Name: Telum Amato
Alias: "The Tri-Bow”, Tel
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Faction: Quincy
Rank: Council Member
Description: Standing at six foot three with short-cropped black hair, Tel is an imposing figure at best. The long white tunic of the Quincy fully covers his medium-built body, the large blue cross on his chest and his black shoes being the only articles of clothing he wears that aren’t a starch white color. He wears three crosses, an eight-point resting around his neck, six-point on his right wrist, and the standard four-point cross on his left wrist.
Personality: Those who have come to know Tel know him to be quick to speak and slow to act, judging all situations evenly and with a discerning eye. Comparably, his tongue is sharp and sarcasm rolls from his lips faster then any compliment ever will. While he holds no person close enough to regard them as a ‘friend’, the only person he shows respect to any more would be the Lady of the Quincy, Meimon Kioi.
Family: Both parents deceased, he has no siblings.

Argenteus Pennipotenti
Fervens Alacritus
Letifer Micans

History:
The Amato family, one of the oldest in Quincy history. A clan long since devoted to the Meimon-clan, those of the Amato have yearned for nothing more then to be named one of the greatest servants to their leaders; to this end, Tel is no different. When he first saw the new-born Kioi when he was only five, Tel had decided he would be the best soldier he could be for the future Lady. Not three years later, his training began, albeit only in the basics of actual archery. Thirteen years later, before the death of Meimon Tentei, Telum’s immediate family had moved away in order to better his training. During this trip, at the age of eighteen, Tel was given his first Quincy Cross: the Argenteus Pennipotenti, the first cross every male in his family had been trained with.
Not one year into Tel’s training, however, his mother came down with pneumonia, putting his training on hold as her doctors declared her unable to be saved. His mother, congratulating Tel for being as strong as any Amato could ever be, gave him her own Cross whilst on her death bed: the Fervens Alacritus, a six-point cross generally handed down from one mother to her daughter; as Tel had no siblings, it would be his duty to give the weapon to his own daughter, or to pass it along until it could finally come into the hands of an Amato female. Her last wish to him was to train with it properly, until he could truly understand what it meant to be a Quincy.
At the age of twenty, a year and a half after his mother’s death, his own father considered Tel a well-trained archer, though the elder man did not yet confirm upon him the title of Quincy. His father declared that Tel did not yet carry himself with the dignity necessary to become a true Quincy, and began drilling within the boy lessons he felt were needed. It was not until the age of twenty-two when Tel had his first encounter with a Hollow.
In an empty countryside, with only the two of them for miles around, Tel’s father pulled a coin from his pocket and handed it to Tel, demanding he crush it. Tel knew well enough what the item was, and felt ready to handle whatever could come at them; neither he nor his father could ever have predicted the extreme number of Hollow that would pour forth from Hueco Mundo. Though they both put forth a valiant effort, after several hours Tel had to drag his mortally wounded father off to hide from the monsters, despite the fact that very few remained. Declaring Tel ready to be not only a Quincy, but the patriarch of the Amato clan, he bestowed upon his son his greatest treasure: the eight-point cross Letifer Micans, the greatest heirloom of the Amato family.
Over the next two years, Tel stayed alone in that empty countryside, training and honing his skills before his eventual return to Karakura to stand beside the Meimon family. Small rumors have spread, now and again, of his odd battle prowess; they tell of a young Quincy archer who has been known to wield not one, but three Quincy Crosses at a time.

Name: Argenteus Pennipotenti
Description: A Quincy Cross in the shape of an iron cross, the Argentus Pennipotenti transforms into a four-pronged bow at Tel’s command. While well stylized, the bow is only capable of firing a single arrow at once, and the rate of fire is one arrow a second. It rests on Tel’s left wrist, dangling by a thin golden chain.
Name: Fervens Alacritus
Description: A cross resembling a six-point star, the Fervens Alacritus forms a six-pronged bow in Tel’s right hand. Given to him by his mother, the bow fires three arrows at once, with it’s rate of fire normally two shots per second; the rapidity of the shots make it seem as though an arrow fires from each point with every shot. It rests on a silver chain on Tel’s right wrist.
Name: Letifer Micans
Description: The eight-point Letifer Micans rests around Tel’s neck on a long platinum chain. Given to him by his father, this powerful cross transforms into a sixteen-pronged bow at Tel’s will; as per Tel’s battle style, it either rests atop two prongs of each of his other bows, or hovers in the air for a second for Tel to seize with his right hand.
When wielded alone, the Letifer Micans can only fire a single arrow at once at a rate of one shot every minute: this hefty requirement comes from it’s need to gather a larger amount of reishi into it’s strings before the arrow may be released. In order to speed the process, however, the bow is capable of ‘eating’ any blast of either reiatsu or reishi launched at Tel, including the arrows of another Quincy. Should it eat any energy of this sort, the bow is capable of instantly firing it’s shot, which in essence acts as a Seele Schneider in the way it cuts through reiatsu.
When wielded with it’s two sister bows, the Letifer Micans, rather then firing itself, will instantly cause the other two to fire at their maximum capacity, each bow firing twice it’s usual number of arrows. However, as the string must be pulled back by Tel ‘biting’ it, he only uses this style in the most extreme of cases, and can only keep this form up for a few minutes (five posts, trainable for a higher limit) before having to resort to either the first or second bow.
