"Naota any actions taken out on this member of our division will be cleared by me. Understood. If I find him missing anything you will be punished for disobeying my orders."
Nonko's eye fell upon Naota with a cold stare. This couples argument was annoying him to the point he wanted to take it out on some sort of small green animal. Sure enough that Naota would get the point he was making a mistake threatening the new guy his eyes then shifted back to Azerik.
"You need to be careful of your words. Enemies are less rare then friends, and it might do you good to keep your mouth shut when you think your pissing off some one of higher rank then you."
Once again his eyes went to Naota and then they closed. Naota didn't know about Eaon's capture, nor about the inner Hollow within him. By all means he is a Vizard even if he isn't with the faction of them on Earth.
"Former 8th Division Captain, Eaon Norellia, has been captured and has been recorded to by of the Vizard race. With a little luck, SouTaichou Fensake will allow me access to him for research. In other words Naota. You will not be going after that other vizard."

"I assure you I won't speak out of line again Captain," he said still looking at the door, "but with all due respect, I don't intens to befriend this man. I may work with him, maybe even fight alongside him as an ally, but I doubt highly we could ever be friends."
Azerik's thoughts on leaving the 12th Division, had now changed to a burning desire to change it. He knew eventually he could surpass Naota, and odds were he would outlive Captain Ryuuza if it came down to the passage of time. His already slow aging body, coupled with the slow aging in Soul Society had almost completely halted his aging process, where as Nonko would still age by the normal standards of the residents of Soul Society. He knew he could never kill Nonko, but he could wait until he died naturally. Until then he would make due with what he had. He would also seek others who shared his thoughts within 12th Division...if there were any.

Naota listened and bowed his head when the captain was finished, but he didn't like the outcome of him not going to the living world to hunt down that hollow.
"Listen Lycan, friends only give pain and hard ack... And i learnt the hard way...."
He said as he walked passed Azerik and out the door. Nothing else was said, as he made his way back to his office. [EXIT]

"That guys definition of friend is seriously warped," Azerik said shaking his head in wonder. How did someone so incompetent end up with a Vice-Captain rank?
"Oh," Azerik exclaimed as he remembered his earlier conversation with Ket and the Nonko puppet, "your puppet said my pseudo-Zanpaktou theory might interest you. I've been working on a project concept with the help of Sumasshuyochi. I've almost completely nailed down the key elements in the nature of a Zanpaktou. By mixing the technology you used to create the fake Zanpaktou for your puppets, and mixing it with Mod Soul technology, its possible we could replicate the effect of having a Zanpaktou spirit. I can get you some more details if you like, but I'll need some time to organize my research."

"Yes. I'd like a report on that with all the information you can. If its good. I'll provide the equipment needed for the project."
Nonko walked over to a computer monitor. After typing in some keywords. The title "DG-2 Project" appeared on screen. Followed by a massive amount of data. With the data were pictures of a Reiatsu Rifle prototype. After a minute a picture of the prototype itself appeared on screen.
It was then Nonko realized Azerik was still there. He turned and looked at him. He stared for another minute before saying anything.
"You can go unless you have anything else to say. I'm sure you can find your way around the Institute."

"No that's all I had to say Captain," Azerik replied mildly, "I'll head back to my quarters, and get to work on that report."
As he walked out the door, he saw that the puppet, and the strange green cat were standing idly outside, trying to act like they hadn't been eavesdropping. He smiled at the two, preferring the puppet copy to the original Nonko, and unsure about the lime green furball...he had never liked cats after all...
