Personality: Before the incident Chi was a quite young kid, she was lively and talkative, as she is now bit more quiet Chi is more irritated by even the most simple things, she also keeps quite at most times, she only talks to those she trusts. She takes things a bit too serious, but she is always looking for a competition. She hates it when people say jokes about her; you will occasionally see a smile on her face. She’s never nervous about a task, as she says, "What ever happens, Happens..."
Because of his quick remarks Chi finds a way around the tightest situations, but when something bad is said she will get irritated then probably intimidate the person who said the foul remark. She is a quick thinker and a quick learner for that is what he is most known for. Se also takes things really seriously and will not take no for an answer. Chi is very respect full to all fellow Onigami and will despise those not respectful or loyal to anyone’s presence.
While without the mask of her identity he is a calm and quite strategic fighter that relies more on brains than brawn, with it she becomes almost the direct opposite to her true self. Even though she is more of a thinker, she shows off another side most people haven't seen before, once she reveals herself behind her true face, which most people don't know about. She is kind and gentle but loves to have a good fight.
Family: unknown, she was abducted when she was only 5, she can barely remember their faces.

History: Chi was only a young child when she was abducted, walking in the local market, her mother placed her in a childs care for an hour as she did the food shopping, in the first half hour a group of people came to the front desk with there pistols held at the ready. They took all the children including Chi, making seven children abducted, the lady at the counter was shot. The kids were then taken away from their familys to either die or survive. Chi was then taken with the other to a warehouse in the middle of Tokyo surrounded by a dozen shops, hiding it from the human eye. One by one died, one after the other as they either starved to death or died from dehydration, just from not following the rules. Chi survived and was then let out, however was trained by them, at the age of ten Chi followed the group and became one of them, traveling from house to house, murdering families and stealing goods.
Chi then turned twelve and was out one day to find that the poice where on her trail there was know way of killing her than getting up close and personal. walking in the captain of the police walked in with only a knife walking past her he drove the knife through her chest. The lady Chi was with escaped but was later followed and killed by hanging from the gallows. Chi woke up to see her body missing and a lady standing over her, she offered her great power, and so she took the side and the ways of the Onigami. Chi then looked up to Rhia as an older sister, still wanting to become stronger than the rest of the pack, Chi needed to take and gain more power as she trained so hard and so far. She then became Captain of the assassination squad, she took up somthing she loved doing and being told.

Attacks:
Force: This all rounder attack gives the power of force, when chi slashes or slices her Scythe, a force will be sent in the direction, pushing anything out her way, higher the rei, stronger the force will push the foe.
Light Flow: This attack can be used in any stage, being an all round attack. With this attack Chi can make the scythe glow, when swung the scythe would leave trial of light making it difficult to tell where it is due to the light of the trail and the blade both being equal light the blade blends into the trail.
Moon Down: (Bankai Only) Chi can make the moon disappear into the darkness for 4 posts, until then it is pure darkness, Chi can not then use this attack for another 5 posts.
Inncantaion: Surround by shadows, call thy name, die down the light, to make me tame!
Moonlight: (Bankai Only) When Chi holds onto the cloth Chi can then spin the double bladed end scythe around making moonlight the area then lights up and blinds her opponents who are in a 20 – 15m radius blinding them for 3 posts, she can’t use the attack until the next 6-8 posts later.
Incantation: Blinding the eyes, from the stars and the moon, let light take the visions, let them be consumed!
Passive Abilities:
Dark Sight: Since Chi grew up in the night she learnt to see through the darkness, Chi can see through the darkness perminantly, since in the mortal world she was a night walker, her vison has grown a custom to the darkness.

Causing small cuts all over the body. Is not lethal but is painfull. (Reiatsu 70)
