success, and even chances of survival, but his favorite is his partners evolution in battle as the numbers constantly shift it gives him something to predict and see if he is right or wrong. Also whenever Kou visits the 2 of them spar though the inside of the building usually sustains injury as a result.
Inner World: Appears to be a computerized building with Cain sitting in an office. Numbers are usually flying around on the walls. the sky from what Kou can see is Gray in color and it is heavily rain on the outside. In Cain's office there are 2 versions of himself in weapon form, a reverse colored version of himself in shikai form and a normal version in shikai form.
Attacks: Blood Rain, using his own or his opponents blood on his blade slashes at the air sending the blood into the sky and as it descends the blood becomes razor sharp. Because area of attack increases as the blood decends this attack almost always hits but may do little damage.
Frenzy: by comsuming blood of the opponent the user becomes enraged for 2 posts, recieving a 30 point attack bonus and a 20 speed bonus. also eyes turn a very deep crimson for that duration. after wards has a minus 20 to both stats for 2 posts.
Healing wounds: by charging the blood he drinks with his reaitsu he can heal himself. Full Charge 5 posts and 75 % restoration, half charge 3 posts equals 50 % restoration.
Bankai Attacks: Dark blood, after wiping some blood on the blade, the blade itself starts to glow and if it creates a wound, the opponent will be poisoned. The poison is no lethal however the it will weaken the opponent. the poison after 10 posts will made the opponent unable to move, however sufficient power(50 Reiatsu and 50 attack over Kou's) can weaken the effects(over 100 difference between both negates) this can be aplplied mutiple times to increase the effect for a total of 3 times.
Bloody Harry: the users feathers separate and attack the opponent at high speeds. these feathers can be controlled to attack multiple times.
Blood Drain(requires contact between user and recipient along with an open wound) the user drains the blood from his opponent to revitalize his own. this can also be used in reverse to do quick blood transfusions.
Infinite Bloody Cage: this attack incloses the opponent in a decently sized cage of the user, the opponent or both of their blood. the cage itself is extremely sharp and slashing will do little to nothing. with a thought the user can shrink the cage and spin it to eventually miam and kill the confined. to over power this cage(need 50 over Kou's reiatsu and power in order to escape with some injury. 100 over both and there is no damage givin. this attack takes 1 post to prepare and 1 post to use)
Passive Abilities: immunity to blood related disease and poison. Also in bankai only is the user unable to die via blood loss.
