The system has been altered, so that now your Faction is not intrinsically connected to what Class your character is. That is to say, you can now be a Shinigami or Mod Soul, and defect to another Faction, such as the new Phoenix School Faction, or to the VizCorp Faction, rather than be Factionless like Blood, and some Humans.
The same goes for Hollow and Arrancar. Las Noches and the Hollow Horde are now two separate groups. Los Horda is equivalent to being Factionless for residents of Hueco Mundo, and even Arrancar can be part of Los Horda.
With the new Class/Faction Separation, the color of your display name now represents what group you belong to. As such, Hollows, and Humans who do not affiliate with the designated groups, will be the Dark Grey color assigned to Factionless characters. This also means, if a Shinigami joins the Phoenix School Faction, their name will be displayed as the Magenta color normally associated with Humans.
The sub-boards in Registration have been altered to reflect these changes, and as such, the majority of Arrancar, Hollow and Human characters may have to alter the link to their character profiles in their signatures.
