Anubis sat down in his throne and awaited his espada. He had finished all of his business on Earth and now he planned to assign a few missions and give orders... Not to mention to change a few ranks and kill take care of a certain espada who had done nothing since he had taken control of the espada. Anubis had a little show he had planned for this meeting and he thought it would be fun to have a little ceremony before he turned Netil into an arrancar. Anubis had made a few plans in his mind that he planned to have carried out. The espada and Netil would feel Anubis' reiatsu and know it was time for a meeting as Anubis did not try to suppress his reiatsu.
The arrancars guarding the door would stand up against his reiatsu, but could not manage to do anything else such as draw their zanpakutou's or even speak or open the doors. Currently they were just there for show. He would give the espada ten minutes to report to the meeting or else they would be heavily punished unless they gave a valid excuse for why they were late. Which would be killing something or training. Not even deadly injuries would be allowed. Anubis lowered his reiatsu a bit so that the arrancar outside would come to see him. They entered quickly and got on their knees to bow.
"How is the prisoner?" Anubis would ask them knowing fully well that they had been ordered to prepare for the ceremony. They reported that she was well and knew that she was or else he would have felt her reiatsu spike. She was a powerful one however she was yet to join her ranks. However she would even if he turned her into a mindless killing machine that served him and only obliged his orders. However if things went as planned she would be ranked as a fraccion under the soon to be fifth espada. The two guards went back outside and were told to greet the espada.

A sudden spark of reiatsu caught Cirrus' attention. He was laying in his bed, looking at the ceiling when it hit him. He sighed and rolled out of bed, landing nimbly on his feet. It was time to go to the throne room. A portal opened up before him and he stepped through, coming out in the throne room before Anubis.
He walked over to the table and took his seat, crossing his hands in his lap. His eyes were watchful as he scanned the room. His Lord, Anubis, was sitting in his throne, watching him. Cirrus bowed his head and went back to his musings, wondering when the others would get there.

Mathias walked in slowly behind him and looked at the Arrancar guards with a lazy grin. He wondered if they were Privaron or just regular Numeros. He entered the room and looked at Anubis nonchalantly and took his seat a few seats down from Cirrus and nodded towards him.
He leaned back and began to replay the events of their Human realm assault though he had received little action during that time and thus was a little agitated.

((eh-hem, uhm..prisoner..Hayami? You might wanna check on that because she might not be so for the whole "dieing in sacrifice" thing now that she's been informed being eaten won't make her a hollow...and also I found out earlier that even if it had she'd start at base stats. so...might wanna...second check that idea with her again to be safe))
"Yes, indeed it was a mockery if nothing else, but then this I believe was meant to show the espada there place. It would be a bit depressing if that "assault" had been meant to instill anything else but the fear of weakness. Depart friend Genmu it's been good to catch-up but I doubt this one will like the ex-servants of a one-time lord."
the voices echoed partially down the hallways. It wouldn't be loud enough for the entire conversation to be heard in the meeting hall, but a few words here and there were discernible. One pair of echoing footprints fell away moments before Vacio stepped grandly into the room, strangely carrying a long stone tablet, roughly 2 feet tall or slightly more, about as wide as his hips and 4 inches thick, over his shoulder like some kind of military man carrying his rifle. As he neared the end of the table opposite Anubis he swung the tablet from it's resting place over his shoulder and planted it on one end on the ground at the end of the table. It now stayed stable, balanced on one 4 inch thick hip-wide end while Vacio placed both hands atop it and pulled a childish hop over it and rested his buttocks upon it's edge like a strange chair.
"I hope you do not mind me having brought my own seating arrangements. I don't wish to give the name Espada the respect it was once deserved by assuming to take a place in their chairs. In turn I am also merely observing you as I was before so yet another reason I will attempt to hold no true seat among the lesser ones."
He grinned slightly, his eyes only just barely changing direction from staring at Anubis to get a glimpse of Mathias and...he did not know this other one, who others DID know as Cirrus, so for now he would call him Fluffy or Snowy until corrected.
((just random chatter between vacio and his basic personality counterpart genmu((i designed them similarly, genmu was one of the NPC fraccion i had with ceniza))) not going to use him but I always wanted him and vacio to chat ever since making vacio hehehe. Nothing wrong with Chatter.)))

