The two snipers looked between one another and sighed as accusations of lies were sent their way by both the boy and girl quincy. Obviously bothered with how she had been treated, Claira did not even wait for the other quincy to guide her to the end of the tunnel and ignored her injuries. The sniper would again move in front of her with the medical supplies in hand, “We’re going to patch you up before we go any further, It be better if you didn’t pass out before speaking with Lady Abendroth.” The sniper recommended before going through the process of treating Clair injuries, only taking a few minutes. While the wounds were treated, she wouldn’t exactly be healed but she wouldn’t be losing any more blood for the duration of her stay.
“Don’t worry, I’ll show you the fastest route this time. I owe you, afterall.” The younger of the quincy spoke once the snipers were finished dealing with her wounds. “You’re not gonna get the answers you want from them anyway. …They were just following orders like me.” He sighed out, rubbing his forehead in aggravation at both being tricked and placing his fellow quincy in danger. “It’s Kira by the way. Uh, my name, that is…” He stammered out, still a bit nervous from the whole situation, though clearly holding more respect for the nomad quincy.
From where they were it would only take a couple more minutes before the finally reached the entrance of the compound, the end of the tunnel. The two would arrive with just one person outside waiting for them…

A tall woman with short blue hair and an exotic quincy uniform stood with her hands behind her waist at attention. Behind her were the large metallic doors that led into the quincy base hidden within the Yakushi Hospital, In front of her Claira and the quincy boy stood after having traveled through the tunnel and dealing with the hollow presence within it. A few audible steps were heard as the quincy leader met the two about halfway, her eyes lowering at the quincy girl, as if sizing her up…comparing her.
“Claira Raven Heart,” The woman gave a bow of her head to the other quincy, before formally introducing herself, “I am Lucia Abendroth, current active leader of this Order.” She remained silent for a moment as she looked the other quincy over once more. “Your perception on the hollow attack was incredibly insightful. The snipers sent word that you nearly instantly discovered it was a set up…by me. I was impressed.” The woman began to explain as she turned herself from the two and started the walk into the compound; the doors opening ahead of her as she guided the two inside.
“The Raven Heart’s were well trained quincy, though their nomadic nature was questioned by some of the other Orders. I wanted to see first hand how well they trained their successor, you, both physically and mentally.” Lucia would guide them through a few hallways of the compound, in the background quincy would be busy at work studying and training. “A simple spar would not do, however. I needed an accurate representation for how you would react in life and death situations with your fellow quincy. So I sent one of our more green horned recruits with you, to see where your priorities lay.” She elaborated as they came to the entrance of a small, more private meeting room.
“With a spar, there was the risk of holding back, the risk that you wouldn’t reveal just what kind of soldier you were. I apologize for the trickery, to both of you, but it was necessary to get realistic reactions. You were never in any real danger. When the hollow had pounced at you the sniper’s had their kill shot already set up to finish the beast off,” She looked over at Kira, patting the young man on the shoulder and causing his face to redden nervously, “But they didn’t when Kira bravely held the hollow back. You showed great signs of progress today, child.” Her attention returned to Claira as they entered the room, sitting upon some very comfortable chairs between the three of them. She would give Claira a moment before she continued her conversation, anticipating questions...or anger, at her actions.

