Description: Mimi is about 5 feet 6 inches tall with dark brown hair thats cut short. Mimi's most memorable feature is her eyes, She was born with a genetic condition known as heterochromia. This condition causes the iris of her eyes to be separate colors in this case the Right eye is blue where as her left eye is crimson.
Mimi Typically Dresses in revealing clothing both as a result of her musical career as well as her nightly patrols around the city in search of hollows as the fabric or lack
there of doesn't cause a restriction to her movements in combat. Mimi usually wears a long sleeve dress shirt that is about 2 sizes too small and lets the first 3 buttons stay open. She also wears a plaid school girls skirt that is comes to about 4 inches above the knee, and combat boots.
Personality: Mimi is very outgoing she strives to be a great musician, and sees herself as a hero that protects those who cant protect themselves. She is usually very calm and collected but sometimes she gets over excited and dives into things without thinking, this often leads to her getting a little more than bruised up, and the falling down the stairs excuse is getting a little stale.

Weapon: An Electrical Guitar, Known as Nevan. It was an item mysteriously delivered to Mimi on her 18th birthday upon contact with the Instrument Mimi began to see things that others couldn't, such as spirits and hollows and ever so often shinigami. Nevan is a V shaped electrical Guitar with the ability to manipulate sound waves to produce various offensive and defensive abilities, its most noted is the blade that extends outwards making it into a scythe (see below)

History: Mimi's past is shady at best. She was left on the stairs of a church when she was born, and upon discover taken to a local orphanage where she lived until she was 18. Two weeks before she was 18 a package arrived for her with no return address inside of the package was a beautiful electrical guitar. Mimi had played the guitar since she was 11, but she had never seen one like this before. She was enthralled with it from the moment she set her eyes on it. In the box with the guitar was a note. Mimi read the note which stated that the guitar was her birthright. Mimi disregarded the note as a prank but The guitar was real and it was hers.
Mimi smiled happily as she took the guitar out of the box, here eyes suddenly got wide as she saw a pale figure walking down the hallway and then seemed to vanish right through the wall. Strange things like that started to happen often to Mimi all starting for the day she got the Guitar. One day Mimi sat quietly in her room reading a book, all her things were packed she could no longer stay at the orphanage she was too old. She sighed as she waited for the taxi that would take her to her new place to arrive. A glow caught her eye and she turned towards it, she stumbled backwards as she saw that her guitar was floating in the air and emitting the strange purple glow.
The glow got brighter and brighter until it was almost blinding then all of a sudden dimmed. Mimi rubbed here eyes and blinked at the woman that stood translucent with the Guitar as her core. The figure Introduced itself as Nevan, and told Mimi that it existed only to make her wishes come true. Nevan explained to Mimi that they were fated to be partners both in life and into death. Nevan taught Mimi many things once she had fully moved out of the orphanage. Nevan taught her how to sing, and how to play the guitar almost as if it were nothing more than an extension of her own being. Mostly Nevan taught Mimi how to manipulate sounds, making even the sweetest sounds capable of great power both, offensively, and defensively.
Mimi started to perform on street corners at first for change to pay her rent and buy food, but eventually she was doing gigs at clubs and restaurants. Mimi was happy with her life in the spotlight but more so she was happy with what she did in the shadows, she stalked hollows and protected those that didn't have the ability to do so themselves. She felt that even though people didn't know what she did she was still the closest thing to a hero that they had. As the next year went by Mimi grew stronger being able to use the abilities gathered from nevan as well as her own voice as a weapon.

Description:
Attacks: Sever: Command "Sever the cords the time for Music is past". This is not an attack but a technique rather similar to a shinigami releasing their zanpatou, this increases Mimi's speed by 20 but doesnt effect other stats. The Scythe blade extends from the guitar, and it becomes a very versatile melee weapon, with the ability to drain reiatsu from opponents upon contact, each blow that steals reiatsu cause an invisible blade of vibrating sound to form around the blade meaning that once enough reiatsu is absorbed, the blade wouldn't need to physically hit you in order to do damage.
Perfect Solo: Mimi begins to play Nevan very rapidly, building up energy which is then fired in rapid succession at her target, traveling at the speed of sound this energy is invisible to the naked eye but it does create a disturbance in the air as it travels through it.
Groove beat: Mimi begins playing a steady repetitive beat that forms a protective barrier or sound and wind around Mimi.
Ballad of Life: Mimi uses her own abilities combined with a series of rifts played on Nevan to heal the wounds of her target she cannot use this on her self however, She was also told by Nevan that using this technique she could ressurect a recently deceased person but only at the cost of her own life.
Sirens call: Mimi's only solo ability not needing Nevan to perform, She can use her voice to cast an illusion over her target and within that illusion she is in total control, she can only use this ability for a maximum of 5 minutes. However during that time she can completely torment the target with their worst fear or even show them their most wonderful memory. This technique is strictly on a mental capacity and does no real damage unless the target is of a weak mind in which case it could result in insanity.
Passive Abilities: Energy gathering (Nevan gathers energy from its surroundings while being played to be used in its abilities, However Mimi's own reiatsu can also be used in conjuncture to increase the effectiveness of the abilities)
