Gender: Male
Class Shinigami
Faction: Gotei 13
Rank: Division 11, 3rd seat

Description:
Takeshi stands at 7 feet and 7 inches dwarfing most men, with an equally intimidating frame possessing 485 pounds of pure power (or at least his Gigai does). His skin is rough like sandpaper, and a tanned umber colour. The most distinguishable feature would be the scar below his left eye, stretching to his left ear. His hair is black and matted stretching down to the middle of his back, his eyes a deep brown, looming out from underneath his thick brow. His chin is also very prominent, seeing numerous wear over the years. His physique is impressive, possessing broad shoulders and thick arms in addition to the weathered but extremely toned abdominals, his physique rivaling even that of the most adept bodybuilder.
Takeshi wears the traditional Shinigami black attire, although he usually keeps it open near the top where a necklace with coloured beads and two large teeth can be seen. That is, if he even decides to wear the upper portion of his uniform, often wearing a large black cloak covering his figure. More often than not, Takeshi will also don a Hollow's mask across his face, though he is not a Hollow nor does he affiliate with the Vizard, it's more of a add-on to further make him more menacing to those he faces. A large leather belt adorns the upper portion of Takeshi's pants, often made of a remarkable weight to increase Takeshi's resilience further. It is also noted that Takeshi often has excessive weights underneath his hakama, and often across his triceps as well. The weights are extremely heavy and are mainly used for Takeshi's training regiment, often tucked within his western styled boots.

Reiatsu Color: Ominous Black
Personality:
Takeshi is a rather blunt individual should one get to know him. At first glance, his large frame and constant anger sets him apart, leaving noone to mess with him. He is rather blunt about everything in general and has no qualms about stating what is on his mind, despite how controversial it may be. This even includes confronting Captains and other high ranking members to get his point across. This personality trait also doesn't score him any points among the opposite sex, as Takeshi's manners are rather nonexistent, Takeshi often resorting to vulgar jokes and usage of various cursing in an attempt to woo whomever has caught his interest. Ironically enough, the only women who catches his interests are the ones who reject him right away, often resorting to violence to rid themselves of his company.
All jokes aside, there is one thing Takeshi takes seriously, his training. He keeps his massive frame tone by lifting obscene amounts of weight in order to increase his strength for his favorite hobby. He relishes the thought of combat, and the stronger the opponent, the happier he is while facing such an individual, even if their power far exceeds his own. Takeshi, on occasion, has even stood his ground and fought against his and other Captains just for the adrenaline surge it gives him. However, Takeshi will throw every last fiber of his willpower, which remains unbreakable, into the defeat of his opponent, whether it be incapacitating them or slaughtering them. Any who gives him a good fight has earned his respect, otherwise he won't show such humbleness towards one weaker than himself.
This side of him is his more prideful side, using sadism and masochism as a fuel to a demented source of pleasure, every hit dealt against him stimulating him even further into the bloodthirsty, lust driven berserker of a Shinigami he is. He refuses to admit defeat until he himself has fallen to his opponent, such is his honor. He is well versed in the art of Bushido and follows most of it's principles (minus the obvious respect portion) even insisting that should he meet a strong enough opponent, that they respect his honor and let him die by their blade.

History:
Takeshi, as a human, was among a noble family. He himself doesn't know anything about his previous life, but it still holds merit in his values. As being born in a noble family and being the firstborn son, he was tasked with upholding the family name. As such, as a child, he was pressured into vigorous training, learning how to efficiently fight in close quarters and even the ability to wield a blade. It was also this time he was taught the Bushido code, his evolution into a samurai beginning.
His training yielded many scars and many torn ligaments. There were times where Takeshi felt as though he couldn't go on, but he persevered, using his pain as a fuel source for his determination. It was here when he developed such a resistance to pain, that even the fatal of wounds made him laugh, his growing willpower pushing him further as he honed his mind, his body and his will.
