Chikai Both Hollows were vanquished, however it was unlucky for her to get that much damage from the beast as she was a Vice-Captain of the 2nd division. It was almost over as a very weak hollow came out from no where and prounced in the air in order to tackle her to the ground.
Qiang The Hollow didn't see the attack coming as it was then englufed in the flames. Soon enough there was nothing left but a hole in the wall and a rather empty room. He seemed to be getting tired, and the only thing he would be able to do at the moments time is to hide.
Miwa Just from the first attack the Hollow was particaly dead, however the hammer was the confirmation. From all the smoke that surrounded her from that final attack one other Hollow had emerged and appeared to be weaker than most. Jumping out from the smoke the Hollow would swing one claw forwards in hope to land a scratch on her.
After all the Hollows they had faught were gone there would be a crack in the skies. Slowly but surely the sky was splitting with a dark hole in the middle. What could this be?

Chiaki cringed a little at the angry wounds across her skin and could hear her captain's voice in her head, berating her. She had to be sure that all the other Hollows were down, she couldn't rest yet. Turning around, she saw that there was one more coming after her. Using a portion of her strength she cut at it's mask, then moved closer to the human girl, trying to group up a little.
Hope the other human is ok... He kind of ran off.. She thought to herself.

It would seem he had won against this one aswell. He wasn't really surprised his tactic had worked, not against what had seemed to appear today, as it seemed it was among weaker ones, but it was around this level he had fought alone earlier. Thought it seemed he had ruined his clothing, and was wounded. He would rip off his arm on his clothing, using it to bandage his wound to some extent, until he would find something better to treat himself with. He would then get ready to get out of the wall, as it seemed there wasn't anything inside, as he walked out through the whole, not on the same side of the building as the entrance. As he was outside he looked up, feeling that the crack that seemingly was in the sky was something dangerous. Not something he could deal with injury or no injury. He'd be left starring at it, not sure what to do.

James had watched the last bit of the fight but had not joined in due to the fact the chili dog he was eating would have gotten cold before the fight was finished, but now that he had finished it he slowly walked toward the small group of beat, battered, and burned people. Carefully wiping his hands on a napkin before placing it in his pocket. Raising his hand in greeting
"Oi, sorry I'm late but it couldn't be helped" Looking up at the giant crack in the sky he jaw dropped before asking "That is not good is it?"

Miwa's head darted swiftly to the side as a unbenounced current shot by her. Her instinct told her to move, and it was this that cause her to leap back several feet as a sharp pain shot through her right arm, as her left arm struggle to heave the massive sledge into the body of her assailant. The brief surge of strength in the hammer blew away a portion of the dust as Miwa caught a glimpse of the creature's grotesque features, no doubt trying to take advantage of an easy meal, although the Hollow would be dissapointed for even when weakened, Miwa would fight till the last breath escaped her body.
As the hammer clashed into the solemn features of the soul's cranium, Miwa let a sinister grin cross her lips. "You honestly thought that was going to work, didn't you? Hate to break it to you, but I won't be subject to your kind." With those words, Miwa would alter the polarity of the current as the hammer exploded, finishing off whatever remain. Perhaps it was overkill, but Miwa preferred absolution in her assassination attempts should the first blow not take the fiend out.
As the smoke cleared gradually, Miwa's eyes glanced upward towards the sky, where a rift seemed to be forming. Just the sight of it sent a shudder down Miwa's spine, as it was an omen to her, especially when not at full power. Her left hand was clutching the wound across her right arm which was flowing freely with her own blood, the cut deeper than she had originally thought. So what was it this time?