As she listened, she'd count quietly to herself the footsteps and angles they took from the enterance to the private room. She was listening the whole time, a bit shocked at how this female infront of her that is the current acting Leader of this Order knew of her Family. Then again, she wasn't that shocked since her family had the reputation of being great fighters since they always changed location's, almost as if they wanted the challange of not having the upper hand in knowing the location's lay out. She'd sit down in the chair opposit of Lucia. When fully seated, she'd take off her jacket and let out a breath of relief since the jacket somewhat hugged her to well on her body. The bones in her spine cracked alittle as she relaxed herself on the chair, not saying anything for a moment. Her head would be laying back a bit, looking up at the ceiling. When she did speak, she'd keep her head laying back still."No offense taking about the trickery. I understand your motives of wanting to see me in live action, to see what I knew as a Quincy and how I fought. But if the roles were different, I would have done things differently. I know how my family being Nomads were of extreme nature for the Quincy beliefs. It was our way in making ourselves...how can I say it? Better? No, more capable to adept to the surroundings due to the constint changing of Enviroments, Urban, Jungle, Heavily populated Cities, to even wetlands and ancient tombs of times now forgotten in the eyes of mankind. Some order's thinking it was a Death wish, I called it essence of Survival for it taught everyone in the family to count on each other and make sure the young survive, hence why I'm here today...as the last of my Family, the last of the Order of the Raven Heart's."
She'd move her head out of the laying back postion and would have eyes locked on Lucia's. Claira wasn't nervous of this person before her. Rank meant nothing when you were a family for that meant everyone was an Equal amongest everyone else. "I just want to know is why have you called to me to have this meeting after the ambush? Why not have done it after the meeting between us two? That would have been more logical since I had the strange feeling ever since you sent your, no offense to you Kira, your lacky to greet me and have me walk for over a half hour which is walking around the outside of the town of Kakura Town. I had a lot of time on my hands to know. That right there raised a flag in my mind of why was it taking so long to get to where we are now? Then hearing about the snipers, then seeing the pipes going off and the sound of the Hollow hitting the floor and seeing nor hearing the other quincy or alarms, that was another flag. But I do have to hand it to you, you train your people well to be sneaky around each other, espically to a person from a different 'Order'. So what else would you like to know since you know so much about me already?"

Lucia shifted herself forward slightly, allowing her elbows to lean atop the table that separated herself from Claira and Kira. “Having the ambush before our meeting was essential for several reasons. The first being that your knowledge of the layout would have given you an advantage that would have effected the results of the test, I wanted to make sure you were placed into a unfamiliar environment to see the quick eyes of the Raven Hearts at work.” A confident smile crawled across the otherwise serious look on the leader as she pointed out, “Those same eyes that have already managed memorize the exact path to this very room.” Clearly, Lucia was as astute as Claira was.
“The second reason, being that it allowed me to know just where your skills and loyalties lay.” She began to explain, “The purpose of this meeting was to decide whether allowing you to join this order would be in both our interests. If I had done the attack after our meeting, I may have unintentionally influenced your actions which would have affected the outcome and how you would react. The concealment of it being a test would have been revealed to you regardless of if you figured it out or not.” Lucia spoke with calculations; it seemed there was some thought put into the situation she had placed Claira in.
“Now that I’ve seen that you’re not only capable but willing to lay your life on the line for your fellow quincy, I have a clear understanding of just what kind of quincy you are.” She explained nonchalantly as the pale woman reclined back into her own chair. A sigh escaped her lips as she seemed to be recalling something. “I respected the Raven Hearts; your order knew how to teach its quincy through experience. It has certainly allowed you to understand why I had to do what I did at least, even if you don’t agree with it.”
“But enough about the test, you succeeded in it with flying colors. Both of you.” She complimented the younger quincy. “Now, Kira,” She began, as she removed a bangle from her waist and placed on the table near the boy. “The day is young and you still have vork to do. I vant you to bring this bangle to Heinrich, he’s in the training barracks currently.” She continued to explain as hints of a german accent slipped in her dialogue, “Once you deliver it leave him be and do your normal training routine for the day. Understood?”
“Y-yes ma’am!” The young boy stammered as he jolted up from the chair and snatched the bangle up with a little unhealthy amount of enthusiasm.
“Good. Dismissed.” She waved the young man off, who scurried away to do the next job he had been given. Lucia waited until he had completely left before continuing their conversation. “Now, I believe it’s time to discuss your future here, In Karakura.” Taking in a small breath of air, as if to contemplate the choices, she spoke, “Having seen what I have today, I believe you would make an excellent addition to the ‘Quincy Order’ of Karakura. As an official member you would have jurisdiction over this city, giving you access to our supplies and facilities and allowing you to request aid from other quincy for missions. Of course, you’ll also need to follow orders I give you.” She explained rather simply. “You’ll also be allowed to move into the compound if you desire, though it isn’t necessary.” Her voice lowered towards the end as she looked on to Claira, waiting to here what she thought of this proposal. Lucia was gauging her reaction before she continued with what she was saying.