Eventually, his determination landed him a spot amongst other likeminded samurai under the current ruling feudal lords. His service under them saw the slaughter of nearly a hundred men, brutally carrying out his goal, his blade often cleaving through flesh indiscriminately. This brutal and merciless nature of his earned him the surname of Kamavirya. He had amassed a plethora of enemies who fostered a deep hatred for the young samurai, still only 28 at the time. This hatred led Takeshi's enemies to group together and plot against the man. Having deemed Takeshi a threat, his current allies turning on him as well. Being assigned to a new assassination task, Takeshi was faced down by nearly an army of men. Drawing his sword, he stood his ground according to the ideal of Bushido, fighting the massive onslaught of bodies that came at him.
Blood flew through the air like a shower, Takeshi's bloodlust becoming evident as he carved through each individual's flesh, making his mark be known. He must have killed numerous men, suffering major wounds himself, though his adrenaline kept his will strong, as his blade rang true. As he delivered another stroke, five of the warriors synonymously came at him, their blades being driven into him, as they overwhelmed him. Their blades receded as Takeshi was left laying on the ground to die. Takeshi's soul seemed to engulf in rage, his corporeal body tearing from his corpse as the Chain of Fate shattered, his rage consuming him as his spirit came down upon the men, the dishonor he had been given upon death causing the appearance of a mask to form across the nearly demonic features of his body.
As Takeshi's soul began to Hollowify, his rage grew. The sudden emergence of a man in black announced the large demon's salvation, as the blade cleaved through Takeshi's larynx upon the sight of him, the mask shattering as Takeshi clutched his throat, his spiritual body dissipating as the Shinigami watched him fall. He had been revived by his honor, only to die by the blade as he had originally wished.
Upon opening his eyes, Takeshi found himself to be alive, all previous memories escaping him. Pulling himself to his feet, he found himself staggering into the slums of the Rukongai District. Upon wandering around for several days, he found himself running into a group of delinquents, who prodded at Takeshi's large stature. As they pulled out knives on him, Takeshi felt his temper being pushed. Letting out a hoarse roar of rage, Takeshi quickly disposed of the men, who were naught but talk after all. Many occasions such as this followed Takeshi, as there were many a man who wished to make a name for themselves. But even amongst a crowd, Takeshi was still capable of holding his own. Having no home, Takeshi often spent late nights in local bars, often sleeping in the rooms at a discount for assisting the bar owners with security.
It was when some men in black came into one of the bars, that Takeshi couldn't help himself but to eavesdrop. He learned a great many things from the men, namely about the Sereitei and the ones called Shinigami. His interest was immediately peaked, as he had always strove for higher grounds. Few weeks passed, and Takeshi found himself at the doors to the Shinigami training academy.
As Takeshi strove to improve himself, he quickly rose through the ranks of the Academy. His marks were excellent in the areas of Hakudo and Zanjutsu, although his marks in Kidō were lacking. Even despite his obvious lack of Kidō skills, he was accepted into the Gotei, assigned to a position in Division 10, which he eagerly accepted.
Takeshi quickly gained a reputation among his division as a ruthless and merciless barbarian who loved warfare. It was this cruel and rough edge Takeshi possessed that got him a seated position in the division and his first actual assignment.
His first solo assignment was to exterminate a group of Hollows nestled in the outskirting forests bordering the Rukongai. As Takeshi arrived, his first target soon caught his gaze: a giant Hollow in the shape of a tyrannosaurus, dwarfing even his massive frame. Letting a smile cross his face, he drew his zanpaktou as he blindly charged at the Hollow, which followed suit. It was what he yearned for:a pure adrenaline rush which could only be obtained in combat. as Takeshi's blade collided with the hulking Hollow, his sword cleaved upwards with Takeshi's strength, slicing the Hollow in two. Spitting irritatingly at the simplicity of the kill, Takeshi quickly dealt with the two smaller Hollows, physically using his hands and strength to rip the masks off their faces as they slowly died from their masks being removed. That was when a fourth presence brought a smile to his face. His bulky mass turned to see that individual standing near a tree, analyzing him. The man's hair was long and shaggy of a turquoise and grey mixture, a bony fragment of what appeared to be a mask covered the left side of the man's face.