All the hollows they faught were dead, they played the game well. However there was something still arising, a bigger force. If they had a look to the sky, they would see that it was cracking. A hole in the sky appeared. Soon a huge white hand had come out of the hole, grabbing hold of sky and pulling its massive body through. Menos Grande. They needed to finish this quick before more damage could be made. The question was, could they defeat it? Hollows 1/20

((Takes place after this thread))Not a moment after the Menos Grande had taken its first step out of the hole it had pierced into the sky did another reiatsu flare into the area, almost on cue to match the power of the gigantic hollow that stared down at the others in the area. However, The difference between this one and the Menos was...that this one was a human's. One that Miwa herself would recognize as a familiar boy gently glided from the sky to the ground beside her; turning his head towards her, he gave a reassuring grin. Clyde had joined her and the others in the final stretch of their fight. Something looked a bit different about him however since their last meeting, his hair was longer and he seemed a bit taller, like he had aged somewhat. His body looked completely worn out with his clothing resembling something closer to what Drystan would wear, but the right sleeve had been torn off, revealing bandage-wrappings all across his arm down to his palm. It was as if he had overcome a dangerous ordeal just to get to them in time, just looking at him he seemed braver...more experienced. His eyes scanned the area, as if taking in all that had happened so far. Not turning back towards the girl, he spoke, "You did well Miwa, I knew I could leave things to you." He looked towards the Menos, casually continuing his conversation. "Uh...Sorry I haven't been around, I needed to...well, figure some things out." Then, holding his right hand out, some of the fabric in his bandages ripped away and formed around the entire arm, creating his familiar looking spear. "I'll take care of this one. Think of it as an apology." The boy casually said to his friend as he spun the weapon in his hand and walked forward without hesitation towards the enormous beast. It was easily the biggest hollow he had ever seen, but not nearly the strongest he had faced. "Whew, you smell like death, you know that?" He mocked the large creature, waving his left hand in front of his nose. "Hate to tell you this big guy, but it's time for you to go, you're stinking up the town. Now I know you don't want to do that but, I'm sorry to say, it's my job to take care of things like you. You understand how it is, I can't let you just walk around like this. Strictly business, I swear." With that he leaned forward before moving at incredible speeds, extending the spear's length with each step he took before he stopped just at the monsters feet. With a yell and a burst of reiatsu he swung his now massive weapon up against the beasts body, cutting into it with a large crescent slash and enough power to hopefully split the damn thing in half.

Chiaki had nearly charged the menos when a new presence came, causing her to stop. When she saw another human, she felt even more alone here. So lost. These humans didn't really need her help. With a slight frown, she waited, keeping an eye on the Menos.
He slowly lumbered forward, bent on it's path of destruction and she wasn't sure if she should let the the boy keep talking. Battle was not a place for chit-chat. With a quiet, frustrated growl, she took a step towards the menos. Somebody had to stop it. But her quick steps died shortly after beginning as she watched the boy begin his attack. Instead she waited.

He was starting to walk away from the scene, as he wasn't going to make a difference against such a beast like that, not at his level, and especially not when he was already quite worn out. His steps would be taking him away from the school, as he had no intention of facing that humongous thing, it just wasn't something he could take care of even if he wanted to, not without getting alot stronger than this. His steps leaving nothing behind it was as thought he hadnt been there except for a few blood splats here and there but it was covered up now so he should be fine for now atleast.

Having watched the new hollow appear James immediately ran after it activating his speed armor to help him get there quicker but as he ran he could feel another strong reiatsu speed past him toward the creature. It was just another human he raged quietly to himself. An unseen smile spread across his face as he pictured the pure amount of energy that would be given off by such a fight. Arriving just after the other guy had, thanking whatever god there was that the idiot liked to talk, he watched as the man's weapon grew and grew before releasing huge blast at the creature. Quickly James ran up the creatures back being quite sure it wouldn't notice him, and leaped above the creatures head, James was unsure if the blast would actually kill it but if it didn't he was ready to absorb and redirect the attack back toward the creature again. Reiatsu= 87 Speed= 82

Miwa's eyes watched the Menos emerge, her aching body flexing as she prepared to attack the colossus, but halted as another spiritual pressure bore down upon them, yet this one felt familiar somehow. As her head swivels around, her vibrant blue eyes confirmed what she had been thinking, her lips silently ushering the words, "Clyde-kun...."
As Clyde settled down beside her, she analyzed the boy. Was this really the same Clyde she had trained with? His features were similar, yet he possessed a more mature sense about him. As he apologized for his absence, Miwa's face turned a bright crimson as she turned her head away defiantly, her arms crossing out in front of her. "Like we needed your help."
As she watched Clyde through the corner of her eye taunt the beast, it was brought to her attention that it still was the same Clyde, just the other shell had changed along with some more experience. His jokes still reeked moreso than the Hollow itself, yet it was reassuring that he had come back when it had mattered most. Miwa dropped onto her knees, her eyes continuing to watch the massive weapon attempt to split the fiend in half.