Skalyx sensed a flare of reiatsu in his training room that only he can access in his black obsidian room. Skalyx knew it was time for a meeting. He started into a run, avoiding the stairs and running on the walls, leaping to the other wall before doing a back flip out of the training room along with his quarters, the secret entrance closes up in his room. Skalyx continued moving, with fluidity. Even back flipping out of his room, he never stopped as he went into back handspring. after Going down the hall, he leaped into the air and planted his feet into the wall while he turned around the corner. Skalyx remained silent while dashing through the halls.
He eventually went onto the ceiling, running upside down through the hall. Skalyx hid his reiatsu signature while running. He finally reached the end of the hall so he dropped down, landed on his feet, then back handspringed into the meeting room, then he landed on the ground with both legs bent and on the balls of his feet. His right hand was past his face with only two fingers up while the other arm is behind his hips. He put his hands behind his hips and waited in attention to what the Lord of the Deep had to say.

Abel had sensed the spike in reiatsu that had came from the throne room which usually ment a meeting of some sort. even though he really didn't want to he had no choice but to go lest he be demoted. He had honestly wanted to down to earth not to fight but to merely map the area to find hidden routes to places without having to use sonido which is a dead give away for any arrancar however he needed to wait until a better time presented itself.
"well might as well get this over with, who knows maybe i'll end up doing what i need to anyways." He said as he went straight to the throne room and arriving at the entrance noticed 2 arrancar standing there but payed them no mind. he simply opened the doors and looked on as others had gotten there before he did. sighing he saluted his lord, and then found his assigned seat and sat down waiting for things to begin

Netil slowly walks into the meeting hall throne thing what ever you wanna call it, he places his right hand over his masked gface and growls lowly, he was sleeping and then his lord had called for a meeting, he sighs after words and looks at the two guards who seemed to be looking at him funny, he tilts his head and looks over at Anubis.
"My lord, why am i here?"
It was a silly question but he had to ask anyway. he was wondering what his lord needed from him.

Everyone he wanted had arrived. He clicked his tongue and looked at the arrancar and the single adjuchas. "Vacio... Netil... Abel... Cirrius... Mathias... Skalyx." He said looking at each one. He now looked only at Vacio regarding the mans alliance. "Vacio... I'd like to offer you the position of Head of Research and Development? You may keep your pebble..." He said thinking about the rocks he had sat on for chairs. "Netil I would like to offer you a position in the espada if you do not mind being turned into an arrancar of course." He said knowing the answer.
Vacio had the brains needed to be the head scientist. Netil had proven he did not fear death which was what Anubis wanted in a espada. He than turned his head to look at Skalyx. "Introduce yourself for those that don't know you." Anubis said to Skalyx for he was his new second in command. He than looked at Cirrius, Mathias, and Abel. "There are two ranks that are open that are not among the espada. Task Force and Stealth Force Operative. They are both ranks that equal that of the espada, but need to be filled." Anubis paused looking at them.
"I would like to volunteers to be placed in charge of these branches of the espada." Anubis said looking at the three. "It is not a required thing, but if you would like take the ranks. However you must speak now or I may never offer them to you again." Anubis finished awaiting the replies from the group.

Skalyx nodded before changing into a human. Giving off a human reiatsu signature. His clothes and body changed. His clothes turned into a long black trenchcoat, his eyes turned yellow and his silver hair grew longer to his shoulders. His hair spiked up while his body grew a little more muscular, his fingerless gloves disappeared and his sandals turned into combat boots. His hollow mask and his hollow hole disappeared with the transformation. Skalyx spoke in a different voice than his own
"My name is Skalyx, i am an Ex-Stealth operative, the arrancar assassin, and the leader of anything that involves or is even related to the subject of Black-Ops. I am not afraid to say that i have an extreme case of paranoia that is under control that came with the jobs i have done and with hard work i have became the Second in Command so if Anubis isn't available, you will report to me and if you wish for a mission involving stealth, deceit, or anything among those lines, you will speak to me understand?"

Abel was rather deep in thought with the information he had just gotten and was interested in the task force more then stealth ops though he had to really think on it before he made any real decisions. " got it report to Skalyx if Lord Anubis isn't here, anyway my Lord we would still keep our rank regardless of whichever one of us chooses to volunteer for the postions correct. If so then I would like to have the task force, if that is alright with you my lord."

"Well big battles and mass offenses aren't really my style I'll prefer to be head of Stealth Ops. Cirrus, if it is ok and also with you Anubis, I would like if Cirrus would join me on a Lieutenant type basis?"
Mathias still rested on the back of his chair as he looked towards Vacio as he was offered the research department head. His eyes moved towards Abel who took the head of the task forces. Considering what Mathias had seen it would be best. He awaited the respone of Anubis.