Takeshi laughed as he recognized the man as an Arrancar, the first he had seen. Oh, how he'd loved to test his strength against such an individual. He felt another rush of ambition consume him as he launched himself towards the individual, who retaliated with a blade of his own. Takeshi's blade swung wildly as he attempted to carve into the Arrancar, who seemed to block every blow dealt.
The battle seemed to go on for nearly a week, as steel met steel, with the occasional misstep saw the incision of steel into flesh. Takeshi was enthralled with his luck at finding such an opponent. His skin was cut deeply from the Arrancar's blade, the Arrancar suffering minor wounds of his own. Takeshi's adrenaline was still driving him, though it seemed the Arrancar was growing weary. As Takeshi took advantage of the weakened state of the Arrancar, he cleanly decapitated the Hollow with a clean sweep of his blade. As the Arrancar's head rolled off the shoulders, Takeshi tongue ran across the tip of his blade, resheathing the blade. Leaning over, Takeshi picked up the mask that was left. Placing it on his mane of black hair, Takeshi laughed to himself.. It was fun while it lasted...
Takeshi later arrived at the scene where a large scale battle was taking place. Appearing just in time to see Takehiko Rokujo, Takeshi soon found his focus elsewhere, as he detected the flaring of Reiatsu that no doubt belonged to his daughter Miwa Kiyomizu. As the reiatsu faded, Takeshi caught news that his daughter had helped in taking out an Arrancar, a feat in which Takeshi was proud, yet envious of at the same time. He hadn't gotten his crack at another Arrancar, yet his daughter had outshined him. It just served to eat at him.
Takeshi took to visiting Miwa after she was admitted to Yakushi Hospital, despite various complications he had with the Quincy who worked there. Ending up dragging ten Quincy to Miwa's room, Takeshi took the time to gaze upon the critical condition Miwa was in, laughing loudly as he applauded Miwa's determination to see it through to the end. The blood of Kamaviyra ran through her, that he was sure of now.
Leaving, Takeshi took to following Takehiko Rokujo's own regiment, by training in the mountains on the outskirts of the Rukongai. Day by day, Takeshi increased the weights of stones that fell from the mountains, even attempting to lift the mountains themselves on occasion, though he failed time and time again. In order to properly combat even the strongest of minds, Takeshi began training to learn Bankai. Eventually, the training began to dull Takeshi's mind and his body had grown accustomed to the rigorous mountain life. Having grown accustomed to the conditions in which Takeshi put himself in, he decided to take it a step further.
Hiking to the summit of the tallest mountain, Takeshi sat on the peak, placing Zainen Shiren upon his lap as he attempted to contact his zanpaktou's spirit. Through intense focus, Takeshi managed to insert himself into his inner world, the massive form of Zainen Shiren looming over him, appearing much different then he usually did.
Without a word, Zainen's fist came crashing down on Takeshi, as Takeshi felt the weight press down upon him, initiating a battle that would span for four years. Zainen, now Zainen Kaiketsu had nearly killed Takeshi on numerous occasions, Takeshi fighting to a standstill on many other occasions as he remained vigilant in his goal, which was to make Zainen Kaiketsu submit to him and grant him the full potential of the blade.
Exhausted beyond the point of no return, Takeshi's will wavered as he returned to Sereitei after five years of struggling against Zainen Kaiketsu. He was on the verge of forcibly unlocking Bankai, and he would not stop until Zainen laid beneath him. But his duties as part of the Gotei 13 called. He nearly had memorized the strength and weaknesses of Zainen after consistently facing him. He could now fully compete against the zanpaktou spirit on equal grounds, though he needed to push it just a little to achieve Bankai.

Name: Zainin Shiren (Sinner's Ordeal)
-Sealed:
-Shikai:
Upon the command, "Rampage on, Zainin Shiren", Takeshi's zanpaktou will explode in a burst of reiatsu, its form now changing to that of metal gauntlets. The gauntlets are heavy and form a plated steel appearance, battleworn but still usable. The gauntlets stop about halfway between Takeshi's elbow and his wrist, the rest of the gauntlet turning into black fur ending past the elbows.
