Heinrich is a tired looking young man, and has a tendency to have crow’s feet under the eyes from being up for hours on end. He’s about 5’ 5” with a messy untamed black hair. Whether he’s working or being casual, he tends to wear clothing very similar to the above to try and give himself a more professional look despite his age; however he does wear the iconic Quincy attire when he enters battle. Despite what it appears the stick in his mouth is not a cigarette but simply a white plastic stick he chews upon. A nervous habit that he had created to release some stress, the more chewed up it is easily shows the level of stress he’s under at the moment, careful not to stress him too much or might accidentally eat it.
Following the years after the arrancar invasion, Henry has "grown up" quite a bit. Now standing at almost 5'8" he's now a far more average height. His body is far more muscular than he was back 5 years ago thanks to his intense training from Lucia. His nervous tick of chewing on plastic has since disappeared, though the bags under his eyes are only heavier since before the end of the war. If he wasn't such a wreck mentally and physically from his cousins training, some might actually find him attractive.
Reiatsu Color: Baby Blue
Personality: Henrich is a young boy who strives to look “mature for his age,” and “responsible” usually forcing himself to act professional even in rather casual moments or somewhat sillier trying to deepen the sound of his voice to sound older, making him sound quite foolish. Really he’s a bit of a nervous wreck, focusing more on quincy related studies and his job as a quincy than social activities for his age, leaving him to neglect his academic studies as well as healthy living. Whether he enjoys it or not, he spends most of his nights awake and working. The responsibility of being a Quincy (as well as a few outside reasons, such as his height and the color of his reiatsu) is the cause for “acting” mature as he does not want to hold back the group nor does he want to let them down.
Another reason he acts this way is to avoid punishment from his superiors such as Ryoko and Naomi, though especially Ryoko. Ryoko is on a hair trigger and he greatly fears her wrath to the point where she’s probably the only one amongst the quincy who can break his forcibly mature nature to the point that he appears to be nothing but a cowering mouse, begging for forgiveness.
It’s hard to have him unwind and relax. When someone tries to get him to, he tends to get incredibly nervous, perhaps even panic. He tends to think that it is some ulterior motive to make him avoid his responsibilities and jobs and get him in trouble or perhaps some other evil idea that he wants no part of. He likes plans greatly, and like trying to unwind when things to go according to a plan he tends to panic. Reckless behavior and actions also annoy him greatly when it’s his friends and allies doing so.
With the Quincy Order in karakura being taken over by Lucia, his cousin, his situation has only gotten worse. Following his recovery from his battle in the arrancar invasion, he was severely punished by her for "disobeying" orders not to interfere in the battle. Through the five years that passed, he has become much more introverted in the affairs of people outside the quincy order; mostly against his will. Lucia's training has made him far more calm in battle, and is cold around those around others outside the Order. Though this is mostly to avoid any more of Lucia's wrath; the nervous boy is still there, just hidden away.

He has one other family member, his older sister Aurora Dieter. She lives within the quincy compound but she herself is not tailored to battle. She is in her early twenties and spends most of her days like an ordinary human, working as a nurse at the hospital. She has chosen to use any spiritual powers and quincy practices for healing only, refusing to fight but instead help the injured and weak. Heinrich looks up to his sister greatly, and she works hard so that the two can be worthy enough to live amongst the other quincy. Unlike Heinrich she is strong willed, and much more willing to go places and relax. She is very friendly and responsible and is always willing to help with others problems, though she can never seem to help her brother with his no matter how much she tries.
The remainder of his immediate family is either deceased or still living somewhere in Germany.

Heinrich Dieter was born with in one of the quincy compounds located in south-east Germany a few years after his sister had been born. This compound was different from others in that it was a very isolated area, made specifically to teach and train quincy and prepare them for the battles that they would have to partake in. The training would last until the quincy had reached the age of 16, before they would be “shipped out” to other quincy compounds depending on their skill or needs. This specific tailoring was made to cut out any outside influences and make the optimal quincy to be used in battle. Heinrich however gave them many problems throughout his time in the compound.
At first things seemed ok, he was like the little son to all of those who taught him and his sister would keep him in check and motivate him to keep up with his training but things quickly went wrong after a few years, when Aurora turned 16. Heinrich had desperately relied on his sister for support, her being the only family he knew of. His sister, who had focused on healing and nursing, was sent to karakura town’s quincy compound as a nurse, fitting well with the hospital base but unfortunately leaving Heinrich on his own. Suddenly, the boy was alone in a sea of people he knew little about and never relied upon. He was frightened and weak without the support of his sister and many of the younger quincy used to make fun and pick on him about it. He began to lose focus on his training and neglected his studies, isolating himself from the others so that they would leave him alone.
This sudden change in his behavior made him very uncooperative with the older members and teachers, who after enough time had to resort to punishment for failures and for his attitude. To Heinrich, it suddenly became a game of torture, he would either face the wrath of his equals or the punishment of his elders and it slowly turned the boy into a nervous wreck. When he finally had reached the age of 16, they were not sure what to do with him. He needed someone who could train him and whip him into shape to be a more useful quincy. When his sister heard of her brother’s problems she asked Naomi, the leader of the quincy in Karakua, to train him as she was the strongest and toughest known quincy. It took some convincing, but eventually the leader agreed to take Heinrich in to the karakura branch of quincy where the young boy spent the next year being absolutely brutalized by his new teacher's as they “forced him” into shape. If it was not for his sister coming back into his life to give him support, he could have easily died. He stays within Karakura currently, where he stays as a simple soldier for use against hollow.
Following the end of the arrancar invasion the new quincy leader, Lucia Abendroth, severely punished Heinrich for disobeying orders and made the promise that such insubordination would not happen again. Following this he was placed into the most intense training for the next following years, some might even say torture, with the attention of breaking him down and building him back up into a more efficient quincy.
While she did succeed making him a stronger and more loyal quincy, the process was slow and forced. Henry acted how she wanted him to just to avoid anymore of horrific training he was forced to undergo. When the training was finally done, the poor boy was a shell of his former self, becoming cold and distant from everyone to avoid any sort of punishment.
During this time, he would drop out of the High School just months before his graduation from it, choosing instead to be trained by his sister in medical training. By the time the five years had passed, he had become a fairly reliable nurse within the hospital, where he now works full time when not preforming duties for the quincy order. To say he is happy with where his life went would be an utter lie for this poor quincy.

