Zibishi is an average sized Shinigami. He stands at 5'11 and has jet black hair that is worn wildly and outwards though his hair used to be longer until it was cut in battle. He wears the usual Shinigami clothing with his white robe with the symbol of a Lightning Bolt piercing a Tiger. His eyes are a bright Hazel and pupils of a cat. Through vigerous training he has attempted to build up his muscles especially his calf muscles. For being young Zibishi is very strong and quick using this in battle to his own advatage.
Personality: Zibishi is a no none sense type of Captain. He doesn't like failures of any levels and is rather annoyed when the situation turns worse, because of their incompitence. But lately Zibishi attitude has changed a bit after visiting his mother's grave and he is now more laid back and slightly more understanding of mistakes since he has realized that he makes them as well.

History:
The Ming family started their family in the first district in Western Rukongai. They were a prosperous family in the area and were popular with their fellow family members. Zibishi was born the oldest of three children and was seen to moderate sized potential to become a Shinigami. His sister even though 5 years his junior was still seen with the most potential due to her overly large amount of Stamina and her large extensive knowledge of Binding Spells. Zibishi was known mostly for working with his father around the Western Rukongai doing small odd jobs and what not. After much conversation with various high ranking Shinigami Zibish was finally entered into the academy the oldest in his group though far from the strongest.
He went through the the Academy taking 8 years when it was supposed to only take six. He didn't show much signs of becoming higher than a 5th seat. The only thing he had going for him were his street smarts and his swordsmanship. Though it took longer than probably needed Zibishi was finally promoted to the regular Shinigami of the 11th Division. Though through various missions where he exhibited his rather high skill at swordsmanship dispatching a few hollow with his sword alone Zibish was evetually promoted up to 8th seat after there was a vacancy at that position. With help from his fellow comrades Zibishi was slowly becoming better at his spells and learned that he had a liking towards Lightning. Thats when he found out the name of his Zanpakuto...Raikoutora. The Lightning Tiger.
He was shifted from the 11th division to the 6th division as apparently they wanted to keep their better swordsman closer to home instead of sending them out on missions. He was raised to the 5th seat and was vastly growing better with Raikoutora. While fighting a large amount of hollows Zibishi was doing his best though he was being knocked around like a rag doll until finally Raikoutora spoke towards him and Zibishi achieved his Shikai with the command of crackle Zibishi easily dispatched the Hollows and continued on his rise to the higher ranks.
With more of his comrades falling to overwhelming of Hollows and especially the Menos Zibishi was rising through the ranks reaching the Lieutenant Status at the age of 87. He spent the next 12 years everyday of the year taking time to achieve his Bankai and reach Captain status. He learned from various people and was able to achieve his Bankai on his birthday which was very ironic to him. He challenged his captain at the moment to the fight in front of the whole division and though the battle was longer than it needed to be with Zibishi constantly holding back afraid of using his Bankai. He beat his captain into submission but did not kill him. During the fight his large use of Lightning Spells and his cat like appearances gave him the nickname of the Lightning Tiger of Soul Society.
After finally arriving in Seireitei from his long trip away in the Rukongai district Zibishi entered into his first captain's meeting. It didn't go as planned with a confrontation with Lionheart-taichou. It was brief and Zibishi was almost pushed to the point where he would release Raikoutora. Nonetheless Malik-soutaichou ended their little match and they returned to their places, but not without a few negatives respones and yellings by their fellow Taichous Akeginu, and Masaru. After learning of a human with a zanpakuto the Taichous were dispatched to send a squad to the human world with Akeginu.
Before organizing his squad Zibishi began to continue the development of the Reiatsu rifle. A human-based rifle that contained a small compressor that could give Reiatsu a small condensed form for over a short distance. Before it could be fully completed the Arracnar and Hollow arrived in Karakura and began to cause mayhem and destruction. Zibishi and Masaru-sempai ceased the construction of the rifle and focused on this arracnar invasion. After a brief meeting between the captains and received permission to head to the human world and eliminate the arracnar and hollow infestation. Zibishi gathered his lieutenant Oterua-chan and headed there without anymore reinforcements.
They arrived in the Human World in the Shopping District of Karakura Town and Zibishi promised Oterua-chan that she would be protected by him. They were engaged by two arracnar, a child like one and one much bigger one. Zibishi engaged the larger one and Oterua took on the child-like one. Though the battles seemed to be on even footing a strange arracnar arrived and took Oterua to what Zibishi assumed to be Hueco Muendo. Zibishi engaged the arracnar and was forced to go into his Shikai. Once in that position he was able to easily defeat them with one swift attack, but the next days he couldn't feel complete and his morale was low as he seemed to have broken his promise to his trusty lieutenant. He watched as his fellow Taichou engaged in battle and began to think about finding a way to Hueco Mundo.
After returning back from the Hollow Arc attacn Zibishi learned of a mysterious man in the Human realm that planned to head into Hueco Mundo and save their friends. Zibishi jumped at the oppurtunity to save Oterua-chan and along with his fellow Shinigami he exited the Seireitei and went along to the Human Realm. While in the Human World he watched as the man began to put his plan in action calling the various Hollow looking for a Menos. After numerous waves the one they were looking for arrived. Quickly they flash stepped through the portal opened by the Menos Hollow.
They arrived in Hueco Mundo and quickly watched as an Arracnar was soon shoot down by a mysterious being. Soon they entered Las Noaches where Zibishi was met with a bird type Arracnar. After being pushed to his Shikai his cowardly ally Dominick stepped in and basically stole his fight even having Zibishi pinned down to the ground with him and the arracnar releasing their reiatsu. He recovered and went Bankai, but the fight was over after that point. He took Haruko-taichou and exited Hueco Mundo arriving in the Seireitei and meeting up with his old friend Ichi-san or Inoko-taichou.