-Bankai:(yet to be unlocked)
Spirit Description:
The spirit of Zainin Shiren resembles a large black gorilla standing on his back legs to a maximum height of ten feet. The gorilla's right eye is a deep golden color with streaks of red throughout, giving it a menacing appearance, the left eye unable to open, permanently stitched shut . Across Zainen's toned chest there are numerous scars and deep wounds, one standing out among the others as it cuts diagonally across Zainen's padded chest moving across the area of his face and over his left eye, seemingly patched together by crude stitches. Lastly there are iron shackles around either wrist,a broken chain dangling from the links.
Zainen's voice is deep and rough like sandpaper, although a hidden intelligence lurks within his words, much like that of a seasoned warrior. He is subtle and quick to anger, as is expected of Takeshi's spirit. He often is accused of overkill, as he sees Takeshi as nothing more than a muscle bound moron, so he's constantly testing the Shinigami's skills by applying nearly fatal scenarios that Takeshi must prove himself through, risking his life just to complete something so simple as fetching Zainen water. And sickening thing is, Zainen always increases the stakes for the next time, so he doesn't grow bored with his games.
Upon entering Bankai, Zainen Shiren goes into Zainen Kaiketsu, now sporting a full suit of armour, the shackles busted, while Zainen's eyes glow a fierce orange colour, all scars now gone from his body. In this state, he is more violent than usual, often testing Takeshi with everything in his arsenal in an attempt to kill the Shinigami.
Inner World:
Takeshi's Inner World resembles that of a rocky wasteland, rocky outcroppings shooting up everywhere from amidst the pebbles and sharp rocks on the cold earth. There are a few trees that clutter this world, but they are dying and decaying.
The terrain always remains the same, but the weather varies depending on Takeshi's mood, ranging from rain when he's depressed up to meteor showers when he's frustrated.
Attacks:
Upon receiving a projectile attack, Takeshi can imitate the power and attribute of the attack by distorting his reiatsu in his fists, connecting with the target at close range with a modified version of their previous attack. This technique only works with projectiles that have hit Takeshi and only changes it into a modified close range attack of his own upon absorbing some of the excess reiatsu left over by the attack. If the technique possesses an additional effect or explodes, Takeshi's attack will imitate that as well. Takeshi himself will absorb only about 10% of the overall power of the attack, and will possess various effects based on the nature and attributes of the ability while fusing the excess reiatsu with his own to manipulate the ability, so with an increase in reiatsu, skill and power, the ability will no doubt become more powerful, even possibly moreso than the source. Some examples:
Takeshi prefers close combat usually, but he has one far range technique aside from the typical Kido, which he's not too experienced in. With a wave of the hand and incantation of the ability, Takeshi's reiatsu is released into a fiery arc about 6 feet long, 2 feet wide at initial launch, extending up to 30 feet long as it goes further up to 100 feet where it explodes violently. The arc itself resembles a skeleton of pure flames stretching its fiery arms out as it increases in size, up to the point where it explodes. The trajectory and angle can be controlled by the direction the hand is moved. While in Shikai, the flames are of a basic reddish orange colour. Only in Bankai will the flames change to a black colour, signifying the increase in power. In addition, Takeshi can integrate the attributes he has obtained into the mix, allowing for a slight change in appearance for the skeletal arc. Often this will take effect as the outlining reiatsu surrounding the arc will possess the attribute's color and effect. This may range from static electricity accumulated around Shuchu Reiji with electrical attributes, to a toxic vapor that releases upon making contact with a target.
Essentially the same basis as Daki Hakyo, Takeshi, upon receiving an attack, imitates the strength and additional effects of the attack, by distorting the reiatsu from the attack and his own into the large iron wrecking balls. The iron balls with the modified ability then are launched towards the opponent, where the close range modification hits them with them with a variation of their attack backed by Takeshi's strength.
The technique works in a similar method to Daki Hakyo with some notable exceptions:
Passive Abilities:
By implementing the imitation techniques into his physiology, Zainen Shiren can memorize one of the attributes he has absorbed recently and store it, allowing him access to the attribute at any given moment. In Shikai, he is capable of having one ability that he has recently absorbed. So in order to receive a new technique, he'll need to rid himself of the previous one to wield the new one.