"Yes you do keep your current rank as an espada." Anubis said to Abel. Mathias wanted stealth force and so he turned his head to look at Skalyx. "It's up to you. I don't care much." He clicked his tongue and was curious about Netil's and Vacio's replies. They were still silent and he needed to hear their answers to keep his plot going the way it should be. He needed another warrior and he needed someone to run the science part of Las Noches as nothing was being done currently there and he knew Vacio would do something.
His eyes looked around the table. He had given Skalyx the order to tell Mathias whether he could take stealth ops. "Abel... I would like you to do a little bit more training before you take that rank if you don't mind." Anubis said looking at his subordinate. There was a certain power level he wanted Abel to achieve before he gave him that rank.
Netil eyes watered as he realized what he had been offered. Not only to be turned into an arrancar, but an espada at that. A tear fell from his eye and the whole room saw a very unusual sight. A hollow crying. He knew that if he were to be brave and not fear death than he would be rewarded. He had proven himself to Lord Anubis. Anubis waved his hand ordering Netil to approach. When he was within arms length Anubis removed the orb which had amazing powers. It was what was used to demask adjuchas and vasto lordes and make them arrancar.
A bright light shone and blinded everyone and Netil shouted in pain as his mask was ripped from his face. Everyone accept Anubis would need to look away. Netil felt his power increasing with each second until the light faded and where Netil the adjuchas had been standing there was now Netil the arrancar. The fifth espada. His mask fragment ran along his jaw and than back behind his ear.
His eyes a gold color compared to the bloody red they had been only moments ago. His hair was long black and messy. Everyone would see the most intresting site. The five would be located on his eye ball. In fact it would be etched on to the pupil how this could be done would be unkwown however they had all watched the birth of the espadas newest fighter.
(OOC: Abel as soon as you hit 150 attack it's yours. Netil's net is being dumb so he gave me permission to RP for him. Please don't argue. I'm trying to get this done with so we can all go to Earth... Yes again for the Arc Ending Event.)

Abel looked at his lord and thought about what he said and saw that he was right about getting more power so he simply sighed.
"so i take it that i will be sparing to get myself up to the appropriate level of power correct." Abel said as more of a statement then a question. He then looked at the newly created Netil and simply smiled at his new comrade while thinking our numbers are slowly but surely increasing, should this continue we will be back to full strength once again

"Fine, but I still hold no affiliation beyond a professional one to your organization. I'll require time to put research into all of your espada's. Since it seems Abel needs the most work done I will gladly start with him."
He paused for a moment while he thought about something Genmu had mentioned.
"By the by....did anyone else here something a moment ago?" He cocked his head to the sie and turned it slightly so his ear faced the doors behind him.

Abel had a bored look on his face with what Vacio had stated however he knew one thing Vacio could kill him regardless of the circumstances so he didn't protest like he would've. As to Vacio's question however he wondered about why he brought it up. Did it give him a bad feeling or was it just that the sound was out of place, and turned his own head towards to doors wondering what Vacio was looking at. "eh.....what did it sound like per say?"

Netil slowly stands up and runs his hands down his naked form, ah this was much better his power felt more awake for some odd reason, he looks down at his sword and bends back down to grab onto it. Ah the feeling of it made nice feelings run down his spin, he then felt cold ah damn it he needed clothing, he waves his hand to a guard who runs over with a simple arrancar unifrom, he puts it on in private and then kills the servant with a quick swing of his right hand removing the poor mans head, he bends down and pulls the jacket from the man and places it on him self, he looked better with it on he smiles and sides his sword into its new home on the right side in his sash of course to hold it up. Netil looks over at Anubis placing one hand over his own eye where the number 5 was.
"I thank you my lord."

A rumble was heard as a black swirling energy appeared above the throne room, a portal to those who were keen to notice as a dim light shined forth from the small hole as his voice was heard, " Soon you will know hatred, death and chaos!" It was clear where the portal lead to, it was up to those around to figure it out as the opening was growing larger by the minute, allowing the curious to venture forth on their own. |

Anubis chuckled to himself as he did slightly agree with Vacio. "We shall vote who wants to go?" Anubis said planning to go himself no matter what anyone else were to say. He already had his hand on his blade.