His bow appears to be made out of some form of metal material with only the string looking like it is made from his reiatsu. The design resembles a regular bow, it is about the size of a long bow and it is blue and silver in color. Like most quincy bows, when not in use it simply returns to his reiatsu. The boy can fire regular quincy arrows, but can also fire the non-lethal “branding” arrows making it effective to use in training and avoiding injury.
Attacks:
Marke (brand in german): By concentrating his reiatsu Heinrich can form a “solid” arrow that lacks a sharp tip, but instead has a canister over where the tip of the arrow is. When this arrow strikes an enemy or object it the canister presses upon the part it struck, leaving an imprint of Heinrich’s reiatsu on it, this imprint passes through armor and clothing attaching itself directly to the skin. Once an enemy has been branded it gives access to several effects and attacks that he can not normally. He can create 5 of these arrows a thread from the start, and this number will increase by 5 for every 50 reiatsu he gains, up until a maximum of 20 arrows. The effects of his attacks and abilities increase if he brands an enemy multiple times. He can brand an opponent a maximum of 5 times, and each brand is about the size of a silver dollar but will double in size for every time a "marke" arrow strikes it.
Licht Gestirn (Light orbs) After an opponent has been braded Heinrich gains access to a new type of arrow he may fire. This arrow is simply shaped as a ball of energy. This “arrow” will home in on anyway hit by the branding arrows. The orbs when they strike an opponent send the equivalent of an electric shock that hurts and temporarily numbs the body (one post for each orb) leaving them open for a follow up attack. Heinrich can fire one orb for each brand on an enemy (A maximum of five), and for each brand the orbs become more “intelligent,” actively maneuvering out of obstacles and obstructions so that they can hit their target, Once fired the orbs will fly around until they either make contact with an object or are canceled out by Heinrich himself. Once he has fired 5 of them he must wait 5 posts to use them again.
Schreiend Marke’s (Screaming brands): Heinrich closes his left hand and aims it a person who has been branded. This person, and this person only, will hear an ear piercing howling resonating from the areas that have been branded by his arrows. Covering your ears does nothing, as the sound is literally appearing directly in your mind. When it is only one brand the howling is only enough to be a distracting to outward noises, but as additional brands are added the sound becomes louder and more amplified greatly distracting enemies and giving them incredible trouble of hearing outside noises such as another attack coming their way. If all five brands are active, the sound becomes disorientating and will dizzy and confuse opponents, giving them what can only be descried as a very intense headache though it feels much worse than that. The ability will last until the brands have been called off or if Heinrich specifically calls off the ability.
Verbindlich (Binding): A more situational ability than the first two, If Heinrich can managed to “brand” two limbs in the same general area (such as both wrists on a persons arms, a tactic he prefers, or say one ankle and one wrist) By calling out the name of this ability the person’s mind effected by the brands will forcibly “bind” the two together against their will. (So the two arms would push themselves against each other as if they were tied together) It’s not that the arms are actually being tied together however; it is a trick that the brands have on the mind to forcibly believe they are tied together like a form of hypnosis. An opponent can break out of the binding if they release enough reiatsu to cancel the effect (if they have 30 more than Heinrich), otherwise the ability is in effect until he calls out the name a second time.

Instead of branding his opponent, Heinrich uses the arrows on himself, The areas branded will no longer feel pain so long as he keeps the mark on them, allowing him to continue to fight even if he is in severe pain. If all five brands are placed on his body all pain is removed from himself, but he can no longer use the ability “Marke” and all the abilities related to it until the thread is over. A last resort move to allow him to fight even after being severely injured.

Amplifier: Arrows that hit an area that has been branded by Heinrich will do more damage so long as they hit the opponent exactly where the brand is, and more easily pierce through protection as well.
Medical Training: Thanks to in depth training with his sister, Henry has become fairly astute in basic medical needs. While out in battle or patrolling, he carries around a small kit that can be used to heal up or stitch minor wounds for him or allies.