When he enters Bankai, he can achieve a dual attribute. One gauntlet/wrecking ball combo will contain one attribute while the opposite will contained another absorbed attribute, often used in combination for more fatal blows, using opposite elements to enhance one another. Once again, Takeshi only can use a maximum of two attributes, so in order to wield a new one, he needs to eliminate one of the ones he already possesses.
Zainen Shiren seems to memorize the techniques he has absorbed through Shikai and Bankai and even when sealed, still retains those two attributes. While Zainen can contain two attributes, one is labeled a primary which is accessible in both Shikai and Bankai, the secondary attribute absorbed through bankai only accessible while in Bankai. While inactive, the two acquired attributes will take the form of beads on Takeshi's necklace, the color of the beads dependent on the nature of the abilitie(s) he has obtained.
To further demonstrate the gained attribute being included into Takeshi's physiology, his reiatsu will also change according to the nature of the attribute. For example, electrical style attributes will add a slight electrical charge to his reiatsu, fire adding black flaming reiatsu, water or ice adding a steam or icy vapor style to his reiatsu, nature/poison adding an aromatic feel to his reiatsu, earth adding sand like reiatsu and so forth. The physiology change is minor while in Shikai, doing very little, while in Bankai, the dual attributes combine the effects.

Several years past, and Takeshi's next important moment would come: his first mission to the human realm. Upon exiting the Genkai, Takeshi breathed in deeply through the Gigai he had been given. He was tasked to watch over this area of Japan for the next six months, taking over for the previous Shinigami. About two weeks in, Takeshi came across a dark forested area where two men had a woman pinned down against one of the buildings. Usually these kinds of things didn't bother Takeshi, but he felt a certain attraction towards the features of the woman. She was small, petite, yet toned, her facial features still beautiful even in her weakened attempts at putting on a brave act.
Takeshi, despite being a ruthless barbarian of a man, took sympathy for the woman, intervening in the matter. Lifting the two men by the back of their necks Takeshi growled a threat into their ears, as he flung them over his shoulders. Glaring at the men, they quickly scrambled away at the mere sight of the large behemoth, as he turned to the woman. Originally, the woman turned him away, but Takeshi kept at it, an irrational passion gripping him. Eventually, the woman warmed up to him despite her cold yet proud demeanor. It was one of the factors that drew Takeshi to her.
The woman was Koaru Kiyomizu, daughter of a noble under the name of Akihito. He courted Koaru, even fathering a daughter, Miwa Kiyomizu, with her. As Takeshi looked over his newborn daughter's face, he seemed to have developed somewhat of a soft side. However, the soft side was soon gone as his mission in Japan ended, Takeshi bidding Koaru goodbye.
He would come to visit fourteen years later, as his mission led him back. He spent most of the two months he was stationed there to spend time with Koaru, and even to train his daughter to be as capable warrior as himself, the development of latent powers beginning to emerge in his daughter's petite frame. Leaving again, he bid the two farewell.
While his family remains in Japan, Takeshi strives to improve himself while in the Sereitei, his demeanor changing very little among his peers, still with the same ruthless and bloodthirsty demeanor as before. The latest news he had received from the human realm signified the death of his lover, and the transfer of Miwa into her grandfather's care. Takeshi view never turned back, respecting the elderly Akihito Kiyomizu, so his thoughts turned away from his daughter Miwa and her deceased mother. instead focusing on his duties as Shinigami and a method to further better himself.
Word had spread around the lesser hollows of a Shinigami who traveled to Japan on occasion to seek out strong Hollows which would provide him a challenge. Takeshi enjoyed his little quests into Japan, although he always avoided the area in which his daughter lived. Pushing his thoughts of Koaru and Miwa to the back of his mind, Takeshi constantly got approval from Soul Society to return to Japan, as his loss only fueled his resolve. For most, this would most certainly introduce a method of Hollowfication if it was in but another weaker willed individual. But the motive drove Takeshi, and his methods were rather Hollow like to begin with. For one, he required trophies of the beings he had slain. With the Hollows, it consisted of physically removing their masks to keep as souvenirs. It was to to this act of sadism that Takeshi hoped that it would possibly bring him the recognition to face another strong Arrancar so he can truly test his skills.