Claira was listening to what Lucia had to say. Everybody knew that most of the QUincy order came from Germany. Smiling to herself, she wouldn't be surprised if she started to sing in German. She would shake the thought out of her head as the choices were there, either join or walk away. "hmmm..." Untying her sword from her side, she'd place it on the table. Her almost Silver eyes stayed on Lucia. It was surprised that an Abendroth knew so much of the Raven Heart's family. But Claira wouldn't allow Lucia to see that on her face. In her mind, she began to play a game of chess, it was her way of trying to stay a few pieces ahead of the opponent when talking and trying to get certain information. Out of the blue, she say the exact path lenght. "54 steps forwards, a right, 22 steps forward, then 4 steps to the chair and seated. Your right about us having good memory of layouts, it's one of our key elements, but the other's is us having the losing hand. It makes ou Hunter side come out. We may not be good soldier's compared to the other Order's, but we're one hell of the Hunters. I'll join your Order, and I'll prefer to stay in my own apartment. IF and only if, you'd need me, just go to this address, that's my apartment number, I like living high off the ground."
Claira would slowly get up off the chair and walk over to a window and look out of it and see how many Quincy was working still. Calculating, planning, inventing, communcation, the barrier feed loop. She was impressed on the dedication of this Order, but in her mind, they needed alittle more then just staying underground most of the time. The reason why shouldn't move into the compound was because it felt like a giant cage and she doesn't like to feel like an animal again. "Besides, I will have to do something later on down the road. I'll have to finish a promise I made a long time ago with my family. And that Promise needs to be held. A few years ago, my mother was taken by a powerful and highly ugly man. Everyone that I have encountered and talked to about it called him Lord of Greed. She is now his slave and I'm going to plan on putting an arrow in his head and one in her's so she won't have to endure the pain anymore. It's the Raven Heart's pack, if captured and there is even one of us left, we will find where they are and show the mercy that they would show to us. I do hope you understand Lucia, and if you don't approve of this, then I'll leave the order. That simple."
Seeing as how she could be a great addition to the Corp., Lucia wouldn't want to lose one of the Last Raven Heart known to be alive still and in fighting shape. It was noted over her times of travel, the Order would have kept tabs on her family. With what Lucia seen, compared to her mother, she was 98.5% better then her mother in everything that she was able to do in short time. She'd crack her neck and exhale slowly. With a sigh of relief, she'd look back at Lucia to see what her reactoin was to what she had to say in return.

Lucia listened closely to the other quincy, her disposition remaining the same the entire time. Claira recited the exact pacing required to arrive in this particular room, and Lucia looked on as if it was expected of Claira to know, like she would not have accepted her not to know. “We have many subordinates who operate outside the compound; it is a preferred method for some.” Lucia admitted, “We will keep the location on record should the need to contact you in person arises.” The woman brought her hand up to push away some loose hair that had fallen over her own forehead before continuing, “Keep in mind, however, that you will be required to come to the compound for certain meetings or operations. You will be warned in advance for those, of course.”
The woman’s eyes lowered towards the sword placed on her table, still wet with the blood of the hollow it had slain. Listening to Claira’s story, she looked on at it with a demeanor as eerily calm as it could get; clearly she was one who had grown accustomed to the horrible things that could happen in this world of the supernatural. “I’m afraid I have no information on this Lord of Greed for you,” She exhaled slowly, “So long as your promise does not interfere or endanger the quincy or other humans, you may pursue your enemy as you see fit. I trust you to handle your own problems, just as I trust the other quincy to handle theirs. The same goes for the orders I give, I expect them to be followed. I will not intentionally impede upon your progress to find this man, but know that the Order and humanity takes priority here.” Lucia seemed to have given her an honest answer that boiled down to do you what you are asked and you could do what you want.
“Remember, you represent a portion of the Karakura Order now, your actions reflect us all.” She spoke a simple warning, so simple it barely felt like a warning at all. Still, she was making sure Claira understood where her leader stood on these kind of subjects. “We all have people we want to avenge or rescue…whether by shinigami, hollow, or something in-between. The quincy have been scorned by many, and I’ve got my reasons to despise them all.” She tightened her right hand subtly as she spoke. “But eventually I’ll change what the quincy have become. We’ll ensure that people like your “Lord of greed” cease to be, and the threat of the spiritual beings becomes a thing of the past.” A small chuckle escaped her serious attitude as she listened to herself talk, “Heh, perhaps that's too idealistic. But a leader needs to dream big. I certainly I have my work cut out for me.”
Gripping the younger girl’s sword, she rose from her chair and approached the quincy; raising her hand, she offered the blade back to Claira, “…Velcome to the order of karakura, Lady Raven Heart. I look forward to seeing what you’ll accomplish.” Lady Abendroth would then walk over towards the exit of the room and offered, "I shall show you the...ahem, quick vay out this time, if you vish...I mean wish."