((Taking over/wrapping this up for those involved so you guys can get rewards and stuff)) The Menos looked down upon the speck that called insults towards it, as if it recognized that the boy was making fun of it. Slowly, its mouth began to open charging an enormous cero in its mouth aimed right for the tiny creature that approached it. Before it could make its move, however, its cero would be interrupted by the blast of energy Clyde attacked with. The power released from Clyde's attack effortlessly traveled up from the Menos foot all the way to the top of its right shoulder. While James made an attempt to scale the beast, he would actually be harmlessly repelled backwards from the amount of energy being released before he could even make it up the hollows backside. But it would be for the best, as the hollow was soon completely obliterated where it had once stood. It let out one final howl of despair before its body deteriorated into nothing from the Crescent Slash released by its opponent. Despite the power that had hit the monster, the damage left behind in its wake was minimal. Clyde's attack had been clean, focusing only on the menos grande as opposed to the environment around it. The only evidence it had been there at all were the footprints from where it had once stood. The battle was over, thanks in great part to the humans and shinigami that fought to protect the innocent. The hollow were dangerous, but at least for today, the had lost. Hollows: 0/20

Clyde looked on upon the monster as it faded away to nothing, a small smile crawled across his face as he knew the battle had been won, and not just by his hands...but by the shinigami and other humans; who were all just as capable as him. He was glad he had left Karakura in such good hands while he trained with Drystan. Raising his right arm, he slowly opened his palm up, causing the energy around it to dissipate harmlessly into the air.
He turned completely around as the monster let out its final howl and turned to dust, starting from its feet upward until it fell completely apart into nothing. With a sly grin, the young man said confidently looking directly at Miwa, "Looks like he didn't have...A leg to stand on." From the hand he had slain the beast with he slowly formed a thumbs-up to his friend; as if thinking what he said had actually been "cool" to say, as opposed to corny and terrible, like it actually was. His face: completely serious. What a dork.
"Hmm, everything seems to be under control now, other shinigami will no doubt arrive to clean up anything left behind." The young man analyzed as he surveyed the area, it wasn't in terrible shape but still the damage was very noticeable. His gaze returned to Miwa as he re-approached her; a gaze that still had a sense of wisdom to it that Clyde did not have before, it was like looking at his older brother or something. He noticed she was still fairly injured from the battle as he looked her over. "Here," He offered lowering his hand to help her off her knees, "Let's go back to the shop and get you patched up."

(Looks like the next poster in line isn't here so I'm going to go ahead and post.)
James laid on the ground where the shear amount of energy released had thrown him. Slowly he rose as the massive hollow dissipated. It was most convenient for this man that could have handled this entire problem appear at the end only only to play the hero. Looking around he watched as the man started walking back toward one of the fighters that he had apparently known before hand, but also took notice of all the damage that had taken place from the other battles and could not help but feel that most of it could have been avoided if only he had shown up earlier.
James gave no farewell, still wearing his black armor that gave him a less than human form, James simply dashed away. He had much to think about, could this man be a valued friend or a dangerous foe.

Miwa was astonished. Not only did this massive Menos Grande appeared, but it was just as quickly dispatched of by Clyde. She had known he was strong firsthand, but nonetheless, she was dumbstruck by just how strong the boy had become. Yet all that seemed to matter very little as Miwa watched Clyde turn towards her, flashing her a thumbs up and regrettably enough another lame line he had probably just thought up of, causing her to facepalm. Shaking her head as her hand fully embraced her face in an attempt to hide her embarassment at knowing such a person, she muttered a select few words. "Do you even think when you open your mouth?"
Ironically enough, she already knew the answer to her question, as her brilliant blue irises analyzed the serious face of Clyde's, the boy clueless as always. As Clyde offered her a hand, her face would once again turn crimson, this time a deeper hue of red before as she instantly swatted the boy's hand away, a sharp jolt of electricity shooting up his arm as Miwa clearly expressed her feelings. She was injured yes, but she was no means a damsel in distress as she would clearly show Clyde, though her flustered anger seemed to suggest something else entirely as she pulled herself to her feet. "I'm perfectly capable of walking, Clyde!!!!" Her voice was as bold as usual and clearly contained her frustration, even as her hands gripped the wound she had been afflicted with. Even so, she wasn't about to have Clyde treat her like some fragile little maiden incapable of doing anything herself. Head hung high, she proceeded walking towards the direction of the manga shop, her ebony hair flowing wildly behind her, charged with her own reiatsu. As she gathered a good distance between her and the boy, she shouted outwards towards Clyde irritatingly, hiding any sign that may suggest the pain she was in. "Clyde-kun, are we going or not?!"