It was to to this act of sadism that Takeshi hoped that it would possibly bring him the recognition to face another strong Arrancar so he can truly test his skills.

-Sealed:
Takeshi's sealed zanpaktou appears rather primitive. The blade is done much in the style of classic spartan style blades. The hilt is made of a bone, covered in a tightly woven brown leather grip, two guards curving outwards into a thorn like pattern, ensuring proper groper grip is maintained. The blade itself is roughly three feet long, thinnest near the base, where it then curves outwards before curving back in where it meets the tip of the blade. The blade itself seems battleworn and even rusted in certain areas, yet despite the rugged appearance, it still has a sharp edge.
Upon achieving bankai, Takeshi can utter the phrase, "Incinerate all who dare oppose you, Bankai, Zainin Kaiketsu." to initiate it. Takeshi's whole body is clad in a flowing coat made of black fur, clinging on to his broad frame, ending in a hood that appears to be made of a gorilla's hide, the face still visible on the hood, though Takeshi's frame is covered in a veil of black flames, lapping viciously around him. His eyes, no longer an umber color, now are a pitch black color, the same black flames swirling around within them. The gauntlets from Shikai are still on, latching onto the fur, although shackles have been placed on the wrists of Takeshi, each attached by an extending chain to large iron spiked balls about 2 1/2 feet in diameter, spikes being about an inch thick each. The strength increase granted to Takeshi during bankai makes up for the weight of the iron balls, allowing him to swing them around with ease, stretching the ball and chain out to a maximum distance of 100 feet. This is evident by the increase in his already bulging muscle mass, which now seems to be on the verge of bursting from the veins pulsing in his arms, neck, cranium, and legs and the constant black flames of reiatsu that lap around Takeshi's frame.
In addition, the spiritual form of Zainen Kaiketsu can be seen looming over Takeshi, most evident right as Takeshi moves. The purpose of the spirit is unknown, serving mainly as a method of intimidation.

Attacks:
Daki hakyo (Synchronized Repercussion)
Available in Shikai and Bankai
Available in Shikai and Bankai
- Physical objects/ Earth attributes: Say Takeshi is hit by a physical objects such as a iron ball or an arrow. Since Takeshi already possesses impressive physical strength, the ability only strengthens the gauntlets by encasing them in a stronger metal, capable of more blunt force.
- Slicing/Wind Attributes: Many times there is an ability that uses wind or spiritual energy to slice their opponent up. Upon receiving one of these attacks, Takeshi will redistort the winds around his fists where it will appear as a swirling typhoon around them. The high winds are still capable of slicing in much the same ways the original attack was in a method similar to razor blades.
- Explosive/Fire Attributes: Often an opponent will possess fire style or explosive type abilities. By redistributing some of the reiatsu to his fists, Takeshi can engulf his fists in black flames. With every hit thrown, a burst of the flames fly from Takeshi's knuckles in miniature explosions upon impact. Side effects may often involve burns and scorching of the flesh for his opponent's.
- Nature/Poison attributes: Some opponent's may possess abilities that exude poisons or use spores to affect their opponent's status. By manipulating the poison/spores in his body, Takeshi will concentrate a portion of the reiatsu venom into his gauntlets, which then turn a slight greenish hue, small toxic thorns protruding from the gauntlets. Upon coming into contact with the opponent with the modified gauntlets, a variation of the toxin enters any open wound, the toxin emitted by the gauntlets entering the host. Depending on the original toxin's attributes, the effects may be drowsiness, blurriness, fatigue,or eternal bleeding.