She'd still be looking out the window. Taking her left hand, she'd rub her eyes hearing the leader coming up behind her. She'd look back at her and nodded to responded to the friendly warning. "And to give you information, Lord of greed and somebody else wiped out a race known as the Onigami from sources that I heard over my travels. The only thing I know, is that I'm going to try and kill him Alone. It's a personal matter that I must take care of. Orders are orders. I won't disobey unless it's against my own beliefs of the matter and I will tell you about them when we meet again. And next time you send a message for me, don't send a messanger boy for me, go yourself. It show's respect to the other. Besides, it be nice to see you in person outside of the Underground compound."
Her eyes looked down at the sword and gently took it out of her hands and tied it back on her belt. Picking up her jacket, she'd slung it over her shoulder and followed her to the exit where she'd listen to her if she would talk anymore. "Lead the way and you don't have to correct your pronouncing of word's, I understand your German." Near the end of the tunnel and when Lucia would stop to bid her fairwell for the time being, Claira would reach the door and look back with a smile. "Möge dein Pfeil Streik wahr meine liebe Führer der blau und weiß." With a wink of her eye, she'd walk out of the compound.
Leaving the hospital, she saw it was rainning heavily outside. Looking at her jacket, she'd shrug and simply walk in the rain without putting the coat back on. She loved the rain. It was a soothing and comforting feeling. She'd take the long way back to her apartment so she could think about what all has happened and what was said to her. She'd think also about what she just said to her leader and simply smiled more. Claira didn't let it show, but she thought her leader was pretty cute. But she wouldn't make anything of it unless something was to happen between the two but knowing odd's and fate in the star's, it wouldn't. Her mind was finally clear and she was outside her building. Most people didn't like it but she did hence why she'd living there almost scott free. She'd take the cargo elevator to her apartment. Her eyes lookind down the whole time, she'd walk in, throwing her coat onto the couch. Putting some music on and grabbing something cold to drink. She'd look at the target she made that was stationnary. Forming her bow, she'd take aim and let one loose. In five minuet span, twelve arrows were grouped in the center of the dummy. She'd turn away facing the elevator. Claira would quickly spin and fire another arrow, but this one slammed it right in between the eyes. A sigh would be let out of her lips as she flopped down on the black leather couch. The bow disappeared and the silence came over the room.
"Now what to do...?"
( The phrase in German: ((can't believe I wrote this lol)) May your arrow strike true my lovely leader of blue and white.)

Lucia tilted her head in brief surprise that the younger woman spoke german rather well. Most of the quincy in Karakura were born here and it was rare any of them spoke the natural language of the quincy. It seemed this nomadic quincy had intent to try and impress the active leader, and it worked as she accepted the compliment. The woman politely bowed her head in respect to the words Claira parted with adding her own, “Mach's gut, Rabe.” The leader would remain at the entrance until the younger quincy disappeared into the horizon of the town ahead of her.
With arms crossed, she let out another heavy sigh. Another human so negatively affected by forces they could never control; the number seemed to grow every day. It was so dreadful to Lucia to involve others like Claira, but it was not just her choice, she needed to look ahead for the best interests of humanity, and she needed people like her to do that. Turning away she began the walk back to the compound as she thought about the sacrifices that would be needed for things to change, and whether she would have the bravery and strength required of a leader to meet such demands. These thoughts were pushed away, however, as quincy approached her about their missions for the day. Lucia had done what she intended to today, it was time to focus on her regular duties for now until the right time came. Things would change, she would make sure of. It was the path she chose.