Clyde’s sincere face remained even as she questioned whether he ever thought about what he said. His eyes met with hers as the two seemed stuck in that position for a moment. His hand remained extended, and her face blushed with embarrassment…or at least what Clyde thought was embarrassment. However, when she slapped his hand away and made sure to jolt it with a bit of her electricity he made a small yelp and instinctively whipped his hand back to his side in pain. “Yeowch~!” He yelped through clenched teeth at the sudden sharp stinging running up his arm. Just as sudden was the snappy reply Miwa gave the young man as she forced herself to stand, even through the pain. She may have been trying to hide it, but Clyde had seen plenty of fights and injuries through his existence by now and he could tell when someone was faking it.
The boy watched her move on without him silently, standing where she had shocked him. When she got a fair distance away she called for his attention and yelled for him to follow her to the shop like they had planned to do. It was then that, for once, Clyde saw through her intentions. He had experienced a lot in the last couple of months, and after the awakening of his true power he felt and saw things with a bit more clarity. Miwa was hiding her injury and pain not just for her but for Clyde too; she did not want to show him weakness and certainly did not want him to think of her as some hapless damsel in distress. A light smile crawled across his face as he looked on; he understood what she was doing. Under normal circumstances, the boy might have even let it go right then and there…but not this time.
“Don’t be stupid, Miwa.” He answered her calmly without hesitation. “I’m not judging you, I know you’re strong. Do you think I’d forget the fights we had? I haven't been gone that long have I?" He joked, though his eyes quickly turned a tad more serious. "...I know you think you have to prove something to me…to yourself.” He reasoned as he approached the black haired female, getting fairly close to her. “But just this once, I’m telling you; you don’t have to. You’ve done so much already; if you didn’t fight in this battle so many would have died...you saved them, not me.” Carefully, he grabbed hold of her and wrapping her arm around his right shoulder gently to give her the best support possible on her injured side to make it easier to walk. “Now let me prove to you that you can let me help every now and then, without worrying about your pride.” He gave her a reassuring nod of his head, his eyes showing a certain boldness of his own that he never would have acted on before. This was different though, it wasn't just his friend needing help...he wanted to help. “You can shock me all you want; this is what I want to do.” With that, he confirmed his grip and looked on ahead, "let's go."

Miwa's eyes turned back towards Clyde who had brought himself closer, as Miwa surveyed the boy's actions, while halfheartedly listening to the human's words. Her cheeks still flushed, she turned away from Clyde as she felt his arm begin to wrap around her. It was a common impulse for her, though she lacked the energy even for her usual stubbornness. Gulping nervously, she let a "Clyde-kun" escape quietly from her lips, barely above a whisper, as she gave up on trying to resist. Her arm would slowly reach around as her fingers tightened around Clyde's side for support. For once, she would rely on someone else, even though she wouldn't openly admit it as her head remained turned in the opposite direction, refusing to look Clyde in the eye. A last mark of her typical sarcasm sounded as she replied bashfully towards Clyde, "I wouldn't get used to this. It's not like you've won my heart or anything. I've simply given you the honor of assisting me."
As usual, Miwa talked a big game, but she would never tell the boy what she really felt. It was weird, but for some reason, some old anime ending kept flashing through her mind, one of those old romance/action ones where the man fought valiantly and in turn rescued the fair maiden at the end. Haha, yeah right, like hell..... Even so, Miwa let a weak smile form, as she gripped Clyde tighter, accepting his assistance, allowing herself to be the maiden at least this time. [EXIT]