- Ice/Water Attributes: Some opponent's use a variation of ice or water to defend themselves and go on the offensive. Upon receiving a wave of the liquid or an assault of ice, Takeshi distorts the attributes into his fists. If water, the gauntlets become ensnared in a spiral torrent of water shaped into a drill. The aquatic drill does very little in terms of bonus effects, but seems to serve sufficient usage as a blunt weapon. Ice, on the other hand, causes the gauntlets to be encased in a thin layer of ice which gradually grows to three inches thick. Upon contact, the ice often shatters, enhancing the blow with a possibility of frostbitten effects while the ice regrows back over the gauntlets.
- Electrical Attributes:Upon being struck by an electrical attack, Takeshi incorporates them into the weapons on his fists. The electrical mass is gathered around the metal of the gauntlets, electrifying every blow Takeshi throws.
- Spacial Attributes: Upon being struck by a move that uses reiatsu to disrupt the space around Takeshi, excess reishi from the attack is incorporated into Takeshi's body. The gauntlets begin to glow before turning blurry, making vision of the handguards hard to see, as Takeshi's fists can be seen underneath the spectral cuffs. By throwing a single punch, Takeshi's arm momentarily disappears, only to tear through a void in space up to 30 feet away, where the arm suddenly rockets outwards towards the target.
- Energy Attributes:Often, an opponent may even use pure energy attacks such as a Cero, Bala, Quincy arrows, or any other attack that directly involves the usage of reiatsu into an energy based manuever. A portion of the reiatsu is absorbed and once again redistributed into the gauntlets. The gauntlets are now encased in a mass of the energy, glowing an eerie black colour from Takeshi's own reiatsu mixed in. Upon coming into contact with the opponent, a small explosion ensues as the energy sears the flesh. Ironically, if imitating a Cero, the subsequent attacks will gradually become weaker as the technique gradually fades away.
- Temporal Attributes: By being hit by a ability that requires manipulates time, Takeshi incorporates those temporal abilities into his own gauntlets, which then applies an interesting effect. Upon throwing a hook, Takeshi's fists seem to be moving slower, but in actuality, Takeshi's fists will meet their target weakening any reiatsu made barriers, as the fist suddenly makes it mark. The gauntlets possess a worn down, rusted look as though they'd been recently salvaged from history themselves.
- Healing Attributes: While rare, occasionally Takeshi will be healed by another's reiatsu. Upon redirecting some of the reiatsu to his Shikai, Takeshi's body becomes void of all scars, even the gauntlets will retain a sleek shine to them as though they were brand new. With each hit dealt, Takeshi's physiology will heal, restoring himself either by mending small wounds, or granting vitality and endurance that will keep Takeshi from ever exhausting so long as he lands his blows.
- Limitations:Though Daki Hakyo possesses a broad range of imitation techniques, the following attributes are unable to be imitated: illusions or any other types of abilities that are not aforementioned.
In addition, only a single attribute may be used at one moment, until Bankai is unlocked, where the limit becomes two.
By using his surrounding in unique ways, it is also possible to implement the gained attribute in new ways (ex: using electrified attribute on water that opponent happens to be standing in, adding for a more fatal combination) - The power of the acquired abilities are lesser than that of the original unless Takeshi matches them in Reiatsu, although the modification made in combination with Takeshi's fists should not be taken lightly, as Takeshi's Attack is also included in the damage calculation.
Shuchu Reiji (Concentrated Rage)
Available in Shikai and Bankai
Available in Shikai and Bankai
Nenryō hakyū (Fueled Repercussion)
Available in Bankai Only
Available in Bankai Only
Essentially the same basis as Daki Hakyo, Takeshi, upon receiving an attack, imitates the strength and additional effects of the attack, by distorting the reiatsu from the attack and his own into the large iron wrecking balls. The iron balls with the modified ability then are launched towards the opponent, where the close range modification hits them with them with a variation of their attack backed by Takeshi's strength.
The technique works in a similar method to Daki Hakyo with some notable exceptions:
- Physical objects/ Earth attributes: Say Takeshi is hit by a physical objects just as a iron ball or an arrow. Daki hakyo has a weaker version of this area, but Nenryō hakyū possesses a notable improvement. The reiatsu is concentrated into the wrecking balls, which then grow larger spikes up to a foot long apiece. The spikes themselves are sharpened to a new level and are capable of easily piercing through most conventional materials.
