Description: Abel is 6’3 in height and has very long blonde hair what he keeps hidden normally. His eye color is a soft blue all most like pale white. He is slim and really doesn’t look like much. He wears normal Shinigami robes only difference is the white is a deep red and the black is white., He wears the normal shinigami captains jacket what of course is the 1st divisions jacket. Inside is a dark purple of course like normal and such. Abel also wears no sandals but he wears brown shoes what are normally hidden by the pant legs of his robes.

Personality: Abek is an odd person truly. He doesn’t say much and keeps to him self holding every thing in. But begin the soutaichou he is very smart and doesn’t hold that in when he has a problem or needs to explain something in more detail the only thing is he also has a bad mood what normally comes at people who do not follow orders what’s in the bad books for him. Normally though he is seen in his office or talking a walk.

History:
Human Life
Able was born many moons ago he was in a semi normal family the only thing different about him he wasn’t from Japan but was born in Rome. His family was very church people and moved Abel into the ranks and became a warrior of sorts. He was a Father of the Vatican and worked for the high rankings who was under the command of the Pope some might say.
After he joined he noticed he seen people no one else seen the un dead so to speak or well the spirits of sorts he tried to help and they seemed to pass as he helped in the ways he could.
He served under them for a few years and was killed in duty by his own step brother who was trying to stop the peace between a few different sides of people and while Abel was trying to fix it his brother killed him with out a second thought. He was then sent to Soul Society by a young male Shinigami.
Soul Society life
Once he was sent to Soul Society he quickly joined the school of Shinigami and went threw all the exams and truly passed threw there tests with out really trying. He was placed into the 13th division right away and climbed threw the ranks as his power did. After two years of begin in the 13th division he was brought up to the vice captain seat and staid there for a few years and then replaced his Captain and became the captain.
He was in he war when the origami first started when Taisho Tehcimaru was in control and after the war was at its ends and Malik Tanaka took the seat of commander general he stepped down and became a out cast to all most all other captains and other shinigami and has even unknown of his where about for many of years.
Now:
After hearing what happened with the new war what happened and Malik Tanaka’s step down and giving the seat to a former captain’s he once was good friends to Akeginu of the 9th division he stepped forward and went to Akeginu to be by her side. Unknown to her he new how she felt about a man she feel in love with. So he has taken her commander general seat and has placed Akeginu into the central 46 and on a privet mission to help Ryo Hasaki and his doings.

Sword:
Sealed: Abel’s sword is sheathed on his right hip and is truly hidden. The handle is red in color with the diamonds color begin a white. The guard is a square format with also diamond shapes on it. The guard it self is a white color and the diamonds are red. The sheath color is also white. The sword type is a normal Katana.
Shikai: Strike Them Down Sumizome Ranpu
Looks: Once Abel is in Shikai his hair slightly turns up and is semi spiky, his eyes glow a bright red and his nails also grow. His lips also turn a purple and he grows fangs and his voice is truly pure evil all most giving the looks of a evil creature what some may say a Vampire. His sword turns from a Katana to a red long scythe (In picture put blood red) a dark aura goes around him and pure energy cracks around him. Power comes off of Abel all most like he entered Bankai.
Powers:
With a signal swing Abel is able to send off a wave of energy all most like lightly. The blade it self also gains pure strength and able to push down some one with out even making it hard on Abel. Once you begin to battle with his shikai form you begin to lose your mind all most seeing things double by just looking Abel in the eyes. The power of his strenght goes up by +10
Another power what Abel is able to do with his shikai with a short boost of power he is able to create black wings what come from his back the lightning energy arks off of these wings and sends bolts fly down from the sky. He is only able to use this skill once during in shikai.
Bankai: Strike Them Down Akuma Sumizome Ranpu
Looks: Abel’s eyes remain red and his hair is still spike like and his teeth become the fangs once more only thing different he grows bright white wings like an angel of sorts. His weapon is a large black lance like. His nails are still long and the feeling of death and scare ness still remains when his enemy or sparing Partner is fighting with him.
Powers.
Like in shikai pure power strikes around him but this time is a deep red. He is also able to fire the blasts from the tip of the lance. The strength his doubled from Shikai and is able to hit another persons swords and make it crack to pieces. Since Abel has these wings he is able to fly into the air and crush his enemy from the skies and crush them with out even trying. With his bankai he can make even the most powerful person bend to there knees like bagging to the devil or god at that matter.The power of his strenght from normal goes up by +20
Passive: Your spirit energy slowly gets drained by The wings of Abels release.

Effect: Concentrating spheres of reiatsu into your fingertip, they are launched into the sky all at once, spreading out across the sky in an organized pattern. The now stationed spheres of reiatsu begin swirling rapidly, causing the atoms surrounding them to also move and bump into each other rapidly. This results in charging electricity, and in a few moments the sky is filled with electrified spheres of light, organized in a pattern similar to that of constellations. If all the spheres are viewed as a whole, the pattern resembles a winged figure, it arms stretched out. The light from the electricity shines brightly, illuminating the area.
Any object that makes contact with these balls of electricity will obviously recieve a shock, equal to about 10,000 volts, enough to pontentially kill the average human. The electricity powered by reiatsu is highly conductive; any metal object within a half-mile radius will recieve frequent bolts of electricity as long as the pattern remains in the sky; obviously the closer to the net the more frequent. The user of the kido can easily cancel it by sending a pulse of their reiatsu through the net; their reiatsu spheres will dissipate and the electricity would soon follow.
