It annoyed Kyoshin. Nearly every enemy he had fought in this world was capable of the flash step, or some form of it. He may have outclassed them in all other ways, but they could always evade his attacks with a flash step. It was damn irksome.
His eyes quickly scanned his surroundings, before looking down at his own legs. He felt almost awkward. Would he be needing a running start or something... He took off as fast as he could, aiming in a clear direction, and began concentrating his Reiatsu upon himself. If he could use it to push himself faster, farther... He began building up the power behind himself, then suddenly released it.
With a bang he felt himself moving at a speed he had never before achieved, his surroundings becoming less than a blur, they were like streaks of light- Then his foot made contact with an empty metal barrel of some sort, smashing through the rusted material while the imbalance coupled with his amazing speed sent him spiraling into a building and smashing through a concrete wall. Picking himself up, he recognized that mastering the technique would take some time.

Standing at the bottom of one of the taller buildings in the district, Kyoshin blasted upwards using Sonido and appears nearly halfway up the building. He repeated the technique several times, pausing for but a split second between each burst of speed. He would clear the top of the building, then move over the top of it, charging and firing a Cero at whim to quickly destroy the structure. He would begin falling through the sky, not stopping himself for a few seconds just to embrace the feeling of freefalling while knowing he was still in control. Before he hit the ground, he would change his direction with another Sonido, lightly touching the ground next to the wrecked building. He smiled. He was now ready.