- Slicing/Wind Attributes: Many times there is an ability that uses wind or spiritual energy to slice their opponent up. Upon receiving one of these attacks, Takeshi will redistort the winds around the wrecking balls, which then are encased in a flurry of high moving winds. upon coming into contact with the terrain, the winds will grind through the material given it's weak enough. With opponents, the winds covering the balls will tear at the flesh and attempt to gouge the bone.
- Explosive/Fire Attributes: Often an opponent will possess fire style or explosive type abilities. By redistributing some the fiery reiatsu into the ball and chains, they become engulfed in flames, now resembling massive fireballs. As they collide into an object, they will erupt in an fiery explosion, covering a fourteen feet radius around it.
- Nature/Poison attributes: Some opponent's may possess abilities that exude poisons or use spores to affect their opponent's status. By manipulating the poison/spores in his body, Takeshi will concentrate a portion of the reiatsu venom into the balls, granting them a new effect. Depending on the original toxin's attributes, the effects may be drowsiness, blurriness, fatigue,or eternal bleeding. As the balls collide, a vapor containing the toxin is released, covering a mere 5 feet radius before dispersing within the next post.
- Ice/Water Attributes: Some opponent's use a variation of ice or water to defend themselves and go on the offensive. Upon receiving a wave of the liquid or an assault of ice, Takeshi distorts the attributes into the wrecking balls. With water, the balls will be surrounded in a torrent of a spherical orb of water, which seems to add more blunt force behind the wrecking ball. With ice, the balls are encased in three feet of solid ice, and then launched towards the foe. Upon contact, the ice shatters, leaving the wrecking ball bare, but showering the opponent in sharp icicles.
- Electrical Attributes:Upon being struck by an electrical attack, Takeshi incorporates them into the wrecking balls. The balls in addition to the chains attaching them to Takeshi become highly electrified, the material of Zainen Kaiketsu proving to be a highly efficient conductor.
- Spacial Attributes: Upon being struck by a move that uses reiatsu to disrupt the space around Takeshi, excess reishi from the attack is incorporated into Takeshi's wrecking balls. The iron balls then become fuzzy to the point that they become transparent. By swinging a single wrecking ball, Takeshi will physically rip a void through space a few feet in front of him. By implementing the spacial fluctuation, the wrecking balls can then rip a hole back into the current dimension, launching from what seems like empty space with no loss in speed or power.
- Temporal Attributes: By being hit by a ability that requires manipulates time, Takeshi incorporates those temporal abilities into the wrecking balls. The wrecking balls gain a rusted, worn appearance upon receiving the reiatsu. By swinging the iron balls, they will appear to be moving slower than they actually are, often seen a few feet behind from their actual position. By striking a reiatsu barrier, they will quickly deteriorate the barrier through aging, making barriers relatively useless.
- Energy Attributes:Often, an opponent may even use pure energy attacks such as a Cero, Bala, Quincy arrows, or any other attack that directly involves the usage of reiatsu into an energy based maneuver. A portion of the reiatsu is absorbed and once again redistributed into the wrecking balls. The balls are encased in a mass of energy, now resembling massive orbs of a eerily glowing black colour. Upon impact, the energy is released in an explosive manner, all the energy released upon the moment of collision. To recharge the balls, they must be retracted back towards Takeshi before being launched once more.
- Limitations:Though Nenryō hakyū possesses a broad range of imitation techniques, the following attributes are unable to be imitated: illusions, healing, or any other types of abilities that are not aforementioned.
In addition, only two attributes may be used at any given moment.
By using his surrounding in unique ways, it is also possible to implement the gained attribute in new ways (ex: using fiery attribute on weak shrubbery, engulfing the plant in flames) The gauntlets possess the same attributes as do the ball and chain fastened to them.
The power of the acquired abilities are lesser than that of the original although the modification made in combination with Takeshi's fists should not be taken lightly.
Passive Abilities:
Gētouei no Tōgō (Gateway Integration)
Available in Shikai and Bankai
Available in Shikai and Bankai
